Freshness of food, cleanliness, staff needs training on how to be proffesional serving.I do not reccomend this place. Maybe other Pampas are great but not this! Blvd. Lazaro Cardenas

Excellent service from Isaac and his colleagues! Very attentive. Thoughtful and communicative. Super fun vibes with the mariachi. High quality meats with a solid salad and appetizers bar.

La comida aquí es impecable y el servicio es muy atento. Hay mucha variedad de comidas y las carnes las puede pedir al momento. Es un lugar muy casual, a comparación de las otras sucursales y muy abierto para la familia. Lo recomiendo 100%

No no its not a go!!! warm welcoming but It wasn't enough…read morefor me. We went to eat some protein! We kept having to flag down a waiter or one of the people handling the meat carvings. The selection of meat was very basic. I def should have checked on that before considering going. We kept getting offered sausage, tripe and burnt chicken. All those meats were over cooked for my liking. We also got picana and asked for filet mignon asked for medium, came out ok but burnt edges. It made it hard to eat. The carving portions were small kinda annoying to have to constantly wait or flag down a server for more. The meat was bland not even a little salt and pepper. Just not it. The buffet part was def not up to parr either. The salads look unappetizing, old. Same goes with all or most of the dishes that were offered. Ceviche, pastas, meat dishes. The kid friendly options were ok but even my kids didn't approve the pasta. We also had sangria which was ok, tasted more like a sour sparkling water. We didn't get a drink menu so we just kinda asked what they offer and opted for sangria. They have a kids room with an attendant which was pretty cool. It's the only reason my kids want to go back. The ambiance is decent. Not too loud, TVs around gave it a bar feel a bit. I wasn't expecting that. I believe the place is priced a little more on the higher side for what they offer. It didn't meet my expectations in food or service. I think it would be helpful to keep a better eye on buffet food. Wilted salads are not a good look. Provide more communication on what is offered for protein in this case. I don't go to Tijuana too often but when I do, I try a new restaurant. Stay tune for the next one.

Desserts were not fresh they tasted old and dry. I also felt like cheated they would come around offering extra items that were not included with the buffet and we didn't realize until the tab came out there was no mention about it either. Sadly I won't be here again our waiter was nice and attentive but if I want Brazilian I'll be going to churrascaría. Our waiter was nice.

The food was delicious! We had a lot of different types .. calamari, grilled chicken, two different types of steak, beet salad was amazing we almost ordered another! Food also came with tortilla soup and beans and fresh tortillas and chips. I can go on and on! I'm bummed I didn't get dessert because it probably would have been amazing as well! We will definitely be back! Bonus ** they were showing the World Cup games!

Food: Amazing. I…read morestarted with a very savory tortilla soup. Followed by the Tampiquena steak, which comes with a baked potato (small, stuffed with cheese and scallions), and a quesadilla, with a side of guacamole. This is served with 2 different salsa, one of which is a chicharon based salsa that was very very good, but be warned it's hot. My wife had the rib eye with bone marrow. The bone marrow is served in a bone split in half. Also served with a baked potato. I didn't think my wife could finish it, but it was so good, she cleaned the plate. I had a cajeta crepe and my wife had the flan. She said the flan was the best she'd ever had. The crepe was delicious. Service: Over the top. It could not have been better. As with any high end restaurant in Mexico you can expect firat class service, comparable to what you would expect at a high end New York restaurant. Ambiance: Very nice. Quiet. Tables are spread out nicely. You will never be rushed out. There is no pressure to turn the table. Price: Relatively high. The Rib Eye with bone marrow was about $50 (1,000 pesos) and the regular steak was about $25 ($500 pesos). I highly recommend this restaurant.
