But when an employee doesn't own the outcome, it shows. The owner should know that customers willing to pay are walking out the door because the person on the floor doesn't seem to care either way. Decided to take it in to have a professional diagnose the issue. Walked in. Technician was helping someone at the time and acknowledge me. We talked about the issue I was having and provided the servicing cost which I feel was fair (~$100). Gave me a 2-day estimate for servicing. After 2 days the technician gave me a call that my PC is ready to be picked up. I found this place on Yelp, sent a message, within a less than a minute, I got a quoted price, what time to come in and roughly how long it would take. No BS, no "we'll have to see what condition the phone is in, in order to give you the price", just exact price right on the spot. I came in at the exact appointment time, and to my surprise Jerry, the manager was there waiting for me. Dropped off the phone to him, he told me to come back in 30-45 minutes. He didn't give me any paper or receipt, so I felt a bit worried since there was no proof I left it with him but I did so anyways. Came back 45 minutes later and there was Jerry waiting for me again, showed me the phone and it was a brand new screen, worked even better than before and i was out the door in a few minutes. Everything was fine the repair took about 30 minutes I paid him and left with my phone. The next day I open my camera to see that my camera lens is cracked. I checked my phone and the lens is fine on the outside til i noticed a finger print on the internal part of the lens and i realized it has been replaced with a different camera.
