Mr. Tankless came out and assessed the house and the plumbing, and determined that we would not be satisfied with a tankless solution due to the length of the gas runs required. His honesty was very much appreciated! We then contracted him for a replacement tank and they were out quickly and performed the job to spec and cleaned up after themselves.
