He did a rekey when I was locked out. Beyond making me feel safe to have a man in the house doing the work, when I was alone, he was calm and sweet about it. I cannot recommend him more. He didn't chat me up, he was clean and cleaned up as well had impeccable manners. I've rekeyed before out of need from tenants and loosing keys and this was the BEST experience yet. I am keeping Mayan's number. I highly recommend him if the dozens I've had in my life I wish they were all like Matan!!! read more

Of course I locked myself out of the car with the key to be found no where. It is my classic car so no fob. MS Locksmith was Johnny on the Spot. They came when they said they were. They made me a new key, the service was great. The price is fair. Great place. Call them if you are ever as dull as me. read more

Quick communication, on time, and on price. I would definitely recommend these guys for anyone needing locksmith service. We had them rekey an old vintage deadbolt hardware we wanted to keep in tact on an old pair of french doors. read more

Very professional service. Nick unlocked my car in under 2 minutes. Affordable pricing with no surprises. Would hire again.

They're awesome! I called and told the technician we had vintage locks that needed to be rekeyed due to us having lost a set of keys. I sent a photo of the locks and two minutes later he responded saying he could have someone at the house within the next hour. I was expecting them to have a wait time but it was instant. The technician was able to rekey all 8 locks in our home in under an hour. Impeccable job. read more

Quick response time. We used the service for a locked interior office door. The gentleman who helped us attempted multiple times with different methods to pick the lock, ultimately he ended up having to remove the doorknob entirely and then we installed a new one later. Overall a smooth process and would use this service again. read more

Well, we had a crisis, and they were quick to respond with both a quote of the cost and we're at our house quickly. Friendly, clean and professional.. highly recommend them! read more

Excellent - great communication, fast, friendly, on-time, professional service, very reasonable price from Matan. Great job, thanks -

Matan from M&S lock services was very helpful. Services completed: replacement of door locks (2 of them). Additional notes: Matan identified that the handle of the (handle+lock) combo I got was small for the door frame. He fixed existing issue with the handle and replaced the lock with combo lock. He also gave excellent price for the work that was completed. Overall good value and went above and beyond to complete the work. Would recommend their services. read more

Highly Recommend MS Locksmith Services! We had a very nice experience with Matan & MS Locksmith Services! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Quick & Responsive - They provided a fast quote and, out of all the quotes I received, theirs was the most competitive. Their strong reviews gave me confidence to book them. Super Flexible - We had to reschedule a couple of times due to our remodel, and they accommodated without hesitation. Even on the day of service, when running behind, they waited without any complaints. Expert Craftsmanship - The new locks were installed professionally and meticulously, ensuring everything worked perfectly. If you need a locksmith, Matan is your guy! Eddie arrived right on the dot at the promised time, and was extremely professional. His work was precise and my new smart lock was installed perfectly. In fact, when we tested the lock, he noticed that the bolt was not fully extended. He said that wasn't good enough and drilled a little bit more to ensure the lock was an absolute perfect fit. When your brain isn't working and you lock your keys in your car like I did....don't break a window....call these folks instead. It's a bit embarrassing and a little humbling to realize you've just done something stupid and now you need to call someone to help. Their response time was super quick. Took the guy less than a minute to pop the lock. The cost was more than fair. read more

Thank you, Nick and MS Locksmith, for the fantastic locksmith services at my girlfriend's apartment! I recommend this place for its quality service. They called me to confirm if I needed the service and sent me updated texts on when the technician was going to be there. Nick also came promptly. They also called us to tell us about the flat fee, which was very affordable compared to other places upcharging us. We spent so much at another locksmith that I cringe every time I hear that price. I also loved how he thoroughly wanted to check that we could verify if this was her apartment. If we get locked out again, I will be sure to call this service again. read more

Wow! Fast response, and I got exactly what I wanted! I needed a new key & remote for the Toyota Camry, and they were able to come to the house within the hour make me a new key & fob that was an exact match for the original. Very, very fast, and the whole shop is in the truck, so it gets done on-site as soon as they show up. It's been 3 weeks now, and the key continues to work perfectly. Really glad I called MS! The process was easy - probably the easiest thing I'd done all week! Thank you! read more

Matan was so great, just a nice man, kind, quiet, knowledgeable and very professional. Just as advertised he contacted me within 5 min and we made the appointment the same day within the hour. No fuss no mess just did a great job! I couldn't be happier! He was reasonably price very affordable compared to other locksmiths out there. He was not the cheapest (but, not too far from the cheapest) but he was definitely well worth it! I would highly recommend his service!! He was even kind enough to help out a tenant of mine with a small issue with her door, free of charge! Thank you Matan that was so considerate! Thank you again Matan, I will definitely hire you again for any locksmith services that I may require in the future! read more

Speedy service on a Sunday evening. We were impressed, Jessica texted me right away asking for details on the type of lock etc- then the technician was on his way. Eddie the technician arrived. I stepped out to grab an Uber Eats at 2:30am when I reached in my pocket and realized I left my keys inside my apartment. Looked up some "24 hour" locksmiths only to reach voicemails. When I called MS a woman answered within three rings with excellent customer service and a reassuring tone. She had Matan give me a call and he gave me an ETA of arrival and he was here before even that. He opened my apt rather quickly and all of this at a very fair flat rate price. I was waiting for the outrageous add on to the flat rate and it never came. I highly recommend the team over at MS not only here but I will let people I know to use them if they are ever in need of a professional and skilled Locksmith service that knows client satisfaction will always bring about more business. read more

Just an overall excellent experience. They responded to my initial request for a quote within 10 minutes, and also replied quickly to a few additional questions I had. Matan showed up 3 hours later (2 hours EARLIER than he had initially thought, he called first) and within 20 minutes, I had my lock fixed and a key copied. He also asked to use my vacuum cleaner to remove any sawdust he had created! Vey neat, very professional, and the price was the best of all the quotes. Highly recommended! read more

After struggling with calling a bunch of flake locksmiths that wouldn't get back to me, I submitted a service request to Yelp and got a super quick response from MS Locksmith Services (Matan). I needed an OEM FOB spare key programmed and cut. They sent a technician with 30 minutes to my house. The entire process took less than 15 minutes and I had the working key in my hand. Honestly, don't waste your time looking around. These guys provided quick, honest, competent and fair service. Their pricing wasn't the cheapest but it was competitive. This is how all businesses should be. Highly recommend! read more
