The service and food were an absolute joke: * We ordered sweet tea and were brought unsweetened tea three separate times. We had to correct the waiter three times just to get a basic drink right. * Drinks were never refilled throughout the night. * The waiter completely rushed us through our ordering process, entirely skipping our salads. * The food took forever to arrive. When it finally did, everything was ice cold. It is clear the kitchen cannot coordinate or properly cook four meals at the same time. * One of my guests ordered extra shrimp and crab, but it never showed up on the plate. To top it all off, the atmosphere was completely ruined by another guest sitting near us playing a video on his tablet in a foreign language on full blast. Management did absolutely nothing about it. If you are a single person looking to grab a quick steak and a side or two, maybe they can get that out to you hot and correct. But do not come here with a group of four. It was slow, cold, and entirely wrong. I am never spending $600 for four people here again. My mom's funeral is tomorrow, and this is the miserable experience they provided. I had a sweet white wine that was special. Or to sweet, but yummy. The atmosphere is fun with the patrons interacting. It's like a part vibe. The wait staff was exceptional.
