When I talk to the service rep in the store he said I can do better- get you a faster router and give you the promotion for $ 41.25 but just sign up for $20 +$10 phone but come back in 30 and discontinue the TV and phone then just pay $41.25 instead of $106 i was out the door less than 15 minutes after he called me. the new router arriver 2 days later and was very easy to set up. When I contacted tech support to resolve the issue, I was told that my services were still active and was essentially accused of lying--despite providing the error code from my TV screen, which explicitly stated that my account was no longer active.
