Called (562) 832-7909 to request a quote on an ignition cylinder after our car was broken into and received a price after about an hour. I still wanted to call around and check other prices but was met with a text message stating that I "needed to confirm if I needed the service". I explained we needed time to think it over and apologized for taking so long. I then followed up with a question later that evening regarding the car part and received no response. The following morning I asked again and still nothing. I finally decided to call and was informed that because I "took too long" to respond, they cancelled my request and his "office is refusing to provide service" to me. I asked to speak to his office and he said he couldn't give me their number. I will obviously be taking my business elsewhere now but I felt it appropriate to share how unprofessional their customer service is. I was neither rude nor demanding to anyone at this company and yet they decided to refuse service because they felt I was "wasting their time". Plenty of other locksmiths in the area.
