Great rates. Stellar communication. On time. Fast and efficient. I will use them again the next time I move.

These guys were GREAT! Booked them on a Sunday morning - very last minute. They were at my place in two hours and had everything moved in under 2 hours. It was a fairly easy job as everything was already wrapped, but a great experience nonetheless. I would highly recommend them. read more

The guys we had helping us were amazing!! They unloaded our stuff very quick and were careful not to damage anything. The only negative I will say is that they went over by 10 minutes and I got charged for 2.5 hours because they went over by 10 min. I wish I would've realized that and I could've just let them leave right at two hours. I'm sure it was in writing somewhere. Thank you again for making moving a little less stressful!!! read more

I used this great company to relocate from Dallas to Austin. I was SO nervous for everything to run smoothly on moving day and they really made it happen. Adrian & Pedro, THANK YOU! You truly get what you pay for when you go with Movers Plus. I also used their cleaning company for my move out cleaning and they were so thoughtful, kind and professional. Five stars all the way! read more

Great job! The crew arrived early, were efficient, protected all my furniture and wrapped my belongings up very well. They ultimately finished the move in under the time I originally allotted which saved me money. I had a very positive experience with Movers Plus LLC and would definitely use them again! read more

Movers Plus was such a pleasure to work with. Before the move even begun, they were super flexible in changing our move date and shuffling their crews at the last minute in order to help us try to avoid bad weather that was coming into the area on our original move date. They checked in before and after the move to make sure we were all set for our move and then to make sure we were happy with how the crew performed. That's rare in this industry! The crew was amazing, and were very careful with our items, and listened to how we wanted our items unloaded into our new home. They were very courteous and very, very fast. They brought their own floor runners to protect our new floors. I also felt that the pricing was very competitive, especially for the high level of quality they provide. If you're looking for movers, look no further! read more

Great moving experience for my first time hiring movers. Jackson & Sonny were amazing and took great care of my items. If I need anything big and heavy moved I'm calling these guys for the job. These guys are professionals. You won't be disappointed with the service. Thank you Adrian for your amazing customer service! I really appreciated the communication and the ease of booking. read more

I like the most they are all professional peoples, on time and driving on shortest distance route. Price is perfect and look like unbeatable. My family are very happy and I keep Movers Plus phone number for my own and for anybody need the moving service later. read more

Absolutely the best moving experience ever. Junior and his crew were on time, conscientious and thorough. I highly recommend.

Movers plus helped us with our large move on 10/22 and they were fantastic! They hustled the entire time and were friendly, thorough and efficient! The price was incredibly reasonable for the quality they provided. In addition, I had lots of questions leading up to the move and I always got a friendly timely response. I highly recommend! read more

Late review as this happened back in January. I called from another state to handle arrangements for my daughter and spoke with Adrian. He was very helpful. A few days later the movers showed up and moved everything quickly and efficiently. My daughter was very happy. I was thrilled that it all worked out. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much! read more

Worst experience of my life. I texted in to get a free quote. I told them I was moving from a ONE BEDROOM apartment to a house 12 miles away. Kalie responded via text "if you are moving a 1 or small 2 bedroom, 2 man is plenty but larger 2 bedroom and up i suggest 3 movers" and "$119/hr for a two man crew with a two hour minimum and a service charge of $69." So I sent a text reply back confirming the approximate total would be $307 for 2 hours or less. Kalie responded "2 hours or loess woule be $307, correct." The day of the move they showed up an hour late. The window they gave me was 8:00 - 9:30 am, they showed up at 10:30 am. They showed up with three men instead of two. They took FOUR HOURS to move my small one bedroom apartment with three men. We get to the house. and they ask if I want them to just drop everything in the living room or if I essentially want to pay them more to bring everything where it is supposed to go. Now it has turned into a FIVE HOUR MOVE from a one bedroom apartment, I tell them just drop everything in the living room. She then tells me the total would be $515.25!!!! I refused to pay for their illegal charge, and the lady who was "watching" the man, called a lady named Christine. Christine did not know they showed up an hour late, and threatened to call the police on me for "theft of their services". I explained to Christine what I was quoted and how much I thought it was going to be and with THREE MEN it should not have taken that long and it was absolutely absurd. Christine had no customer service and still demanded the rest of the money for their services. I gave the lady $400 in cash and had to venmo the rest. Then, Kalie, who gave me the original quote, started texted me aggressively saying what she quoted me was not wrong blah blah blah. I had to block her number. I will never ever ever ever recommend this fraudulent company. My recommendation to the company would be to: 1. Not quote people until you request a picture of the load that is to be moved, 2. Not quote people such a low number when they know their crew will take their sweet time, and 3. Learn some customer service. read more

This is my second move using Movers Plus and I can't type enough good things about this company! Cesars team worked fast, efficiently and very hard all day to make my move a smooth experience! Including moving a large mirrored buffet and sleep number beds! They made sure everything was in working order before leaving! I highly recommend! read more

We just completed an entire house move with Movers Plus. We have done many moves in the past and they were one of the best! There was threat of rain on the day of our move and the 3 movers carefully shrink wrapped all the wood furniture and moved it perfectly. No scratches or nicks in either house. The movers were friendly and efficient and only took a short 15 minute lunch break. They are the best cost, highest quality folks around. I would highly recommend Movers Plus and will use them again if we ever move! read more

This was the most pleasurable move ever. Jose and his crew arrived within the timeframe promised. They were very careful with my furniture and made sure every piece was wrapped and protected before moving. There was an issue with my apartment's elevator but they still managed to complete the move in a timely manner. They didn't take any breaks, not even lunch. They removed all of the wrappings and debris from my home. I was extremely happy and pleased. I have already recommended them to a friend and will continue to recommend to everyone I know. I'm usually don't review, but this crew deserved a job well done. Jose and his crew with be only movers I hire from here on out. read more

Can not say enough good things about Movers Plus. I got left high and dry by another moving company and Christine was able to set me up just 12 hours later! Movers Fernando, Israel, and Caesar also exceeded expectations. They were prompt and called to let me know when they were 30 minutes away. In fact they were so efficient and did such a great job that I asked if I could keep them a few more hours to move some things at our new place. Narrow doorways and a tight storage situation were no problem for them. They were careful and trustworthy. I am so grateful that I found them! read more

I can not say enough how much these guys "saved the day" for us. We had scheduled a move with another moving company, First Step movers, and the day of our move they told us they wouldn't be able to start us until 6:00 PM or the next day. I called Movers Plus at the last minute and they sent out a crew to us and ONE HOUR later and they moved me and my daughter to two different places in the same day and made the day so smooth. They were the nicest guys and they were careful with all of our things and we didn't have to do anything. I will use them again and again. They were awesome and they did not try to rip us off on pricing when the other movers flaked on us either. They were honest and fair. Thanks again Guys for saving our move and making a stressful situation a pleasant one. Miguel, Ricardo and Bryan ~ we will definitely be referring you in the future! Also, thank you to the kind lady that answered the phone and coordinated all of this. We are so grateful to you guys!!!!! read more

Upfront pricing and good hard workers. Won't hesitate to use again if needed. They are pros at what they do. Thanks

I wish I could give these guys 6 stars! The day before my move, my original movers claimed I wasn't scheduled and no showed on me. So I called Movers Plus that night because they had great reviews. They showed up the next morning and moved all my stuff down 1 floor and up 3 floors across town in only 4 hours - and beat the price of my original movers! If you need a moving company, this is the one. read more

Great moving company. Super professional, efficient, and very conscientious. They came right on time and hit the ground running. My move wasn't very big, but moving from a first floor apartment to a second floor indoor style apartment can prove challenging which they met with no problems. Would be happy to work with them again. read more

I highly recommend Movers Plus. Ricardo, Miguel, and father were prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional. It was raining and freezing cold on my moving day. They went above and beyond to protect my flooring and items. Moving is extremely stressful, and Ricardo's team made it manageable and a lot easier. I can't thank them enough. read more

We are very happy with how the move went. The movers arrived early, and were very friendly, professional and efficient. Everything went smoothly. Really appreciate Adrian & his staff's help. We highly recommend Movers Plus! read more

I don't write reviews, but this was such a frustrating experience. I've used Movers Plus 3 times and have referred them to other friends as well. I've never had an issue until this past week. We initially had a move scheduled for Thursday. The crew assigned to us called to let us know they had to reschedule for the following day due to the ice storm - understandable and not even upset about it. Friday morning comes and no one calls to inform me if they're on their way. I had to call 14 times to get a hold of someone. The first answer was from someone around 9:30...it sounded like they just woke up. He said they would get back to me when they checked on the team. I waited an hour and a half and hadn't heard back. No follow-up from anyone or confirmation that the job would even get done after 3 hours of waiting. I finally gave up on them and hired a different moving company that was gracious enough to help us within a few hours - First Step Moving (highly recommend them). After I had texted the owner back saying I hired someone else, I got a text that just said "sorry". Terrible customer service. They couldn't seem to care any less that they disregarded us. They're impossible to get a hold of and simply don't care about the people they're hired to serve. Don't waste your time or money. read more

I seldom write reviews regarding businesses but last week's moving experience with MOVERS PLUS was unlike any I've ever experienced. Adrian, whom I visited with to schedule the job, is very professional and courteous. PLUS, and most importantly, the movers themselves, Fernando and Geo, were OUTSTANDING in every way. The two of them have worked together for 7 years and does it ever show!!! They're like a well-oiled machine and amazed me with their efficiency and ultra care of our home and the items they were moving. I've NEVER, in the MANY moves my husband and I have been through, seen such superior service! They blew us both away! Will DEFINITELY use them again if and when we need such help again....they're the BEST!!! read more

The movers were very professional and fast. We drove a long way from TX to NY, everything is intact. Highly appreciate your help and would recommend to other people! read more

First time hiring movers and had a very smooth experience with Movers plus. They arrived a little earlier then the window provided but still called 30mins ahead of time. Fernando and his crew-member were very polite and professional. They broke down and wrapped all my furniture before moving. They re-assembled and arranged the furniture exactly as I asked. They finished the move for my 700sqft apartment in under 2 hours. I would highly recommend them! read more

Overall the movers were professional and did what was expected. My movers were scheduled to arrive from 11-2 and due to an unexpected event they were not able to arrive until 4pm; however I was not notified until 2pm. Other than that I would recommend them. Just don't be pressed for time! read more

Wow. The guys just left. Best movers I've ever used. I will be inviting them back for our next move. They were efficient. They wrapped and set up everything. I have zero complaints and I am a picky person. They worked non-stop and they were pleasant. Well done guys. read more

Quick response, reasonably priced. They did a great job moving our belongings. Will definitely use them again if we ever need movers.

Like another reviewer I had issues with communication. I received a quote through Yelp messaging and confirmed the price and travel charge after receiving the quote and the pricing was confirmed via email/messaging. However when I called to schedule, the pricing changed and my move was going to cost $600-$700 more than quoted. Don't be fooled by the quote. Do your due diligence and make sure to confirm everything before committing. Luckily I did and was able to schedule with another company. read more

They did a great job moving us today! They worked so hard and took such good care of our very heavy furniture! We will definitely use this company again! Highly recommend! read more

We had a great experience using Movers Plus earlier this year and plan on using them again when we relocate soon. Fast, efficient and communicated well. Thank you! read more

We have used this company for two moves. The first experience was absolutely perfect, they wrapped all of the bigger items, and they were so careful with everything. We loved the guys we had. The second time the guys were great, very hardworking as before. I was even struggling to move a couch with my husband that was not being moved, and one of the guys stopped what he was doing and immediately stepped in to help! They had a very long day, and there was a mis-communication at the end. When they took the last load, they left about three F-250 truckfulls behind. The drive in between homes was about an hour, and this was the second time they had made the trip. I called the owner, Adrian, a little upset and I couldn't have received better customer service. He listened to my story and was empathetic. He asked if he could call and speak to his guys and then call me back. Within 5-10 minutes I had a call back. He apologized for the miscommunication. He offered to have the guys come back at no charge and finish that day. They had worked from 915 and now it was 615. We told him not to worried about it that day, and he told us to let him know when was convenient for us, and he would get it done. The next day we had a short window of time, and Adrian, himself, came with his family to finish the job. He loaded up his SUV and drove the hour to our new home. We didn't know they had an FC Dallas soccer game to go to in Frisco at 3. He arrived at my new home at 330 and unloaded everything. I don't think you can get better customer service than that! I would have no hesitation using him and his guys again! They are amazing movers at a very fair and low price. If you're looking for a mover, Movers Plus, Adrian, and his team are your guys. No reason to look any further! read more

Recently, we used Movers Plus twice. Both times, we had excellent experience. The movers assigned were strong, hardworking, experienced, honest. They were also young and courteous. Pricing was very reasonable. Our contact Adrian was wonderful to work with. Movers Plus is Highly recommended. read more

Overall wonderful experience. It is a breeze to schedule everything over the phone. I originally received a quote from yelp and had the best price and great reviews and it lived up to my expectations! The movers themselves are quick, gentle, and efficient. At one point I saw them carefully maneuvering about 3 times more items at once than I think I ever could, and boxes marked fragile they carried individually by hand to ensure nothing was broke. I will use them again! read more

We are 5 days to close the house and I was in a panic since other movers cannot take the job! Movers Plus answered my call and turned out to be the the best mover we have ever had! Price was very fair and very professional. No damages and fast service! Good Job Fernando! Highly Recommended! Thank you guys! read more

Very professional business, quick on yelp response and quick on phone calls. The owner fixed the price based on my requirements provided on yelp. I told them that i have more stuff than a regular 2bd apartment. They sent a bigger truck. the movers came on time. took good care of the packing all the stuff and delivered everything in few hours. Would definitely recommend them. read more

My boyfriend and I have moved 3 times since this past August (through december 1st) for various reasons. The first move we hired these god awful people cause to be honest I procrastinated and didn't read reviews cause availability and pricing were prioritized (ps. Stay away from Lazcanos moving company!!! all of your time and belongings WILL be disrespected). So this time around I did my research. I had a ton of people suggest me firehouse movers and while I am not gonna knock them down or anything I decided to go with movers plus cause they had better reviews and pricing so I was a little nervous. No need to be because they showed up on time and they didn't fuck around! Our storage unit was packed up and on our way to the new place in less than 2 hours and it was unpacked even quicker. Both the gentlemen we hired were kind and curtious and genuinely gave a shit about what we wanted and courteous enough to ask when in doubt. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future. Thank you so much for making such a stressful time in our lives easier! You have no idea how much it's meant to us. read more

Movers were there 10 min early. They had no problems with my furniture. Moved into my new place after 2.5 hours. Great price. Definitely recommend. read more
