I said so everyone who orders has to eat it here? No one can take it to go? I asked if they could just put the ice cream in a cup, or add a lid to avoid melt spillage. They told me no that they would have to charge me for a medium since it's in a medium cup (even though the amount is still that of a small) or offered a flat top lid that clearly does not fit over the ice cream container... I asked if they couldn't just put the same amount of a small in a medium cup - and again they said no. I was so shocked at the lack of ability to do the most simple, and what should be common, of asks. I would had just not ordered and went to Whitts Creamery instead, but I was with my niece who really wanted ice cream. So with no lids, the Ice cream proceeded to melt everywhere on the drive home. The customer service was awful and I would not recommend Dreamette or any of their locations that abide but this extremely silly rule.
