I'm genuinely surprised by all the glowing reviews for this company. Our experience was the complete opposite. We hired them to move the contents of our one-bedroom apartment into a house, and from the moment the movers arrived, things started going downhill. One of them had a noticeable bad attitude right off the bat, which set the tone for the entire move. Here's what we were told by their service department beforehand: 1. The move would take approximately 4 hours (it didn't). 2. We could leave our clothes in the drawers, and the movers would wrap them in Saran Wrap (they didn't--instead, they told us we had to remove everything). We didn't have a lot of stuff--just the usual for a 1 bd room apartment. But when the movers arrived, they immediately said the 4-hour estimate was "impossible." Clearly, there was a major disconnect between the office and the moving crew. And honestly, with how slow they were moving, maybe it was impossible for THEM. Both movers, both were named Alex (so they say). They moved at a snail's pace and after about 90 minutes of "working," they just disappeared. I eventually found them sitting in the truck taking a break--without informing us. Only after I approached them did they bother to call and tell us they were on a 20-minute "water break." Super unprofessional. On top of that, the two of them spoke exclusively in a foreign language to each other throughout the move. We couldn't understand what was being said, which felt disrespectful given their poor attitude and the situation. It definitely didn't create a feeling of trust or professionalism. The move was dragging on so long that my PREGNANT wife and I started moving items ourselves just to keep things moving. And once everything was finally loaded into the truck, things got even worse. The movers somehow managed to "miss" four different freeway exits on the way to our new home. They claimed they had the wrong address--but didn't realize my wife was following them the entire time and clearly saw what was happening. When we got to the house, before they even unloaded a single box, the more aggressive Alex demanded payment immediately, saying their office was now closed. He acted as if we weren't planning to pay them, which was insulting. But once they got paid, their pace suddenly changed--they started moving fast, running back and forth unloading the truck like it was a race. It was strange and frustrating how their energy only kicked in once the money was in hand. All in all, I don't understand how this company has so many positive reviews. That was a major reason I chose them, but I truly regret it. Hopefully your experience is better--but based on ours, I'd strongly recommend proceeding with caution. read more

Do not use Movers Best for you moving needs. They outsource their guys so they don't even know if they guys that show up even know what they are doing. The movers they sent struggled to move a 4 bedroom with multiple flights with high valuable furniture and items after I voiced my concern with the type of movers we needed. They couldn't speak English so we had a hard time to communicating with them, and they dropped multiple items. They also had poor packaging skills as there are scratches and dents on multiple high value items. Dropped a $500 stone coffee table, scratches on our $1700 65" TV, scratches on our $300+ mirrors and had multiple screws and bed frame piece that was missing. Do not use Movers Best for your moving needs. They dropped our 65" TV on the corner which cracked the glass and it no longer works. they were only willing to pay $700 on a $1,500 TV or they would buy an older used TV off of Craigslist and deliver that to us. Both unacceptable. they also dropped a brand new dining room table on its side and then tried to hide the damage by placing that end up against the wall. when we discovered it the delivery crew Foreman came back and patched it up with the worst matching paint possible. Also hey Chanel coin purse mysteriously disappeared during the move when it was safely stored in a tub with other purses. when we called to report all of these items the foreman started texting us angrily saying how dare we report that damage that he didn't do it. When I called him to talk about it he wanted to scream and yell over the phone. highly unprofessional conduct! the last we heard from the company was that they were going to discuss all of these issues with their manager but they have since ghosted us. it's been weeks and no resolution. seriously take your business elsewhere. oh and I would ignore the reviews from the Russians because this is a heavily Russian based company and I'm sure those reviews were posted by friends. read more

We chose to do business with this company for a reason.They helped us in moving our one bedroom apartment. Our stuff got packed and wrapped perfectly and it was moved with care. Nothing was broken or even scratched. Took little bit more time but the manager Emily took care of the situation and gave us the best customer service that someone will ever asks for. We hired MoversBest in March 2024 and moved from a 2bed-2.5bath to a 2bed-2bath within OC with three guys which comes with minimum three hours requirement. We have moved around a lot and without exaggeration this was by far the best experience we had with a moving company. I spoke with Tony (Manager) and multiple things stood out for me compared to other movers: 1. He answered the phone right away, was very courteous and was easy to communicate with 2. Provided availability on short notice 3. Gave me a discount and their price was fair and comparable to other movers. 4. Kindly accommodated our request from the movers to wear shoe covers indoors in the new home. After the call he sent a confirmation email with a summary which provided a peace of mind. We had the pleasure of working with Andrei's team (Andrei, Andrew and Tim). Myself and my family were very satisfied with their overall service. They were on-time, very courteous, and handled our properties gently and with much care. They wrapped all the furniture for us and anything that we had not packed well they wrapped and packed for us to the perfection. No mishandling of either belongings or properties (real estate) was experienced and this was such a relief. The only thing on our end that "we" could have done to save everyone's time and effort would had been a better labeling of our many boxes and more clear direction from us on what goes where. There is only much you can do with a toddler to make it perfect but it didn't matter, the end result was great! It was very important for my family that the movers wear shoe covers or remove shoes indoors in the new place for hygiene reasons and that the carpet was just cleaned. Although it was a rainy day and made it more challenging but the team adhered to our requests. We appreciated that they additionally placed a cover on the hallway floor to maintain a clean transfer on the rainy day. The team were very honorable with great manners and each of them did an amazing job on making sure everything is handled with care and that we are well taken care of. Andrei was the team lead and played a great role in our smooth transition. Andrew was a great charming team player, with kind attitude toward us especially with our toddler. Tim was very enthusiastic with positive attitude which was contagious! Overall they were a very memorable team or a "dream team" anyone would like to work with! I was told the company gives a 5% discount for lifetime to returning customers which is a bonus! We would like to work with them again in the future and wish them all the best! read more
