The food was fresh, hot, and had the classic Popeyes flavor I always enjoy. My only complaint is the wait time. THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE…read more I remember we visited when this location opened at least 2 or 3 years ago...service was very slow! Every single time my wife or myself have visited since then it is the same slow service. I do not understand why they have not figured it out. My wife would rather drive to 121 and Stacy location and we live 5 minutes away from the Bethany location. I don't think I have ever seen a manager come to the front counter no matter how many guests are waiting. The young lady working the counter tonight was trying...she really was. I felt bad for her. Kudos to her. The rest of the staff were moving slow, listening to earpods, stocking boxes, etc while there was no chicken up front. I waited about 35 minutes for 4 PIECES OF CHICKEN!!! I thought I was going to be okay since I had pre-ordered on the app 15 minutes prior. But not so much. Something needs to change. This has got to be a reflection of ownership and/or regional/district management. It should not take this long to figure out trends, high volume times, etc. We might be done with this location for good.

Service was friendly. Food was hot and yummy! Only regret is I didn't take a picture of my food, but take my word for it., it was tasty. See you soon Wienerschnitzel, you made our bellies happy.

It's close to my home and usually my food comes out hot and made well. On this day it was not the case. I was not happy and feeling GRINCHY! The burger was cold and my cheese wasn't melted. The fries were warm. So my food gets 2.5 STARS. I did a drive thru order and only live 5 minutes away. Most times I'm back home eating hot food. Next time I will check my order before I pull off or eat it there. Now the grinch salt is AMAZING! It's a pickle taste and really yummy on the French Fries. The shaker bag for the fries is fun and festive. The socks are a cute bonus. I like that I can get a bottled water instead of soda. Service was decent and hey it's McDonald's so the ambiance is fast paced. I will be back to get at least one more Grinch meal. The experience is really FUN! I'm just hoping this next one is better.

Being one of I think three locations in Allen, unfortunately this location is in need of so much improvement. Why do I continue to visit this location, convenience, do I regret it each time, yes. Today one drive thru line was moving as the other line wasn't being helped. I haven't been to JITB in a long time. My son (14) decided he wanted a bacon cheeseburger and…read moresuggested JITB. Upon arrive in the drive-thru, I noticed the friendliness and helpfulness of the server. He repeated back the order correctly and we drove to the window. At the window, his customer service continued with excellence. He repeated the order again before taking payment. He was friendly and smiling the entire time. Once he handed the bags, I asked for hot sauce. He advised he had already placed some in the bag but offered more. Usually, you have to ask for basic condiments and they aren't automatically thought of. It was nice that he or whomever bagged it just put hot sauce in the bag without me asking first. (It seems small but I constantly order sauce and then have to ask for it because the restaurant forgets.) After I got home, I checked our order and everything was exactly as ordered. I asked for no lettuce on my tacos - no lettuce was on them. My son asked for no mayo, no mustard, and no Swiss cheese on his ultimate bacon cheeseburger and they got it correct. Additionally, extra ketchup packets and hot sauce were included. Food temperatures were hot, crispy, and exactly as ordered. You can't go wrong with JITB tacos! My favorite! My son enjoyed his bacon cheeseburger. The exterior of JITB appeared to be clean and orderly. We did not visit inside, only drive-thru. Shout-out to Aaron our server. Thank you for your friendly, outstanding customer service.
