A bit disappointed as I was hoping to be in and out since I was using my lunch break for this. Interaction with staff was minimal but they were friendly. To kill time, I looked at the newer model phones like the Samsung Z Flip 8 but was unable to really do much with it since the entire phone was locked in place for security reasons, so I couldn't even flip it open or closed. Couldn't even pull it out as it was connected by a static brace and not an extended cable. Other than waiting around despite having an appointment, it was a smooth experience. All I did was walk up to the counter upon bring called, dropped off the modem, was given a receipt, and that was that.
