It's hard to be a Pizza Hut fan. There are tons of better places for my own personal taste. However, if you're having a party or need to buy lunch for your employees like I did today, they are A-OK. I needed an early delivery 11 am and unfortunately, there aren't that many options for delivery around my office. Then when you factor in cost, Pizza Hut by far has the best deals. read more

My wife and I have enjoyed Pizza Hut pizzas for years. We live about 5 miles from this location and we have not used it in the past. Last week, my wife ordered a single pizza for delivery. After over 2 hours, the pizza showed up. About 30 minutes earlier, she called and tried to cancel but couldn't talk to anyone that understood english. The pizza has virtually no toppings, it was overcooked and totally cold. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. read more

The team always has my pizza ready in 15-20 minutes! they are hard working, and very thankful to all of them for making my life simple and easy! I always get the stuffed crust pizza, and it's flavor and textur are consistent every time I order!!! which seems to be every 10 days lately read more

I am a huge Pizza Hut fan, but today was my first and last time ordering from this specific location. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperonis, but it did not feel like they added anything extra to it. I also ordered boneless wings and was very surprised to receive a very dry and uneven coated order of them from this location. I am used to receiving wings that are fully coated and still have leftover sauce at the bottom of the container, but this was not the case from this location. Furthermore, the extra side of buffalo sauce I ordered came in a a much smaller container than what every other Pizza Hut location gives you. Not sure if the owners/managers of this location are trying to cut back on portions and think people won't notice, but for someone like me who uses Pizza Hut as their "cheat" meal each week and looks forward to it, this place was far inferior to what other Pizza Hut locations offer and the way they prepared their food did not go unnoticed. read more

Pizza Hut is my all-time favorite. I don't think I need to tell you how delicious their pizzas are.

I'm so disappointed! I called the store several times and nobody picked up because they messed up my order. I had to call the number that was on receipt from the other customer to let her know I received her order and to let the driver to know to come back. Then 10min later he came back with my order but yet I still received the wrong pizza. read more

This pizza was disgusting Doughy toppings slid off all the slices ... not to mention the delivery driver put the bag on the ground and handed me the pizza off the floor through his bag I gave him a $20 for total was $16.. and before I said keep change he took off with the $20 rude !! this is the poorest service I've ever dealt with in pizza places .. Pizza Hut is supposed to be better than Little Caesars in that night they did not show it ... I then called the store and they apologize for the rude delivery driver along with the sloppy pizza but only gave me a five dollar credit not a replaced pizza poor service read more

Never try to order from here. I placed order online. Said delivery in 22-32 minutes. After an hour and no pizza, I tried to call. No answer. Over and over again, no answer. Tried the "sales" line and of course got somebody, but they cannot do anything but try to transfer back to store - who never answered. Two hours of trying - no answer. No Pizza. But they sure did charge me. I put an email into customer service. No response after 3 days. I posted to FB messenger and they took all my info and said somebody would contact me. 3 days, no contact. But the charge sure did go through. I try calling Pizza Hut corporate and cannot get a live person on the phone. Never, never will I order from Pizza Hut again. If they cannot have a system to take care of their customers, then I shan't be doing business with them. read more

The food is just awful. The service was just as bad. We ordered wings that didn't make it with the order (as bad as the as the food was, I'm not even mad about that). The cinnamon rolls had mold on them. There are too many other options for pizza, any of them will be better than this one. read more

No offense I'm upset with the current manager. This is my childhood Pizza Hut so I know the difference. Honestly I buy wings on a weekly biweekly basis and this current team does not want to make continue my business and it's sucks. The customer service is lacking in the retail store. This lady continues to charge me regular price for wings but does not fix my wings correctly then when I ask for extra suace she still does not give me extra. Never before has it been an issue I'm not understanding why my order is incorrect. I'm not paying $11 for naked wings. I need the customer service to pick up I would offer to pay for extra sauce if she put any on there in the first place. THEYRE NAKED FOR $11. Unacceptable read more

We were hesitant to order again after our last experience with this location. Today we decided to give them another chance & we are glad that we did. All 3 of our pizzas were exceptional! They were so hot that they were practically steaming & tasted delicious. I personally have never best a fan of any pizza crust but the "hut favorite" flavor was amazing! Our order was correct this time & was delivered in a timely manner. The delivery driver was very polite & professional. We were pleasantly surprised & will make this location or go to Pizza Hut once more. read more

My food came 20 minutes early and was disgusting! The stuffed crust looked like it sat on a rack for 2 hours before being used for sale. My thin crust was burnt. I tried to call the store and was hung up on twice. The third time I finally got someone to answer only to be told the manager wasn't there to refund my order and I needed to call back later. Wednesday night, I was bitten... by a huge cleaning bug. And, although I didn't mind cooking dinner, I had absolutely NO desire to go the grocery store to buy something to cook. So, pizza it was. I love how I can place my order online and not have to call and talk to some teenager who will probably get my "Large, Thin Crust, Lite On The Sauce, Hamburger, Black Olive, Green Olive & Mushroom" order wrong. Their pizza is certainly better than the other normal delivery options of Dominos (Blech) and Papa Johns (eeeww). I am going to knock them 1 star because they don't seem to understand the definition of "Lite On The Sauce." I have almost gotten to the point where I am going to start ordering no sauce. The sauce is only supposed to be there to provide a little moisture... not to have huge clumps on tomato sauce to overpower the taste of the toppings. read more

Not really a fan of chain pizza places so this review is for the bone-less wings I got. When I called in my order the kiddo on the phone sounded very busy. I ordered bone-less wings with a side of bread sticks. "Uh we are out of breadsticks" he said, this was at 6 PM so I guess there was some poor preparation happening. I was told 15 mins on the pickup. I got there in 10 and found a bunch of people behind the counter bumping into each other and yelling. That was the employees that were working, many others were leaning, one guy was casually eating pizza in front of a packed house of customers. My order took an additional 20 mins to get out and they were not even sure whose order was whose. Verifying, I left and got home to soggy overcooked chicken nuggets, McNuggets would have been better. I'm still trying to process what just happened. My husband placed an order via the Pizza Hut app. The delivery guy brought our order on time, no issues. About 30 minutes later he knocks on my door again with a part of our order that he forgot to bring. I didn't even realize anything was missing as my husband is the one who placed the order & he had not arrived home yet. The first thing this man says to me when I opened the door is "what is the problem?!" I was completely taken aback. I had no idea anything was missing & he was accosting me for his mistake! He said again "what is the problem!?" I explained that I had no idea what was going on and he proceeded to tell me in a very heated & hostile manner that he had to spend an hour and 10 minutes to go back to the store & return to my house a second time. How is that my fault?? And how in any way does that merit his violent, unprovoked behavior towards me?! My husband called the store when he got home & spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager. He talked over my husband the whole time, would not let him get a word in & told him he had to google the 1-800 number if he wanted to file a complaint. These people have NO BUSINESS being in customer service of any kind and whoever this delivery driver is needs to be in anger management classes! Rest assured we googled that number & are working on filing those complaints! read more

long story short i ordered my food for delivery. waited 2 hours even though it said it would be delivered in 1 hour. called and called and called no one answered. called corporate to be told if i want a refund to physically go to the store to get it. went in, lady manager could not give a F. refunded it and said she didn't know what happened. no apology. no coupon for future visit. no explanation. avoid this location at all cost. also had a similar issue before where my order was super delayed; walked in to like 6 people waiting around and no one updating them on what's going on. just go to marcos down the street and don't waste your time on this sad excuse for a pizza hut. read more

Sorry Pizza Hut, the quality of your food is poor. The Pizza Hut location in Allen at Greenville and Bethany is just as bad. Old, run down and honestly, suspect looking. I was forced to do a pick up because this location was showing closed for deliveries at, um, 8:15pm. How is the store closed for deliveries at that hour??? If I hadn't already paid online for the food, I would have just walked away and grabbed something else! I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut is a long time. Now I remember why. The pasta we ordered had a horrible taste to it. The wings were also over cooked and soaking in sauce. Just not good. Pizza Hut used to make good food but the key phrase there is "used to". read more

Ordered online for carryout from the closest pizza hut. Told me the exact time it would be ready. Easy to order online. Got there a couple of minutes after the assigned time. It was sitting there waiting for me no waiting. They showed me the pizza, it was correct & looked good. Got it home & we ate it. So tasty, got the pepperoni & sausage hand tossed. Sadly I have found that this location has gone downhill in the last few months. I have ordered from them since I moved to the area- but this last order looked like it was slammed together. The crust tasted stale. The cinnamon sticks were nasty looking. I wrote a letter to corporate; they responded and said the manager of the location would respond in 5 business days. He never did. If I could give this place no stars I would. I placed my order today at 7:32 pm, it said my order will arrive at 8:15. It did not arrive until 8:32 pm. The food was all cold and we ordered $55 worth of food to feed 5-8 people. Around 8:12 I got a call asking where I live and I told them the color and address of my home. I waited until 8:30 and called again and asked where was the food, another lady on the phone gave me an attitude and I was asking politely and verifying my address. She said he had to deliver to 2 different homes in the same neighborhood. She told me to hold on the phone and hung up on me. I waited and he only delivered to my neighborhood once this night. He finally arrived and he said hello and opened he pizza bag and reached in and tried to grab the pizzas. I offered to help him out and he still struggled. The bbq wings fell on the porch and he just looked at them. I picked them up and said don't worry about it. It would've been nice for a coupon or refund on the wings. We were just hungry for waiting for an hour! I only live 10-15 minutes away from this Pizza Hut. We opened the pizzas and start to dig in. The pizza is cold and so are the wings. All of the pizza were not even cut correctly. We also found a piece of grilled chicken on a pepperoni pizza. I will never order pizza from any Pizza Hut again. I have been order from the Pizza Hut for a long time. I will never eat Pizza Hut. I like dominos and papa johns even better, the prices are great too! read more

Pizza Hut on 801 S Greenville Ave, Ste 121, Allen, Tx 75002. Order my pizza online and after I finished my pizza online, by ready time was an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. I tried calling this pizza hit location to see if it would take that long to receive my pizza, but no one answered the phone. I called this restaurant four times no one answered. So an hour passed by. I drove to this restaurant location, and I walked into the pizza hut. No one was upfront. I hear a couple of the pizza hut employees in the back. No one came up front. I had to say " hello" to get someone to help me. I saw my pizza sitting in the front. I guess you would call it an oven to keep your pizza warm, but the machine was off. When an employer of pizza hut walks to the front to help me, he was not welcoming. I told him I called your restaurant four times and no one answered. He replied by saying they were busy, but the phone was not ringing when I was there. I told him did it take an hour to make my pizza. He said yes, they were busy. I replied and said, ok.
