My wife and I have enjoyed Pizza Hut pizzas for years. We live about 5 miles from this location and we have not used it in the past. Last week, my wife ordered a single pizza for delivery. After over 2 hours, the pizza showed up. About 30 minutes earlier, she called and tried to cancel but couldn't talk to anyone that understood english. I am a huge Pizza Hut fan, but today was my first and last time ordering from this specific location. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperonis, but it did not feel like they added anything extra to it. I also ordered boneless wings and was very surprised to receive a very dry and uneven coated order of them from this location. I am used to receiving wings that are fully coated and still have leftover sauce at the bottom of the container, but this was not the case from this location. Furthermore, the extra side of buffalo sauce I ordered came in a a much smaller container than what every other Pizza Hut location gives you. Not sure if the owners/managers of this location are trying to cut back on portions and think people won't notice, but for someone like me who uses Pizza Hut as their "cheat" meal each week and looks forward to it, this place was far inferior to what other Pizza Hut locations offer and the way they prepared their food did not go unnoticed. read more

I'm so disappointed! I called the store several times and nobody picked up because they messed up my order. I had to call the number that was on receipt from the other customer to let her know I received her order and to let the driver to know to come back. Never try to order from here. I placed order online. Said delivery in 22-32 minutes. After an hour and no pizza, I tried to call. No answer. Over and over again, no answer. Tried the "sales" line and of course got somebody, but they cannot do anything but try to transfer back to store - who never answered. Two hours of trying - no answer. No Pizza. But they sure did charge me. I put an email into customer service. No response after 3 days. I posted to FB messenger and they took all my info and said somebody would contact me. 3 days, no contact. But the charge sure did go through. I try calling Pizza Hut corporate and cannot get a live person on the phone. Never, never will I order from Pizza Hut again. We were hesitant to order again after our last experience with this location. Today we decided to give them another chance & we are glad that we did. All 3 of our pizzas were exceptional! They were so hot that they were practically steaming & tasted delicious. I personally have never best a fan of any pizza crust but the "hut favorite" flavor was amazing! Our order was correct this time & was delivered in a timely manner. The delivery driver was very polite & professional. I'm still trying to process what just happened. My husband placed an order via the Pizza Hut app. The delivery guy brought our order on time, no issues. About 30 minutes later he knocks on my door again with a part of our order that he forgot to bring. I didn't even realize anything was missing as my husband is the one who placed the order & he had not arrived home yet. The first thing this man says to me when I opened the door is "what is the problem?!" I was completely taken aback. I had no idea anything was missing & he was accosting me for his mistake! Wednesday night, I was bitten... by a huge cleaning bug. And, although I didn't mind cooking dinner, I had absolutely NO desire to go the grocery store to buy something to cook. So, pizza it was. Not really a fan of chain pizza places so this review is for the bone-less wings I got. When I called in my order the kiddo on the phone sounded very busy. I ordered bone-less wings with a side of bread sticks. "Uh we are out of breadsticks" he said, this was at 6 PM so I guess there was some poor preparation happening. I was told 15 mins on the pickup. Ordered online for carryout from the closest pizza hut. Told me the exact time it would be ready. Easy to order online. Got there a couple of minutes after the assigned time. It was sitting there waiting for me no waiting. They showed me the pizza, it was correct & looked good. Got it home & we ate it. So tasty, got the pepperoni & sausage hand tossed.
