I tried Heirloom last night. I got the Author pizza and I thought it was pretty good. I also got their caprese salad and I liked that as well. Customer service was great. I wish they had the Parmesan cheese packets though. But I'll definitely be back to try other items on the menu! Forgot to take pics because I was pretty hungry and dove right in! read more

I was surprised to learn this is take-out only. Although I really don't mind eating it at home, but I think it might have lost a bot of its crispiness on the drive home- which is about 15 minutes. We ordered the Aurthur, and it was delicious. I wasn't sure how much to order so I got a large to be safe. Well, its huge at 16". Probably more than we needed for two people as we each ate two large slices, leaving 4 slices left over. I love leftover pizza, so no problem there. I think its a better value at $23.50 versus $16 for a small? I liked the greek salad as well, although It could probably use a larger lettuce to all-other-ingredients ratio. it seemed like all the ingredients were about equal in portion. Delicious, but I want a bit more lettuce. I will for sure try some of the other pizzas here. And I liked the friendly staff. They seem genuinely "all-in", which is a great thing. read more

This pizza is absolutely amazing. Justin is probably one of the most giving people I've met. He works so hard to make good pizza and you can really tell how passionate he is in what he does. He makes some amazing specialty pizzas and also does a Detroit style which oh my gosh is good. This is not an eat-in establishment but an order, pickup and go. Pics look great, but the taste and texture not so much. I've lived in Plano for about 8 years and have yet to find anything close to NY/NJ quality pizza. Staff is friendly and my pizza was close to on time for pickup, but as others have said the texture is mostly floppy and the only crisp I got was by heating more in the air fryer after I got home. Also pricey, but typical for most places here outside of the national chains(Dominos, Pizza Hut, etc). No seating, just went in for pickup. Have Arcade One Up's to pass the time until your pizza is ready. read more

The pizza itself is ok, but the value for the money is awful. I placed an order online and was thinking the default was for a medium ($18.95), but showed up get my carry out and found out they were for smalls! And not very good ones at that. Outer crust and first 3rd are cooked well, remaining 2/3rds is a soggy floppy mess. I get NY style pizza is supposed to be floppy, but not raw pizza dough floppy. First time I came here (albeit a few years ago) they were loaded with toppings and the owner and pizza were great. Times have changed and I won't be going back for this ridiculously sized pizza for the price. read more

Omgoodness! This is the BEST pizza I've ever had anywhere. The fact that the owner makes everything from scratch, dough, cheeses, sauces, etc. I guarantee once you've tried this, you'll never eat another pizza anywhere else! It's a little expensive but SO worth every penny. We had the garlicky cheese which is better than any garlic cheese breadstick anywhere. That thin crispy dough and delicious cheese! Oh my! Also had a large pepperoni cup with homemade red sauce. Family loved it. My husband and I had a large veggie of our choice, with Italian sausage and homemade red sauce and added homemade ricotta too. This is by far one of the best pizza spots in the area. it's in a hole of the wall 90s style shopping center, but don't let the looks of this place fool you. Saw the owner post on Facebook about free slices for lunch so had to check it out. (I did tip as well so review is my own and not because the slices were free.) The owner recently took over the place earlier this year (2024) and is trying to make a name for himself here in Plano. It's not a place you can really sit down in but is great for to-go. The owner was super friendly and made the experience enjoyable. For the slices I had the Meat Master, Fred's Steakhouse Special, and Detroit style one. The meat master was very well done with your basic all meats topping in a thin crispy crust that was perfection. The flavors shone through and it was not over sauced which I thought it was perfect. However, if you like sauce be sure to order extra. The Fred's Steakhouse Special was phenomenal and I will order it on another day. The owner gets his steak from Fred's next door and then tops the pizza with Alfredo sauce, banana peppers, red onions, and cheese. With that crispy thin crust again it was truly unique and something I never had here before. The last slice was the Detroit style one. It's a deep dish style pizza and the crust was amazing on the edge that I got. Overall I highly recommend checking them out. He seems like a good guy and will quickly become a local staple. So get in early while you can and help support a local pizzeria here in Plano! read more

Heirloom Pizza is amazing!!! We've been a couple of times and tried different pizzas each time. I have never been disappointed with our pizza choices. Fair warning, they are not playing around with the garlic here. There are definitely no vampires hanging out at Heirloom's. We ordered a BYO Brick Oven NY Pizza with fresh garlic as one of the toppings and wowza, it was a masterpiece. The garlic was well placed, flavorful but not overpowering. The garlic complemented the meat and sauce so well. We've also tried the White and Pesto specialty pizzas. Both were fantastic. The eggplant on the Pesto pizza is seasoned and cooked so well you almost think it's sausage. The White pizza is rich and decedent. if you are looking to enjoy a non traditional (no red sauce) pizza, I highly recommend either of these options. Their pizza also gets bonus points for reheatability. The pies are generous so of course there's leftovers for days and they are still delicious 2-3 days later. read more

Very tasty pizza. The crust was nice and thin. The cheese and sauce were good. The pepperoni were small and when cooked formed a little'bowl' shape. My husband loved it. It was very oily from the pepperoni to me. That's what he liked best. The service was excellent. Very quick and on time as promised. I called it in, then picked it up. The pepperoni pizza however was disappointingly swimming with grease- normally pepperoni pizza is greasy hut considering the amount of pepperoni on the pizza this seemed like an excessive amount and made the pizza less enjoyable. We would certainly return and have this pizza again if the pepperoni pizza was less greasy. The wait times provided when you order online are also not accurate. We ordered 13 pizzas for a party of 50 people at Nerfies down the street and EVERYONE kept coming up to ask us the name of the pizza place we ordered from. Even the party host said in all the parties she's hosted that this was the best pizza. We ordered the maui, the author, pepperoni, cheese, the alfredo bliss and the margherita. I tried each of them except for the alfredo (it was all eaten up) and they were all delicious. My favorite was the margherita and the author. Best pizza in Collin County, hands down. The Author and the Supreme are our go tos - with a generous amount of toppings in both. In addition the pizzas being delicious and the toppings being incredible quality (also, my fiance who is NOT a foodie talks about the crust, constantly), the staff are so incredibly kind. We thought they closed at 10pm on the weekends (they close at 9) and called in one night at 8:45, only to find out they closed in 15 minutes and we were 25 min away.
