This charming little cafe is located on the first floor of a medical building. You usually don't expect to find good food in this kind of setting, but in this case, you certainly will. As a matter of fact, it's a place to go even if you're not there for a medical appointment. You'll meet Mo, the owner. He's awesome. One of the nicest and most genuine guys you'll ever meet. Mo makes a super awesome breakfast burrito. You'll want to get his famous, "Papas Burrito." It's jam-packed with breakfast goodness. It's only $5.75 and it weighs about a pound! I actually didn't weigh it, but that's what it felt like. Whatever it weighed, I loved every ounce of it! In addition to breakfast items, Moze also has a nice selection of sandwiches. There are also cookies, muffins, coffee, espresso, smoothies, soup, salads, etc. Moze is open Monday-Friday from 5:30 AM-3:30 PM.

Great food made your way or straight off the menu. Small traditional Cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. The owner and single operator is always happy and welcoming to everyone. The business feels off the beaten path and almost hidden on the south side entry point of a 6 story building.

I have never had a bad meal at Moze! From his gyro to his salami sandwich, it is all delicious. Might I add, his cookies are OUTSTANDING!

Definitely friendly and clean but food below average. Canned soup and blah sandwiches.

This was an excellent score! Bottomless mimosas and brunch without the hassle on a holiday- count me in. Our server was extremely nice, which just added to the great experience. I went for it! I ordered the chicken fried steak skillet. It was outstanding. Perfectly cooked, seasoned, and gravied. Our server suggested the hash browns instead of the country potatoes and she was not wrong. Fun fact- Early Bird Eatery does offer bottomless mimosas for $18! Well worth it! I will be back for brunch-that's a given. I also look forward to trying Monk's Indian Grill as well.

Food took about 30 minutes so that's something, you think they are clearly cooking to order. Now if only they could cook you something edible!! The food was disgusting. My Southern Benedict had school-lunch-style "chicken" tenders on it instead of real breast meat. The eggs are not cooked to order, those are very clearly pre-boiled eggs (Pssst, Early Bird, Boiled is NOT the same as Poached!). The biscuits were not biscuits at all, I think it was an English muffin, but either way, it was microwaved to the point it couldn't be picked up, the bread just crumbles around. Couldn't even finish this mess of a meal and had to leave with most of it untouched. My husband's burrito was bad as well. He took maybe 3 bites before we just left. I didn't even want to pay I thought this was such a rip-off. Don't waste your time, eat elsewhere or even just cook at home.

The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance of modern industrial design with a unique personality all its own. Comfortable, stylish, and memorable. Most importantly, the coffee was outstanding and the food was even better than expected. It's the kind of place that makes you wish it was your local coffee shop. There were people in there working and plenty of people just hanging out. My buddy went for a simple two shots of espresso and I went with a staple iced oat milk latte with honey. The only reason I am giving this four stars instead of five was the quality of the honey. Not sure which sweetener they use, but it was a little too "synthetic" tasting for me. That said, my buddy loved his espresso, and I'm sure there are plenty of drinks on their menu that you would enjoy as well. If I went back, I would try something without honey. The Barista was friendly, I love the overall presentation at the shop, and parking was easy on the side streets. If I'm back in that part of Colorado, I'd go check it out again.

It's the kind of space that immediately makes you feel good just walking in. ### **The Food & Drinks** The presentation is 10/10--the toasts are served on beautiful wooden boards with gold flatware, making the meal feel like a special occasion. * **Avocado Toast:** Loaded with fresh, creamy avocado and topped with vibrant watermelon radishes, tomatoes, and microgreens.
