I used to use this company exclusively for rental move-out cleanings but this year I was really disappointed. I used them for a move-out cleaning in May and there was so much hair left everywhere and food on the master bedroom carpet, dirty floors and baseboards and hardly any cleaning of the toilet. We had our house cleaned yesterday, and I was out of the house while it was being done, so I wasn't able to look things over until after the cleaners left. I emailed the company immediately when I came home highlighting some issue areas, but I didn't hear back, so I decided to post here as well. Booking the cleaning was simple and Danielle was very responsive via email (unfortunately the communication post cleaning is non-existent). They are priced a bit higher than non-green cleaners, but I was fine with the price initially, especially for a deep cleaning. You expect to pay a bit more for a thorough cleaning of your house. The cleaners were punctual and I gave them instructions that I would like focus on the baseboards (we have a dog - they get dirty) and I also let them know they could completely skip the other two rooms, which to me means the rest of the house could easily be cleaned within the allotted time. When I came home, the house lacked that "wow - this is so clean!" feeling we've had in the past. I was stepping on crumbs, there is lots of debris left in the carpet, and there were other problems (see photos). To me, it was more of a normal weekly touch-up cleaning, definitely nothing deep about it. Also, on their website it explicitly says "no laundry or dishes", but they didn't make the beds, which I've never experienced. Seems like something that would be included? I'm also disappointed they have not responded to my concerns - most companies are quick to address customer feedback. read more

Worst cleaning ever. I called and asked for deep cleaning before I moved into new house. The lady explained everything they would clean on the phone and it was exactly what I was looking for. other reviews were positive too. So I agreed to hire them. I did not haggle on the price. ($200) Originally we had said 1 o'clock that same day. ... they text me and ask if 4 would work. I said sure. It's 445, they still aren't here. I call. "They're stuck in traffic. I say okay. Even after this I still don't care, all I want is a good cleaning. Finally 530 they arrive. Oh, it was only 2 of them. When I was told it would be 4. Also , on my first call she said it would take about two hours. Which I thought, 4 people, okay yeah that's possible. When only two showed I got a bad feeling. Sure enough, they don't deep clean. Biggest rush job ever! These other reviews have to be fake or paid for. Total BS. They didn't clean half the stuff they said they would. It was late, and the house was empty, so I let them work alone, before I left, I asked the guy how long. I showed up 30 minutes after the time he said and still not done. And then (so UN PROFESSIONAL) he called one of his friends to help with the job. The friend was a landscaper and the cleaner was recommending his service to me. He just strolls in and hands me a biz card. Are you kidding me. I left told the cleaners text me when your done. ... I had to come back inside to tell the landscaper to move his truck as he was blocking me. To my surprise he was cleaning windows. Wow. Never use this company. Total jokers. Managent all the way down to the crew. I had to clean many many things still. They were like a kid trying to clean their room before mom got home. Final finish time was shortly after 9pm. These guys are very professional. The cleaning is spot on. All of their products are clear of the toxic chemicals. Response time was great. These guys are serious about bringing not only cleanliness but healthiness to my home. We have a large home. The guys are able to provide the service no matter the size of the property. I found Green Cleaning via a business card at the local Scottsdale Wellness Club here in the neighborhood. I was attracted to the aspect of not having chemicals used in the cleaning of my space. I emailed initially to get started and now I text with the company. I have met the gals once and felt comfortable immediately. They have come monthly now for maybe 4 or 5 times. From the very first visit I have been very happy with the service and experience of working with the company. The house feels and looks so nice, clean and pretty when I come back. These guys were great. They worked very hard and cleaned our house above expectations. I would definitely hire them again. I called them on a Friday late afternoon and they were able to schedule me right away for the following Tuesday when I was free. They did arrive about 20 minutes late but they stayed a long time and cleaned so thoroughly it was worth the wait. The house looked and smelled amazing. read more

I had a BIG problem! When the baby was born I put the kitty litter box in the garage. Well, that was too drastic in August for Penelope cat! So she peed on the couch--uggggh! I got in touch with Green Clean phx and they cleaned the urine and odor WITHOUT the use of harmful chemicals (NEWBORN in house). They got the cat pee out In the first treatment. Awesome. read more

Green Clean Arizona is made up of wonderful, hard working people who are trying to bring a valued service to the community. In response to the negative review that was Yelped on January 7, Green Clean Phoenix would bend over backwards to fix a mistake. Mistakes happen, people are only human. A negative review can damage a great company's reputation. Negative reviews should be written when absolutely no offer of repair is made, not because there was an inconvenience or you are angry and want to lash out. A disaster! For the prices Green&Clean charge ($42) they sure aren't very professional. The first problem is that the owner works FT in the city in finance, has two masters and must believe that makes her a CEO of a house cleaning service (with LLC). The owner is very polite but of the three times that I've used her, the job never got done. $245 is not peanuts. She doesn't have enough staff. The last time the crew were here new girls were introducing themselves to each other. They didnt know the name of the 'president. Who are these people? Wherevare they coming from?? So I put three rings on my kitchen window rim. The first two girls arranged them neatly. Then another bunch of gals arrived - one was the 'partner' who delicately used a feather duster to clean the window sills while talking on the phone. I explained why I wanted her to use the 405 spray -with a sponge. This house was like a circus of people coming and going! No common sense. No initiative. NO direction. Please fold the sheets, I asked nicely, then bring them upstairs to put in the linen closet. The sheets are still downstairs. Three times she said she was coming, but didn't. And had the nerve to text this morning to ask if I needed their help. Do they think wee that stupid? read more

This really is a great company! I am a busy mom of two little ones, and I had been through three cleaning companies and a cleaning lady, before I found Green Clean. They really do an amazing job. I don't always have time to pick up and straighten before they come over, but my house is always left immaculate. They really pay attention to all of the details. Long story short, my wife Laura was in the hospital and I needed to get the house cleaned up before her return home. I called on Friday and they were able to find a way to get a crew out on Monday before she was released. Edith and Patricia came out and did an AMAZING job! Aside from dusting all of the knick knacks in the media wall as requested they removed the 'ring' from the toilet (something we tried to do but couldn't.) After my wife Laura returned home she was totally pleased with everything! I've known Eli (the man behind the Prius) for over 12 years and my wife has known him for almost 20 years. I found about Green Clean Phoenix from my friend who has her home cleaned regularly by Green Clean. I decided that I would finally give them a try. My husband and I were moving into a new home which was nothing less than filthy when we purchased it. I was already stressed out with moving into a new home. I just had green cleaning come to my home today and they did a very nice job. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they didn't clean the sinks as much as I would have liked nor the light switches. They were a little late which is a pet peeve of mine but not by much. We just moved in 2 weeks ago to a 4200 sq ft home so the whole house especially the tile needed a good deep clean! What I absolutely hands down appreciated about them more then any other house cleaning service I have ever used is the fact that when I pointed out things that were missed on accident I didn't get any attitude in fact he was happy to fix it. That's so hard to find now a days, every other house cleaner I have used gives me attitude when I point out stuff. Also, they were excellent with my 3 big dogs and not once did they ask me to lock them up, they actually were petting and playing with them. I am very disappointed with this company. I booked my appointment three weeks in advance. I originally spoke with Cora's partner (not sure of his name because I had trouble understanding his English) and I left my name and number with him. Cora called me back and we went over the details and scheduled the appointment for today at 9am. At 9:30 I called Cora because the girls had not yet arrived and their website claims that they are always on time. Cora said I was written down in the schedule but she had no contact number for me (odd since she called me three weeks prior) so she was skeptical. Whatever that means. I had arranged my day around them coming today and having the girls out here later today was not going to work for me. When I told Cora I was just going to have to go with another company that I could rely on - she just said thank you and hung up. Not a very professional business in my opinion. read more
