Tres leches birthday cake celebration
Mina M.

One of my absolute favorite places to visit every time I'm in TJ!!!! The meat there is not even comparable to any of the places here in the United States. They have much more open food selection with much wider variety either Mexican or regular American style food. They will literally always at all times be passing by with meat, you would literally get sick of it and just have to turn the sign off (even then they still come with meat lol) The service is absolutely top notch and they made sure that we have everything we needed! Even come by all the time to see if there's any meat we would like to request so they could bring it for us!!!! That's just never happened with us before!!!!!!! We had a birthday there, and I tell you they really know how to do a celebration right, you will get the very much loud and fun birthday shoutout. Also they will make you chug a shot and shake your head like they do over there. It was so special and to be remembered. Parking structure is small there, but they do have valet and they'll take care of it for you. (I believe it's only valet parking there, I could be wrong. But we got the valet parking) Price can't be beat for the quality and amount of food. Absolute steal. 2 people on a weekend with a birthday celebration and couple soft drinks and water came to be about $80ish-$90. Which if you know how much Brazilian steakhouses in the US cost, you'd know how good of a deal that is!!!!!!!! Overall, it really sucks that this place is far away, otherwise I'd have been there every weekend :) But it is a stable to go to every time I'm in Mexico.

If you are ever in Tijuana and craving Brazillian churrasco. Come here! Prices are half the prices of what you would pay in the US. If im not eating street tacos, this where you will find me. Ambiance is contemporary dinning. As far as I know, one can pay in MXN pesos or use their card.

Me encantó el lugar! La carne está increíble! Gracias por el excelente servicio. La carne estaba bien cocida y jugosa. El pan de ajo es algo espectacular. Gracias. Y gracias por tener un bonito y limpio restaurante.

Pampas. Can't miss it.

Every time we're in Mexico, Mr. Pampas is the first stop. Not the airport tacos. Not the hotel check-in. We pull up here like it's a family tradition written in stone. This place is a steak-driven fever dream. Brazilian-style buffet where the meat keeps coming like it signed a Netflix deal. Garlic steak, bacon-wrapped steak, spicy cuts that hit like the final round of Chopped. The chicken's not playing either -- grilled, glazed, spinning off skewers like it's auditioning for So You Think You Can Cook. You start at the salad bar thinking you're about to pace yourself -- then by plate three, you're full-blown Leo behavior: dramatic, indulgent, refusing to back down. The staff? All-stars. Friendly, fast, and smoother than a Drake album rollout. They catch your vibe quick -- no small talk, just "you ready for round five?" energy. Ambiance is undefeated. You can bring your girl, your homies, or your entire family tree. Feels upscale without being uptight. Like if The Bear opened a rodizio in Tijuana and actually let you breathe. Bottom line: this place doesn't miss. You leave full, happy, and slightly concerned about how much meat your body can actually process.

Clean and nice restaurant

Nice Brazilian restaurant with some good options. The service is outstanding and all meat meats are delicious. The self serve bar area has plenty of Brazilian and even some Mexican dishes. I'll be back...

Mis favoritas de la barra de ensaladas

No puedes venir a Tijuana sin pasar por Mr. Pampa's. La ensalada de zanahoria con piña y el filete mignon son mis favoritas

We went to Mr Pampas Otay location for my son's birthday. I've had better food at other AYCE Brazilian steak houses. The price was reasonable, about $25 for adults and half price for kids. I didn't like the food from the buffet area. The desserts were ok. They brought ice cream to our table and we thought they were a part of AYCE but apparently it's an additional charge. My ice cream with a splash of Baileys was about $12. Also, I told the waiter that we were there to celebrate my son's birthday. They brought out a cheesecake for him and that was an additional charge that we didn't know about. Just be aware of additional charges.

Table side meat service

Excellent customer service! We were helped by an endless barrage of staff that resulted in quick service and very full plates of food! There was an amazing variety of side dishes to choose from. The table side meat service and variety of meat served was the best part. The ambiance was noisy... but it was very busy.

Service was outstanding. Come with an empty stomach bc there's so much food. Some of the food at the salad bar could be improved but the meats are excellent. I would for sure go back. The prime rib cut was juicy with a perfect crust and a nice garlicky flavor. Oh and don't miss the flambé pineapple its the absolute best.

My first dish: Beets, tomato and mozzarella and green beans accompanied with a traditional mojito.

I also appreciate meeting the restaurant manager, Rafael, making our experience exceptional. The food was great as always, some of our all time favorites are the picanha, lamb chops, ribeye, grilled pineapple, and Brazilian cheese. To update from my last review, we were able to try all the meats offered on their dinner service today and that's THE experience. This is one of my favorite restaurants in San Diego to dine at, especially on special occasions. Today's parking was tricky because of the padres game, but it's worth looking for to dine here. I highly highly recommend, THANK YOU FOGO TEAM!

Despite having a reservation, they sat us in the very back where we felt forgotten because the meat didn't come to us. He truly turned our negative experience to a positive and really took care of us. He made sure the meat servers came to us, checked up on us and gave us 5 star service. Thank you Samuel for your top notch hospitality!!
