Feeling somewhat gluttonous I also opted to add a biscuit with mushroom gravy. The food came hot and fresh in about 20 mins. The breakfast plate was delicious with the assortment ketchup, and assortment of hot sauce provided. The waffle for me, tasted like an eggo-- the butter and henny syrup was fab but there was a slightly chemical taste to the waffle itself that I didn't care for. I know it's a chicken and waffles place, but i recommend skipping the latter. The biscuit and gravy, on the other hand was actually other worldly. Tender, flaky, buttery and the top was glazed to perfection...you could tell these are folded and baked by a pro. It was the perfect bite with savory gravy. I was honestly speechless. I haven't had a biscuit that good so far north in the USA pretty much ever. I was absolutely too full to try the chicken but people in my party enjoyed it! Our server was very sweet and hospitable. I would absolutely recommend anyone to try this place and be patient if there a little wait! You won't regret it.

I recently visited Hashtag Waffles in Seattle, and my experience was absolutely delightful! The cozy and modern ambiance of the shop immediately put me in a good mood. What truly set the visit apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by Ryan. From the moment we walked in, Ryan greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel incredibly welcome. He was knowledgeable about the menu and eager to provide recommendations tailored to our tastes. Now, let's talk about the waffles--they were out of this world! I ordered the classic waffle with Nutella, strawberries, and whipped cream, and each bite was pure bliss. The waffle was perfectly crispy on the outside, yet fluffy and light on the inside. The combination of fresh strawberries and rich Nutella was a match made in heaven. Ryan's attentiveness didn't stop at the initial order. Throughout our meal, he checked in to make sure everything was perfect, and his positive energy made the experience even better. It's rare to find someone who balances efficiency and genuine friendliness so well, but Ryan did just that. It was clear that he takes pride in ensuring that every customer leaves happy. The attention to detail in both the food and service at Hashtag Waffles is truly commendable. Whether you're in the mood for something sweet or savory, this spot has something for everyone, and the fantastic service from Ryan ensures that you'll want to return again and again. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in Seattle--trust me, you won't be disappointed! read more

I am writing to share my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your establishment. During my visit, my wife and I approached an employee -- identifiable by a yellow bandana -- to ask a simple question about the ingredients in a sandwich. Rather than assisting us courteously, he dismissed our inquiry and curtly told us to "read the tablet." This response felt dismissive and disrespectful, especially given that we were simply seeking clarification as first-time visitors from Los Angeles. His tone and attitude came across as rude and unprofessional, and it left us with a very negative impression. Customer service plays a crucial role in any dining experience, and we were genuinely surprised by the lack of basic courtesy shown. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we believe that no customer should be treated in this manner. read more

We stayed at the Paramount overnight before our cruise and the morning we were embarking we decided to just do breakfast here...plus we were given a $20 credit towards it for staying. We didn't have to wait when we arrived, but it was busy for sure. Ava came and introduced herself and asked for our drink order as we read through the menu. Wife ordered an Americano and I had the Cold Brew; both were good coffees actually. For food the wife ordered the Breakfast Sandwich with some modifications....no onion jam or chili oil and asked for potatoes on the side. I decided on the corned beef hash with eggs over medium. The sandwich came on a brioche bun with scrambled eggs, two slices of bacon and cheddar cheese. It was decent she said but the side of potatoes we had to laugh about...10 pieces of potatoes, which actually were cooked well but lacked seasoning. The corned beef...awful I have to say and after just a couple of bites I was done. The eggs were cooked perfectly but the hash was greasy and lacked any kind of flavor. The potatoes were chunks of plain spuds kinda thrown on top of their shredded corned beef. Sorry but yucky all the way around. And I love homemade hash typically! Overall a meh breakfast and wouldn't really recommend them.
