This is a late review. I called mark a few weeks ago because I was locked out of my house. He was prompt and very professional. My lock was very difficult to open and Mark was persistent! He was able to open my door and still had a smile on his face! Fast forward to today... I was looking for a locksmith to install and re-key my entire house. Mark was by far the lowest price as well as the first to reply to my request. The other 3 locksmith didn't even give me a rough estimate, stating they needed to come down and see what needed to be done. Mark was easy to get a hold of and made arrangements for a Friday morning appointment. He was here promptly, laid out out a plan of what was needed and gave me a firm quote which I agreed to. He made quick work of changing out 6 locks and re-keyed all of my locks and even my pre-existing screen doors so now I only have 2 keys that open my locks instead of the 10+ that I had previously. He also made a couple extra sets of keys at a minimal charge. I would highly recommend using Mark and MS Locksmith. Moved in to a new home and needed the locks changed. Requested a quote through Yelp and Mark gave me a call back within an hour. I told him I needed 5 cylinders changed with the same key for all and he was here in an hour and a half.
