My passenger door lock latch on Toyota Rav4 was stuck shut and wouldn't open either from inside nor outside handle. This job wasn't a simple trigger release fix. John helped me out as promised, he went above and beyond as this requires drilling out the latch from inside the door panel which is very tricky with the limited visibility and space. He managed to open the door as we agreed as the last option without sacrificing the original integrity of the car. In addition, I also mentioned to him that one of the door lock keyhole from the other door wasn't opening with the key - he was able to help me out as well and restored the original key cut that allows to open all the door locks.
