My water softener belched resin into my house plugging water flow to my toilets, faucets and all other connected appliances. I called Bob because of concert for my on demand water heater and it possibly be plugged with resin. He was very responsive to my call for help, checked the on demand for pluggage and even helped with some of my more difficult faucets that were plugged. He came back the next morning to 1) replace my on demand water heater inlet water valve that was frozen open, 2) pull and check the inlet screen to the unit and 3) perform a routine descaling - something that had never been completed in the 7 year life of the unit.
