One thing I especially appreciate is how professional their entire operation is. Scheduling and reminders are all handled electronically, they show up right when they say they will, and they document the work with before-and-after photos. With something like gutter cleaning, where I don't want to climb onto the roof to inspect the work myself, it's great to be able to see exactly what was done and how thorough they were (answer: very). Their pricing is competitive and fair, and on top of doing great work, they stand behind it. It's clear they care about making sure the customer is happy with the job. We'll absolutely continue using them for our gutter cleaning.

I called up Total Solar Cleaning and got an education on the need to have your solar panels cleaned by a professional. And then I googled the reasons. And yes, it can produce benefits. So I did it and I'm happy. There was an increase in power production the next day ( same weather) and the panels looked great. Total solar cleaning was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I'll give them a call the next time my panels need a good bath.

The owner Dave Lara was highly professional, courteous, and promptly responsive to every question and concern. He checked on the progress and quality of the work multiple times daily. His bid was fair. His work proposal, unlike my other bidders, was comprehensive and inclusive, meaning he spelled out and priced every eventuality so there were no surprising added charges. His team worked extremely hard when they were on the job..and they clearly liked and were well led and by David. They cleaned up daily during the four day project. Most importantly, the work and the workmanship was impeccable. They used the latest methods and materials. They discovered issues (like facia boards with dry rot or poorly sealed chimney and skylight openings, or gutter downspouts that had not been well installed by previous roofers) and they took care of them. They went out of the way to make the job PERFECT. Net net- I was very thorough in vetting the four companies that bid on the project...but even after choosing AGD carefully and expecting a lot, they exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service, job quality and value. The company leads the pack and I would trust them completely with other projects.

I searched Yelp for a five-star gutter cleaning company, found Bargain Window & Gutter Cleaning Services, and decided to give them a try. It turned out to be one of the best home maintenance decisions I've made. I contacted Joshua through Yelp Messenger, and he responded almost immediately with a quote. He requested my address, used Google Maps to inspect the roof remotely, and we quickly scheduled a full gutter cleaning. The service included complete removal of debris from the roof and gutters, a thorough rinse of the entire gutter system, flushing all downspouts to ensure proper drainage, and photos and videos of the completed work sent directly to my phone. Here's where things got even better. While cleaning the gutters, Joshua noticed several roof tiles that were cracked or out of place likely the real source of our leak. After a quick trip to the hardware store for some roof tile repair adhesive, the problem was fixed. Joshua, it was an absolute pleasure working with you. I really enjoyed our conversation, and don't forget to get those Meta glasses! We'll definitely be calling you again for roof and window cleaning. Thanks again! Brian M Paden
