Everything looked fresh at 8:30 am on a Saturday. I had to get my usual King Cream Donut and my wife chose the caramel apple strussel waffle. Both tasted great! Also I chose the Korean milk iced coffee and she got the iced pumpkin strussel latte with oatmeal. As per usual, food is great! I feel like its slightly more expensive than the Niles location at H-Mart though but that might just be location difference. Also staff was great, efficient and quick with our order. The pastries are self serve, which is nice because it gives you time to browse. I got the strawberry croissant as my freebie, which was INCREDIBLE. Literally the best pastry I've ever had (and maybe even the best food I've ever had). Insane. I cannot wait to go try other options. I ordered a small (16 oz) iced blueberry oatmilk matcha, which is one of their seasonal drinks, and that was also delicious. The staff was friendly, the space is cute and large enough for folks to actually sit and hang out a bit if they don't want to get things to-go, and the prices aren't terrible considering what you get and the location. In fact, it was so hard I could barely get my fork through. I took a bite of the double chocolate gluten free cookie. Kind of like a shortbread cookie with filling. Not much to say about this. I like gluten. A chocolate chip cookie. Not a tough one. It was dry and I swear it was sitting in that jar for 4 days. Total bummer. I threw it away. The piece of cake and coffee came right away to counter. I sat down. Then about 5 minutes passed and my two cookies just showed up. I went back up to ask the guy at counter for them. I haven't tried mine yet but my partner did and said it's excellent. They have several cream cheese blends as well. I picked up the jalapeño, which wasn't too spicy (today at least), and I also got a small one of the lemon and dill to give it a try. My toddler loved the lemon and dill. Parking is street only.
