So since I'm pregnant, I have this random burger craving so I looked up on Uber eats and shake shack popped up on my list so why not I haven't tried it before. I ended up getting the Shroom burger and oh my goodness it hit the spot. I wasn't exactly expecting the cheese inside the deep fried mushroom but darn that was so good. Definitely one of my favorite veggies burger spots and will definitely come back.

Came for the Korean Chicken sandwich. Waited an eternity. Sandwich came out tepid, soggy, and mediocre. No way they were frying the chicken fresh. Cold bun. Slightest hint of kimchi flavor. And shockingly small. Really disappointing. I pay a premium for Shake Shack because the quality is supposed to be above average. This was about the level of a Wendy's dollar menu item.

I finally got to try a Shake Shack while visiting Plano and had a great time! The burger was delicious and I really like their crinkle cut fries. My nieces love their hot dogs and burgers as well. The staff working at this location were so friendly, even going so far as to appease my niece's request for avocado slices on her hot dog- haha! They have a selection of beers and wines, which was cool! Super easy parking right out front and our order came up pretty quick.

T-Mobile Tuesday brought me in and Shake Shack made me stay!! I love this place. [[HIGHLIGHT]]So stinking affordable, and always so nice and clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered via the app and was told approximately 12 minutes and my food was ready in 5! This location can be tricky due to the poor parking of the mall. Only negative, despite my food being ready right when I walked in, the fries were still cold?

I ordered the truffle burger with truffle fries and a shake. The meal was filling and tasty overall. The burger had a nice truffle flavor, but the fries were a little bland. Everything came out quickly, even though it was pretty busy, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]there was plenty of seating and clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was a good experience, though a bit pricey.

I didn't get to enjoy my fries with my meal Fries were cold, they said 3 min for a new batch and finished my chicken sandwich before they brought it out. I don't eat fries by themselves. Picky maybe but when I pay $50.00 for 1pc burger and 2pc chicken sandwich 2pc fries I want it done right!

My burger order was missing half of the burger - I ordered a shack stack that contains a patty and a shroom patty. My burger was lacking the shroom part, which cost me an extra $5. And the party felt thicker than normal. Service was speedy. I've been here before with no problems.

They will not put mayo on your burger - only comes in packets, so not too great. Meager portion of cheese on the cheese fries. Got my order wrong the first time (they did fix it). Burgers look like they were were beaten to death whilst being cooked (and tiny). After visits to two other Shake Shacks around the country, either they are going down or this location just doesn't have it together. They are highly overpriced for what you get, and the flavor is just meh. Their malts are tiny as well. The young man who served us was excellent, friendly, and helpful. He is the main reason they got any stars...

Great, consistent location with helpful and pleasant staff. We usually pick up from this location as they're quick and they're friendly. The quality of food is consistent and fresh. The restaurant is clean and the to go stations set up at the front are a quick and easy way to get your order placed.

Their burgers was alway consistent and delicious along with the fries . Had the double stack with avocados and it was fulfilling.

Link shack burger, shake shack burger, chicken bites, cheese fries, tiramisu shake

Decided to try Shake Shack for some burgers to finally settle the Shake Shack vs In-N-Out debate. I got the Link Shack double burger with cheese fries and the Tiramisu shake. The Link Shack burger was good. Flavors were balanced, and the sausage worked very well with the burger. Cheese fries were a pleasant surprise. I am normally not a huge fan of crinkle-cut fries, but they were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The Tiramisu shake for me was a miss. It seemed like an extremely sweet vanilla shake with a hint of coffee and a stale ladyfinger thrown on top. This location was super clean and had a very well-done interior. The staff was extremely kind in bringing out our orders and even taking our empty trays. Both Shake Shack and In-N-Out are amazing places, but in the great debate, I gotta say I land on the side of In-N-Out.

On a whim we decided to try out the new location of Shake Shack in Plano on W. Park. It only recently opened. While normally we would wait a while for kinks to be worked out, we both just had a hankering for their burgers. The place has an nice layout. Four kiosks for self ordering are in front of the counter. I will say that while I do enjoy the simplicity of going up to the kiosk and inputting exactly what I want with my customizations, I do become a tad uncertain whether I should go to the lone cashier or utilize the kiosks. My SO ordered a Double Shackburger and I ordered a single Shackburger (mine well done with added onions and a side of Shack sauce). We both also ordered fries. According to the text confirmations, our burgers were done within 5 minutes of ordering. That was pretty fast! Both burgers were cooked and prepared exactly as we requested. I especially loved the crispy edges of the burger meat (and why I order it well done). That cannot be beat. Fries were hot and crispy. No complaints there. One note is that the side of Shack sauce was missing, but honestly, it was not a big deal at all. Not going to fault them for such a minor thing, especially as they're trying to get their sea legs. Overall, we had a great experience and am excited to have a Shake Shack next to Trader Joe's. It'll be an incentive to make the trek down to Plano more often!

There was plenty of seating at the restaurant with long tables, sit down tables, and outdoor seating. After choosing our table we waited 15 minutes before our waitresses showed up. They were very busy with the lunch rush so it took awhile between everything. It even took awhile to get our waters. One waitress was in training and learning from the other. The positive was that the waitresses were friendly throughout. After looking at the menu and waiting another 15 minutes we finally placed our order. We got our appetizer after waiting another 15 minutes. Thankfully that held us over until we got our burgers and fries. We started with tostada chips and queso. It was good and we ate it up pretty quickly. We requested another basket of chips to finish off the queso. To eat with our burgers we ordered hand punched fries and sweet potato fries. The hand cut fries were nice and thick and you could taste the salt. I enjoyed eating them with ketchup. The sweet potato fries were also thick and salty and you could taste the flavor of the potato. No need for ketchup with these fries unless you want it. For my burger I ordered the HL Hunt cooked medium which comes with white cheese, bacon, blackberry compote and mustard. The burger was filling, the cheese was melted but it had little flavor, and the bacon was chewy. The compote was my favorite part of the burger as it added a slightly sweet flavor. I requested a medium cooked burger but it didn't taste that way but it was still good despite that. Overall Rodeo Goat has lots of seating and friendly staff but I would go at an off peak time so that you don't have to wait a long time for everything. The food was still good despite the wait.

We ordered the classic "double-double" burger, Kenny's steak bomb sandwich, and the Asian salad. The burger was delicious, nicely grilled, juicy, cheesy, and greeesy (which means it's good!). The steak bomb was great as well. The shaved ribeye, melted provolone, mushrooms, onions, and peppers all came together to make a fantastic sandwich. The beef steak was savory, and the portion was generous. We also loved the Asian salad. It came with cucumber, tomato, red onion, and avocado, along with toasty cashews and a sesame ginger dressing. The decor and theme are inspired by New Orleans/Creole/Cajun vibes, and it's beautifully put together. The layout of the location is a slight "L" shape, so seating can be a bit limited during busy times. It's a seat-yourself setup, and they provide QR codes at the tables for you to place your order and pay when you're ready. Now, onto the food and service. Unfortunately, the wait for both food and drinks were longer than expected, even as the rush began to die down. Our pretzel appetizer didn't arrive until near the end of our meal, and sadly, it was overcooked. Drinks The beer was great and a definite highlight of the experience. Here's what we ordered: Appetizers Giant Pub Pretzel ($13.99): A 12.05 oz pretzel served with signature beer cheese and beer mustard. Unfortunately, this dish was a disappointment. Despite being called "Giant," the pretzel was thin, and was a bit overcooked. While we enjoyed the beer cheese, the beer mustard could have stayed in the kitchen. Loaded Broccoli ($8.99): Steamed broccoli seasoned with Cajun spices, topped with melted cheese and your choice of chicken, beef, or pulled pork. I chose chicken, which was delicious and well-seasoned. However, the cheese was a huge letdown, it had an odd, roux-like texture and flavor that nearly made the dish inedible. Entrée Voo-Dill Pickle Pizza ($12.99): Made with roasted garlic pesto, fresh mozzarella, thick-cut pickles, and a special Voo-Dill seasoning. While the concept was intriguing, the execution fell short. The pizza crust was undercooked, and the pickles seemed like they were added at the very end instead of being baked with the pizza. The garlic pesto was the highlight of this dish. Desserts -King Cake Slice ($3.XX): Clearly store-bought and not made in-house. It also took a while to reach our table, which was odd considering it's pre-packaged. The kitchen area even had the King Cake box visible. Beignets ($7.99): Over-fried and served with icing that was overly lemony, which overpowered the dish. Side Order Jalapeño Slaw ($2.99): The star of the meal! It had the perfect balance of mayo and vinegar, with a fresh kick from the jalapeños and Cajun spices. I wish I had ordered more! I think this place has a lot of potential. The concept is fantastic, but the kitchen needs improvement. I do plan to return and give it another try because the space and the idea are great. Hopefully, next time the food lives up to the vision!
