K K-Shack Fried Chicken Sandwich

Came for the Korean Chicken sandwich. Waited an eternity. Sandwich came out tepid, soggy, and mediocre. No way they were frying the chicken fresh. Cold bun. Slightest hint of kimchi flavor. And shockingly small. Really disappointing. I pay a premium for Shake Shack because the quality is supposed to be above average. This was about the level of a Wendy's dollar menu item.

I finally got to try a Shake Shack while visiting Plano and had a great time! The burger was delicious and I really like their crinkle cut fries. My nieces love their hot dogs and burgers as well. The staff working at this location were so friendly, even going so far as to appease my niece's request for avocado slices on her hot dog- haha! They have a selection of beers and wines, which was cool! Super easy parking right out front and our order came up pretty quick.

T-Mobile Tuesday brought me in and Shake Shack made me stay!! I love this place. So stinking affordable, and always so nice and clean. I ordered via the app and was told approximately 12 minutes and my food was ready in 5! This location can be tricky due to the poor parking of the mall. Only negative, despite my food being ready right when I walked in, the fries were still cold?

I ordered the truffle burger with truffle fries and a shake. The meal was filling and tasty overall. The burger had a nice truffle flavor, but the fries were a little bland. Everything came out quickly, even though it was pretty busy, and there was plenty of seating and clean. It was a good experience, though a bit pricey.

My burger order was missing half of the burger - I ordered a shack stack that contains a patty and a shroom patty. My burger was lacking the shroom part, which cost me an extra $5. And the party felt thicker than normal. Service was speedy. I've been here before with no problems.

I didn't get to enjoy my fries with my meal Fries were cold, they said 3 min for a new batch and finished my chicken sandwich before they brought it out. I don't eat fries by themselves. Picky maybe but when I pay $50.00 for 1pc burger and 2pc chicken sandwich 2pc fries I want it done right!

They will not put mayo on your burger - only comes in packets, so not too great. Meager portion of cheese on the cheese fries. Got my order wrong the first time (they did fix it). Burgers look like they were were beaten to death whilst being cooked (and tiny). After visits to two other Shake Shacks around the country, either they are going down or this location just doesn't have it together. They are highly overpriced for what you get, and the flavor is just meh. Their malts are tiny as well. The young man who served us was excellent, friendly, and helpful. He is the main reason they got any stars...

Great, consistent location with helpful and pleasant staff. We usually pick up from this location as they're quick and they're friendly. The quality of food is consistent and fresh. The restaurant is clean and the to go stations set up at the front are a quick and easy way to get your order placed.

Their burgers was alway consistent and delicious along with the fries . Had the double stack with avocados and it was fulfilling.

Jasper threw it in a circle. The burger was pristine as always. The fries were super crispy and great. I love it all. The workers were nice too. The tables were made in OHIO. BAKA.

Link shack burger, shake shack burger, chicken bites, cheese fries, tiramisu shake

Decided to try Shake Shack for some burgers to finally settle the Shake Shack vs In-N-Out debate. I got the Link Shack double burger with cheese fries and the Tiramisu shake. The Link Shack burger was good. Flavors were balanced, and the sausage worked very well with the burger. Cheese fries were a pleasant surprise. I am normally not a huge fan of crinkle-cut fries, but they were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The Tiramisu shake for me was a miss. It seemed like an extremely sweet vanilla shake with a hint of coffee and a stale ladyfinger thrown on top. This location was super clean and had a very well-done interior. The staff was extremely kind in bringing out our orders and even taking our empty trays. Both Shake Shack and In-N-Out are amazing places, but in the great debate, I gotta say I land on the side of In-N-Out.

Ordering Shake Shack online and picking it up via the drive through is a game changer. Definitely look out for their deals on Uber Eats!

Everything looked good to me and I was trying to make a decision. I counted 7 employees and not one greeted me or offered help. There were a couple other people in the store but there was no line. I asked a young woman for help and she was polite but not at all welcoming. I ordered one pint of Coconut and one pint of Cookie Dough. She was having a difficult time scooping the ice cream into the pint containers, so a gentleman working behind the counter as well, took over. As I watched him pack the containers I thought they looked kind of shallow. At other ice cream stores I frequent, they pack the ice cream solid and heavy. I felt like they just didn't really care, actually. I was friendly and smiling as I'm one of "those people" who wants everyone to like them! I paid for the order and tipped 15% on the register. That was the smallest percent offered unless you said "no tip" or custom. I I typically tip much more but felt like I shouldn't since they were so unfriendly. When I returned home and got the containers out to taste the ice cream, I could definitely see they weren't 16 ounces. I got my scale out to check and indeed, they came up way short. I mean...for the price? $7.99 ...$8 a pint? At least fill it up to get what you are paying for, am I wrong? I won't go back and I'm sure they couldn't care less, but for others who don't frequent centers like this one was in, you may want to know ahead of time what to expect. Taste wise? It was very creamy and good.

I was feeling rather sad for myself after a lousy morning and knew I needed to treat myself to dinner and dessert in an effort to turn my evening around. I'd actually found Henry's a few days ago while looking for a hot dog spot. I'd already devoured a dinner plate when I arrived so a hot dog was out of the question for this visit but I'm totally doing a hot dog, followed by ice cream on my next visit. My split cone, and patriotic rainbow sprinkled waffle cone was soul satisfying! I sat outside and it melted all over. Not a single f given. I left a sticky mess but totally worth it. I'll surely return in the future and hope these two flavors are staples because they nailed them. I've tasted some great ice cream and to be completely honest, that wedding cake flavor should be award winning if it isn't. The flavor profile combined with the texture components. Sensational! Service was friendly. Highly recommend.

Fast forward a couple of weeks and I stopped in on the way home to hopefully stop the constant chatter about how good it might be. Well that plan was a fail. Why? Because it WAS good. I had the sticky rice and got the husband's requested coconut mango juice. Perfectly sweet tart mangos, excellent flavor combos and everything was packaged nicely to go. I ordered a crepe cake for my son's 21st birthday as a request he wanted so we found Mango Mango Dessert on Google. My daughter called to inquire on how much the cake was and was told $85 cash but $115 if you pay by credit card. I was in disbelief that the fee to pay by credit card would be $30 more. We placed the order and I took cash and had my phone to pay by card. We got there and the young lady asked my daughter if we were paying by cash or card. My daughter responded card. I got to the counter and then we interacted with a gentleman and I asked him could I pay by card. He said yes and rung it up, the total came to $104.63. I asked him how much was the cake and he said $85 but there's a processing fee. I responded that that was a high processing fee and normally businesses I've interact with only charge 3% convenience fee at the most. To avoid paying the $19.63 processing fee, I paid $85 cash for my transaction but I don't think a consumer should have pay the merchant's processing fee to that extent for that amount and I got a free mango smoothie for the points I would have earned for my purchase. The mango smoothie was absolutely delicious and for that I will go back again because I haven't found anyone that makes a smoothie with real mangos and it was sweet. I will also add that their customer service was still very nice. If you are interested in getting a cake made here, it's cost effective to pay by CASH.
