Huge foodie here! I would say this amazing place qualifies as a hole in the wall place and yet to be experienced by the majority of the surrounding foodies of Wylie, Sachse, and Murphy. The owners and workers are beyond amazing with their customer service. They provided delicious free hot tea and we got out food back quickly. We tried about 3-5 surrounding the Mediterranean where nothing comes close to this restaurant. Highly recommended and love it. The food, quantity, and the price is all fair. The price is going a little bit on the high side but well worth it. Ignore the decor on the inside and outside then focus only on the food, you won't be disappointed. read more

Visited today for late lunch 1- Greeted very well. 2- Offered us Turkish tea while we were waiting for our food. 3- we ordered 2 kabob platters . They cooked fresh while we were enjoying complimentary tea. 4- Kabobs were delicious and platters were served in styrofoam box, which is fine but we normally prefer china plates and silverware... No big deal 5- They kept filling our tea cups.....I loved the tea. 6- Last part of even better....they served us baklava as complementary dessert. Btw, they also gave us complementary hummus, which was made fresh and tasted really good with pita bread. Definitely will visit again to try other dishes. read more

Later Saturday after running errands all over the area, my why wife said let's check out Mr. Pide. They were on our side of the road, so why not? Omer was quick describing the basic choices, I had the Chicken Doner, my wife had the Gyro and fries. While we waited Omer offered complimentary hot tea and 2 baklava. By the time we got home were enjoying the meal just through the fragrance. Upon getting in the house my wife devoured he gyro, and I ate as much of the doner as I could. Great Middle Eastern Rest in Sachse/Wylie area. This is a fantastic local place open since January. I ordered the Chicken Doner that was served over rice with a small salad on the side. Tremendous flavor and great food portions. The place has only about 3 tables so it's really set up more for take home business. They also have Beef kabobs and gyros. This place is excellent. The service was welcoming. There isn't a lot on the menu however, what is on the menu will have you coming back for more!!! Great place! Perfect to-go or fast casual restaurant. I've had the chicken doner, hummus and borek and all of it is great. They usually give you a sample of something different while you're waiting for food, last time it was the new turkey sausage which was delicious and even my toddler likes it. She will barely eat meat but loves their chicken and turkey sausage. They are also so friendly and will gladly help you pick out your order if you need help. read more

So glad something like this popped up in the area!! Wife and I tried the beef kabob with rice and the hummus as an appetizer. Everything was fresh and tasted great! First off, this place is amazing! My family kept raving about this place, so I had to try it for myself. My brother ordered the chicken doner with rice and I got the gyro combo with a side of hummus and pita. The gyro was delicious with great flavor; I tried my brother's chicken doner and it too was delicious. I was not expected to get the Turkish tea, but I loved it and it paired amazingly with the baklava. As I was sitting there eating my gyro, I was already texting some friends that live in the area telling them that they need to try Mr. Pide's. Not only is the food worth it, the hospitality on top of it makes me want to come again and again. Unfortunately, I do live an hour away, but I do frequent the Wylie/Sachse area, so I plan on coming here when I am in town. read more

I came to this restaurant just expecting to get food and then return home, however, the moment I stepped into this restaurant, I was greeted and aquatinted with such amazing hospitality. They were the sweetest people I had the pleasure of meeting in awhile! Not only was their kindness amazing but their food was undeniably delicious. I ordered the gyro sandwich combo, which came with fries and a drink, and it was absolutely exquisite! The flavor was amplified by the fact that it was made just then. I did not get the taste of frozen or not fresh food that I get from some places but rather food made fresh just for you. Love this place. Falafel was exceptional I thought. Good spices and not dry. The lady working was very kind and helpful. We ordered inside, but got behind a big order and had to wait a bit. She apologized and offered us falafel and tea while we wait. The food was fresh and tasty. The only down side was the inside of the place was HOT. read more

Stopped in for a late evening take out meal. We ordered a beef shish kabob plate and a giro. Both were very good. The service was excellent.

In about 10 days I have had their Beef Kabob Sandwich 3 times. The kabab is juicy and delicious. The tzatziki sauce is the best!

I believe this place just opened, I just noticed it recently. I am excited that this place is open! The people are friendly, the food is great and so are the prices. We were served hot tea after our meal, on the house. It was cold so it was a nice gesture. The staff seemed to genuinely care about the quality of the food that they served us.
