My cuz invited me over for pizza! She ordered from Mr Jim's, of course. I remember, one time her Dad called in an order and they said, "Do you know how many pizzas you have ordered from us?" Her Dad was like, "No. How many? " The order taker was like, 363 pizzas! So, I guess, its the crust. Lol. My cuz called in a carryout order. She gave them specific directions on how to prepare her pizza. She wanted the pizza to be a little crispy. Our order was ready when we got there and the pizza was to her liking. If you have some specific instructions they have no problems w the details.Pizza was good. Tomato sauce is rich and the crust is fulfilling. Its located in a really nice small shopping strip with minimal parking spots. It seemed to be full. They also had some trash outside that needed to be picked up. I was a little wary when I moved to Arlington, as in my experience new locations mean either better or worse pizza quality. Well, to my luck, this place is great! We ordered a pizza, Canadian bacon, pineapple and black olives. We got a cheese pizza with pineapple. Ordered a salad with two dressings, blue cheese and Italian. Got neither. Asked for utensils. Didn't get those either. Our Uber driver indicated she inquired about the utensils, and they said everything was in the box. Their pictures of their food looked good online, but sorely disappointed. Just had my first Mr. Jim's experience. It was good and I ate until I hated myself. We ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza with the original crust. While delicious it was probably the greasiest pizza I've ever had. This could be the uttery Parmesan crust we ordered, but since this was my first time I have nothing to compare it to. This particular pizza though, would be phenomenal for after the bar or on a hangover Sunday. We also ordered the Jim Sticks which were nothing short of amazing. It was like a puffy little pizza without sauce, but covered in garlicky, buttery goodness and topped with cheese (and whatever else you'd like). Overall this place was great. The only reason I can't go with a full five stars is the grease factor. We'll skip the butter crust next time and I'll update. read more

Soggiest/ greasiest pizza ever! Not one slice can be picked up. Dough is very chewy but I do like the Parmesan touch. My kids are saying the pizza is disgusting. Lol They refuse to eat! Best fast food pizza in Arlington, love the crust not par cooked before you order it like some other places

This is the second time that I've ordered at this location and it's a problem I used the code two to five to order A meal for my family and the code you have to use between two and five but it still gave me the discount even though the pick up was 6 so then when I ordered the pizza I wanted the pizza to be done at six and I submitted the order but they do not send confirmation so I called the store and there was no answers I am at work so I couldn't go up there then when I get home and it's closer to 6 o'clock I call and was rudely greeted by an employee who told me that my order was canceled argued with me that I didn't submit it for pick up for 6 I didn't cancel it and they never answer their phones and then proceeds to tell me that I can't get my order for that price even though they canceled it and they weren't answering the phone and so I got upset and I raise my voice and he said I can start the order over and I'm asking what am I gonna get my same price and he tells me no because it's after six and I didn't put six on my ticket when I for sure know I did so he hangs up in my face after that and then I called back to speak to the manager and she tells me that it is their policy to hang up because that is verbal abuse but they're supposed to tell you about it dude said nothing just argued me that I did wrong and this is my second time with them the first one was horrible experience too GET SOME ORDER!!! read more

I just ordered pizza for the first time from Mr. Jim's (we are new the the area). I've got to say that I have never had such a great experience ordering pizza on the phone. The person who helped me answered all of my questions so that I was sure to get just the pizza we wanted AND at the best possible price using coupons I received in the mail. I appreciated his patience. We ordered the thin crust pizza for an additional charge of $.30. We'll be ordering Mr. Jim's again! Fast service. Over $50 for family sized spaghetti, chicken wings, salad and a 2 liter........ Too much for what i received. Everything tasted pre-made and reheated. Well done chicken was burnt on one side and fatty and extremely soft on the other. Spaghetti was extra extra dry and crispy-burned around the edges. The lettuce in the salad was chopped for tacos. Not a salad. Not to mention my child found a hair in her portion of spaghetti. Its not harmful but disgusting still the same. I will never order from them again. EVER!!!!!! read more
