used the deep cleaning service for my new place, & the move-out cleaning service for my old place. The cleaner did not do the best job with the deep clean. She left bug carcass on the living room window sill, dust on the outside of the fridge, and a cobweb remained in the kitchen. Master bathroom still had grime on it. I spoke with Nati and since I wasn't completely satisfied, she charged me the lowest fee for deep cleaning, which was $150. Fast forward to the move-out cleaning. I was told it can take between 3-5 hours (originally I was told 4-6). There were two cleaners; the first one showed up at 12:30pm, the second one less than an hour later. I leave them to it & go run errands. I get a text from Nati saying that there's more cleaning needed than originally expected, & they'd have to charge a "heavy-duty fee" of $50-$100 (never been told about this possible extra cleaning fee before) on top of the $280, depending on how much more time it takes. I got a text at 5:42pm saying that the ladies were finished (a few minutes outside of the 3-5 hour window). A couple of days later, I called Nati asking when they'd run payment and how much everything was. She said she still had to do invoicing & would call me before she ran payment. A week from the move-out cleaning, I was charged a total of $530 for both cleanings. No heads-up. I'm trying to understand why I got charged a full $100 extra dollars for a move-out cleaning when they completed it a little after the 5 hour timeframe? Also, you don't just run payment a week later without giving a total. It's tacky and unprofessional. Lastly, please disclose up front ALL possible fees associated with a service; throwing more fees on top of the original price while cleaning is in progress is a bait-and-switch. read more

I haven't been able to give my house a thorough cleaning since my son was born. Working full time and having a baby... cleaning has been hard. I contacted Pure Cleaning and they were able to fit me in, in just a few days! They cleaned my whole house from to bottom! Things I wasn't even thinking about getting cleaned, they cleaned! I would absolutely recommend them. They go out of their way to be sure you are happy with their service and such impressive work. When I got my placed was really dirty and I did not think it I ever be able to clean it and get the stink smell away. I had to call few different places and because of COVID-19 they were closed but Pure cleaning was open and the manger was so friendly and nice . She was explained to me how precautions their about COVID and their technicians are wearing mask all the time and wear gloves. Their cleaning was really great and deep. They use such a good material for cleaning . My house was so shiny and smell amazing that I do not even want to leave the house ever again. First of all, I have never had a deep cleaning in this house, despite living here for seven years. I have 4 large dogs and 1 small dog. The amount of hair that was caked up, under and behind furniture was disgusting. I consider myself a clean person, however, I was no match for the amount of dog hair that was to be cleaned throughout the house. Two girls came to my house on Saturday at 11:20am, they stayed past dark cleaning the house from top to bottom. I have a German Shepherd who sheds ALOT. The fur drives my husband crazy. We contacted Nati to do a full house clean. The ladies spent the time needed on getting a full clean. They organize and they clean. And most importantly they remove all the fur from places you can and can't see. I have contracted them to do our house monthly. The ladies did a nice job although they did skimp on a few areas. Two spots in the kitchen were not cleaned. But she did a great job cleaning the toaster oven and microwave. When dusting the dining room table and a shelf over the desk it was obvious that she only dusted around items and did not move them to dust underneath or behind them. My biggest issue was that she somehow pulled my shower doors off the track and didn't tell me. I had to hire someone else to come and fix the problem because I wasn't able to get them back on the track myself. Yet she made up the beds in two bedrooms which I wasn't expecting her to do. If I have them come back I hope they'll be a little more thorough and also let me know if something breaks or goes wrong before they leave instead of leaving it for me to discover later. read more

I was so impressed with the job this company did. They were professional, polite, and thorough. My house has never been quite as clean as it is now after the great job they did. I have a couple autoimmune conditions that make housework really difficult at times for me which is why we opted for a deep clean. We also have 2 large dogs that shed A LOT and they were able to take care of all the dog hair that was sprinkled by my fur kids. We will absolutely call them again to come back. read more

Extremely high level of professionalism from the owners and the individuals who are doing the cleaning. My house is consistently left spotless. I have a 9 month old baby girl and my husband is always out of town, so I am wary about who I let in my house and when. Yet, I feel incredibly safe with anyone they send during these trying times. They always show up in masks and gloves. They go above and beyond while cleaning, and I have very high standards. I have "let go" of cleaning ladies at 2 different companies previously because they were cutting corners. These women are incredibly thorough, and they are also very kind people. They are also very sweet with my daughter. Sometimes, she gets in the way while they are cleaning or she follows them around the house, either crawling or in her walker, and they entertain her and never get annoyed if she is right under their feet while they are trying to work. Very sweet ladies. Also, when I am going to have company or family in town, sometimes I text the owner with hardly any notice and she is quick to respond and quick to accommodate me. This is probably one of the worst home cleanings I have ever had. They charged me $150. The girls who showed up were unprepared un professional. They advised they forgot the dustpan , borrowed mine, forgot sponges , used mine, forgot trash bags , used mine, forgot mop bucket but brought spoiled musty mop that stunk up my house. Personal drawers in all my rooms were open no beds were made. My jewelry which was put away was thrown all over my dresser. Jewelry boxes turned upside down. Items in my bathroom moved all over and thrown out randomly. No beds were made. Dishes were supposedly cleaned but were not. My microwave was left in pieces. No counters, cabinets or appliances were wiped down at all. They weren't even here 2 hours and then charged me $150 for them not really doing anything and being completely unprepared. The one young lady complained to me and my daughter because she had to rush back to the last house before me because they left trash unpicked up all over the house so she was pissy and rushed through my house and did a terrible job! The owner /manager was advised of all of this offered no apologies or correction for all the issues but gladly charged me for this horrible experience. It took me over an Hour to find the jewelry they threw all over the place to the point I thought it was stolen. Absolutely terrible experience and waste of money. read more
