Just had a great pizza and salad delivered to my hotel by Ed, the owner himself! Let me know when they were close, were on time, friendly, and I got tasty food. I've missed Marcos since moving out of state, so I was glad there was a location close to my hotel. Try this location! I can tell they're working hard. Small business ownership is HARD, y'all! Great customer service and delicious product! Our order was delivered via DoorDash and the driver obviously dropped the box and we didn't want to eat the pizza. Marcos fired a new pizza and delivered a replacement within 20 minutes. read more

I loved this place but today we got horrible service when we got out pizza delivered and we dont think we will ever be going back. Listen to the reviews this place is terrible. read more

They did a great job! Had a big Super Bowl order. It was delivered exactly on time, hot, delicious and 100% correct. Thank you.

These reviews have to be fake. 0/10 pizza and I hate to sound ungrateful but man that was a baddddd pizza. Worse than the worse pizza you've ever had. Don't even bother with this place. I got a pizza free and I regret it. Service was good but that's about it. They dony know good pizza here read more

These pizzas are amazing, fast delivery, nice service. All super good. Highly recommended

Not a fan of their pizza but the sausage meatball bake is a delicious way to avoid carbs. Their meatball sub is excellent also

I can see from the other reviews that their delivery may need improvement. As I've only ever had takeout, please defer to those opinions for delivery. As takeout goes, I think Marco's is the best in the fast food price range competing with Litter Caesar, Papa John and Domino's. Their old world style pepperoni is the cupping kind and I think the best around. I've also liked their sausage. They used to offer hot honey and it's a real bummer for me that they don't have it any more. They also never have stuffed crust here so go elsewhere if you want that. For value, this place does alright with toppings as long as you only have one or two. If you do anything complicated, they seem to really short you on toppings. So I would keep it simple or pick another place. The one or two topping pizzas typically have an online coupon so it comes out to $10 or $11 for a large. Counter service is acceptable. They don't let customers use the bathroom so plan accordingly. And I wouldn't even risk delivery or calling. Just stick to what they do well--large one or two topping takeout pizzas with a coupon or special. That's the deal. read more

We LOVE the pizza but we are giving up. We have given this location chance after chance but the delivery and service are terrible! The pizza ... ingredients seem "real" and fresh. It's not overly greasy. The dough would probably be good IF it was hot when served (I wouldn't know though because I have never had the pleasure of a hot pizza from this place). I see so much potential in this pizza, if they could just get it to my door AND have it warm warm upon arrival. Delivery... we have tried 5 delivery orders here. Not one has been delivered at the time they promise. And by the time we get it, it's barely warm. They are using DoorDash because they don't have a driver. However, they must not call for the DoorDash until the food is ready. So your food will sit for 15+ minutes at the store waiting for pickup. Then the DoorDash will eventually get it to you. We live 1 mile from the store and it took DoorDash 40 minutes to deliver our pizza after they picked it up! Surely DoorDash drivers are not using those Heat sleeves to keep stuff warm either! This not acceptable! It ruins a good product! Service... when we have called to inquire about the delivery (one time it had been 1.5 hours past the time of delivery!) 1. "It has been ready but we don't have a driver. You will need to come pick it up." (Why would the people not call the phone number provided at the time of placing the order? Why would you offer delivery if you don't delver? This entire situation was mind boggling) 2. "Our driver didn't come in and a new one just got here." 3. (Most recently) "Your order was picked up by DoorDash it should be on its way." We looked at the time-line-food-tracker-thingy. The food was ready at 8:05. DoorDash pick it up at 8:20. We got the food at 9:00. WE LIVE 1 MILE FROM THE SHOP! The food sat for nearly an hour before it got to the customer! DoorDash is not the solution to the service/delivery problems at this location. Please, 3 better solutions: 1. Hire drivers and pay them fairly. 2. Be proactive and upfront by communicating with your customers. If delivery is a problem, use the phone number provided by the customer and call them to let them know of the complication. 3. Stop offering delivery because you can't get the drivers. If I wanted DoorDash, I would order through DoorDash. They were a good try but it's NOT working. Only order here if you are going to pick it up yourself!!!! read more

marcos pizza has the best ever chicken Cesar salad. They don't just use the hard center core of lettuce and they scatter their grilled chicken throughout the salad instead of just throwing it all on top. It is definitely the Best! read more

GM is a joke; he's rude to people who aren't even being rude & then purposely makes your food wrong multiple times. When you explain it (nicely), he argues. Told me he didn't have to tell me his name (lol) after asking him, because he is who rang up this order that was supposed to be a replacement order from a previously wrong order under his employees codes (receipt said a different name and he said it wasn't him). They added wrong toppings out of spite 3x because they didn't want to fix it. read more

Please listen to the reviews, this place has absolutely terrible service, delivery, and drivers. Trust the people who talk about the rude and unprofessional staff that are making your pizza. On multiple occasions they have delivered food over an hour and a half late, or not at all. Some occasions when they did deliver it, it had random toppings added onto it. Other times it was broken apart and looked completely disgusting. They will even filter the order through DoorDash without your knowledge and claim it's out of their hands if something happens to it. Read the real reviews and STAY AWAY from this location. The rude GM is the reason for the awful and incompetent culture that has been created here. Save yourself the trouble and order from a more established pizza chain. read more

They either don't deliver your food , or deliver it an hour late. When you call to find out about your order , they say we don't have a driver , wait till we get one . I ordered the food 4 hours in advance to make sure we have the food when it's suppose to be delivered. Another time when I called , they just canceled the order and said we don't have a driver. Shut the place down if you can't run your business Rude and terrible workers there. Hope Whoever owns this branch goes out of business. read more

Marco's Pizza - Deals - Pizza Near Me - Plano, Texas

From start to finish this Marco's was top notch - friendly, on time with the order, a great deal on our pizza! This place is a favorite!

Great pizza... our favorite. But the employees here are lazy and rude. They will NOT answer the phone. What would people (like my elderly parents) do if they aren't computer literate and want to order on the phone? The employees here also flatly REFUSE to do curbside even though the web site/app, the outgoing message on the phone, and the front door of the establishment all offer curbside pickup. When one finally gives up and gets out of the car and goes inside to retrieve the curbside delivery order, the three giggling employees say "they're really busy" and can't do curbside. If that's true (it isn't), then the company needs to hire more employees, or remove that false advertising from their website, app, phone message, and front door, or fire these entitled kids who refuse to do their jobs. When recovering from surgery and struggling to get around, curbside pickup is an attractive option, but Marco's has lost our frequent business because of a few lazy employees. Sad, because the food is good. read more

Don't give them your money. This place is a con. Ordered food, waited 3+ hours and it never came. The GM was rude and didn't bother trying to resolve the issue. Wish I listened to the other reviews. read more

I absolutely love the pizza bowl! The ingredients are fresh and hearty. It's my go-to whenever I want good pizza.

The owner was extremely nice and reached out and was really quick to apologize and take care of the situation. We felt bad leaving a negative review but at the same time wanted to review what we experienced and let the owner know what was going on when he wasn't supervising. We placed another order to give them a second chance and the pizza looked amazing and much better than before. read more

Great hot pizza and delicious wings. Generous toppings and excellent customer service

Great food great service! I eat here all the time and haven't had an issue yet. They are quick and alway seem busy.

I'd never heard of Marco's to be honest. I saw a commercial for their pizza bowl. I'm currently doing Keto and thought this sounded perfect! A pizza with no crust - baked into a bowl? Sign me up! I searched for the nearest location from me and was surprised there was one just a coupe of miles away. I placed my order online, it was ready in about 11 minutes. The gentleman behind the counter when I picked up my order yesterday was friendly and the all meat pizza bowl was yummy! I'll be back. read more

OWNER PLEASE READ!! Ordered pizza ... which is always good !!! We canceled our order ... The employees there are not wearing gloves nor mask and they are letting customers wait inside after they order ....WTF .... we will never order from you again ... they told us they are not required to wear gloves .... and that customers can wait inside ..... this is why we still have this virus!!! They have a small selection of pasta dishes to purchase also. Overall nice price and dishes. O reccomend the salads. Nice for easy pick up and they sometimes offer a deal on Groupon. They did a great job getting my order done and making it seamless. I would do big orders and they were always very helpful and understanding of the situation. Very good Marco's pizza read more

These people are super friendly and respectful. Also they make the best pizza around. Personally my favorite pizza place. Better than papa John's and Pizza Hut went down the drain. Dominoes is my 2nd choice. But Marcos is definitely my number 1. Can't beat the quality taste. read more

Second chance. Something we were rarely do for restaurants, but Marco's hit the mark tonight. Late night, cold, rainy and tired after a long day. Ordering was quick and easy on the mobile app, the delivery was scheduled at 7:32 after ordering at 6:53 and just after 7:15 a courteous and professional pizza delivery person arrived. The pizza was good, quality ingredients and plenty of ingredients on the pie. Albeit it was a little cold, it was 46° outside and the microwave did the trick. Our first experience several months ago was poor and the manager attempted to correct the issues though we couldn't connect. I appreciate the extension of professionalism and though Marco's Pizza isn't my favorite pizza, sorry Marco's, I will order Marco's again, and I will refer friends to consider trying their pizza in the future. Thanks Marcos for making a long, tiring day on a cold and rainy night with a good ending. read more

Marco's Pizza - Letter from owner - Pizza Near Me - Plano, Texas

Can't sign in on the website, even though I have an account. I always seem to have issues with ordering online from Marcos. Every time I want a pizza and try to order online, I'm always greatly disappointed with how the websites are. And it's not just one location, it's the entire website. Hope y'all figure it out because y'all have lost out on a few orders as of recent. read more

OMG!!!! I placed an order and went to pick it up, I was surprised to see two customers nonchalantly speaking with the person at the register and leaning over the counter. Then the customers decided to wait inside after they placed their order. I was surprised at this!!!! All other locations that have pickup, they always have the customers wait in the car so you minimized contact and the spread of covid -19. I called while I sat in my car and told them I would not go in with other people waiting in the store and they said no problem we will bring it out to you. After 15 minutes and no pizza, I called back to complain about my food and the people waiting in the store. To my surprise they said they did not know people can't wait in the store during this pandemic and furthermore that they are not required to wear gloves or mask with dealing with money or customer at close proximity. Why does Marcos Pizza feel it does not have to practice extreme caution during this crisis and how can the employees not be aware that people should not wait in the store. The customers leaning over the counter seemed more of a social thing or a hangout with buddies and not a food establishment. read more

I just wanted to say, the staff working tonight deserves a raise!!! They worked so hard to provide a hot meal for all of us when we had no electric. They did a great job and a BIG thank you for your dedication in such bad weather to keep everyone happy. Stay safe!!! read more

Just ordered pizza from here for the first time. I admit going in I expected the worst after reading the other reviews. However, I wanted to give them a shot since it's a new business and people usually only write a review when they aren't happy. The website was pretty easy to navigate and place my order. I also liked that I didn't have to create an account to use the website. I just checked out as a guest. They advised a delivery time of 35 minutes. The pizza arrived in 25 minutes (10 ahead of schedule for those not good at math). The driver was a sharp looking kid with a clean uniform and not like he just woke up after too many bong hits (that's who most people send). He was polite and brought everything I ordered. Everything was hot, made correctly, and it tasted good. Definitely prefer this pizza to Domino's, Pizza Hut, or any of the other big players. I don't doubt the other reviews but I have to assume since this location just opened they were ironing out the kinks because tonight they got it perfect. FYI we ordered on a Saturday at 6:45 pm during peak business hours. We ordered 2 medium pizzas with thin and normal crust and a desert item. As previously mentioned everything was hot and made perfectly. The delivery driver did an ACE job as well. read more
