My passenger door lock latch on Toyota Rav4 was stuck shut and wouldn't open either from inside nor outside handle. This job wasn't a simple trigger release fix. John helped me out as promised, he went above and beyond as this requires drilling out the latch from inside the door panel which is very tricky with the limited visibility and space. He managed to open the door as we agreed as the last option without sacrificing the original integrity of the car.
