Love trying out new food trucks especially when they're parked outside of breweries! Pikiniki has…read morequite the menu with a variety of different items. There's a little bbq, sandwiches and some Mexican inspired dishes. Definitely has a little bit of everything. Ordering was easy, and they even ask for your number so they can text you when the order is ready! Food was ready fairly quickly. Everything was really tasty! I enjoyed the pulled pork Sammy and loved the pineapple slaw for a bit of sweet. The carne asada fries were also good, but I wish they were more loaded. Pretty sparse order than what I'm used to getting at other restaurants. The bread that the tuna sandwich came on was so good, and the tuna salad had a great wasabi kick. This truck is perfect for a lunch or casual dinner! Their menu definitely pairs well with beer so I hope to see them parked at other breweries around town!

Uh...just look at the photo of the menu board I posted. Most things have a Mexican-influence, some do not. I got the "Brunch Quesadilla". It has: ham, bacon, eggs, and cheese. It was rich, hearty and delicious. And it only set me back $5.50! I had this early in the morning at the Spenard Farmer's Market. (which is a great scene, btw) If you can't make Spenard Farmer's Market, check out their FB for locations: https://www.facebook.com/PikinikiFoodTruck/

Bacon, Ham, Sausage, Reindeer Sausage, Egg, and yes a Hashbrown too! First of all it's stacked! Almost like you gotta dislocate your jaw to get that bad boy in your mouth, but when you do it's like Flavor-Tastic! The creamy chipotle and mayo adds a perfect element to this burger. Everything you want for breakfast is packed and stacked. I ate half and then came back to it an hour later and finished it. If you skipped breakfast like I did that day and it's lunch this just totally hits that Brunch Vibe spot your taste buds crave! I absolutely loved it. Looking forward to seeing them at other events around town.
