I emailed the company immediately when I came home highlighting some issue areas, but I didn't hear back, so I decided to post here as well. Booking the cleaning was simple and Danielle was very responsive via email (unfortunately the communication post cleaning is non-existent). They are priced a bit higher than non-green cleaners, but I was fine with the price initially, especially for a deep cleaning. You expect to pay a bit more for a thorough cleaning of your house. The cleaners were punctual and I gave them instructions that I would like focus on the baseboards (we have a dog - they get dirty) and I also let them know they could completely skip the other two rooms, which to me means the rest of the house could easily be cleaned within the allotted time. When I came home, the house lacked that "wow - this is so clean!" feeling we've had in the past. I was stepping on crumbs, there is lots of debris left in the carpet, and there were other problems (see photos). To me, it was more of a normal weekly touch-up cleaning, definitely nothing deep about it. Also, on their website it explicitly says "no laundry or dishes", but they didn't make the beds, which I've never experienced. Seems like something that would be included? I'm also disappointed they have not responded to my concerns - most companies are quick to address customer feedback.

Going into detail would be too long at this point, but the summary is I was promised 2 people for a deep clean. I got 1 person and almost half a clean. Kitchen was mostly skipped. Bathrooms half done. No floors were mopped. Dusting was minimal. And on & on. When I asked why - they sent the person back to do the work. But I had to manage her. After printing the list from the website that had the promised work- the cleaning gal was not able to answer my questions and had a reason for each mistake or forgotten task. The tech was equally unhelpful. He was defensive of his employee, combative in the list, lied about the second employee that was promised. Tech gas lighting ensued. I was also called a stereo typer for complaining that the cleaning gal had a friend get dropped off at my home and they sat in front of my property for awhile afterwards. Instead of, a worried individual with a child at home, who is not sure what other unprofessionalism is going to occur at my house. I was accused of violating the contractual service that was not upheld in even half an attempt. I've never not paid for a service- but this was so poor, not contractually completed, and after conversations- just insulting. So if you like wasting time, managing people who can't follow lists and argue with you, and ruining your Monday- this company is for you.

Which seems kind of funny because why would you immediately believe that I was an ex employee rather than a previous customer. Seems rather silly when they knowingly hired sub-par subcontractors. I'm providing my response below: I trust the owner will be able to identify who I am since they've needed to return on more than one occasion for warranty work. The owner's assumption that this is a fake review is inaccurate. They are well aware of our project since we have had numerous warranty issues that they've had to come and fix. I was told my review was read and acknowledged. I was told the former project manager was a "dirtbag" and a "car salesman". I'm not sure why the owner is acting as though this review is inaccurate. I was also told that the subcontractors that were assigned to us are no longer with ACR. I find it kind of disappointing that the owner chose to discredit this review rather than just take accountability, especially being dismissive about the paint brush comment. Nothing in this review was rude or subjective; all based on facts -- most of which his employees have shared with me. Nevertheless, I fully expect the owner to go on the defensive to my edit as he has on all the other reviews. He is well aware of our project, the firing of our PM, the subcontractors that were assigned to my project, and the sub-par work done in my home -- which the person who completed our walk through commented on.

Unfortunately, this second experience was completely different. I was told they would arrive between 9:00am-10:00am, but after multiple calls throughout the day, they didn't show up until 3:00pm. The crew that arrived did not speak English, rushed through the job, and the quality of the cleaning was poor. I had to go back and clean numerous streaks myself, and there was still bird droppings left on several windows afterward. The worst part, however, was the damage they caused to four of my window screens. One worker even knocked on my door to ask my husband to help bend a damaged screen back into shape and force it back into the window frame. (You can clearly see their cleaning supplies in the background of the attached photo of window #1.) The screens are now bent and damaged to the point that several windows can no longer be properly opened because the gaps are so large that bugs and debris can get inside. One window will not open at all because the damaged screen is obstructing it. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue and request reimbursement, Perfectionist Cleaning claimed the screens were already damaged before they arrived. That makes absolutely no sense considering we could open all of our windows before the cleaning, and now we cannot. My husband also sent photos of the damage, and they responded by claiming the photos were of "different windows." We are honest Christian people who simply wanted our windows cleaned and instead ended up with damaged property and a company refusing to take responsibility. With a baby on the way, we cannot afford the unexpected cost to replace multiple window screens ourselves. After reading other recent reviews, it appears this may be becoming a pattern for this company -- damage customers' property and refuse to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
