Rafael and his team were professional and friendly. They worked tirelessly on moving our stuff, including a large bed frame and couch! Because we moved from a 2nd floor apartment to a 3rd floor in a different building across town, the move took longer than expected, but they were honest, fair, and transparent the whole time. Even when moving our couch up three flights of stairs, they were kind and friendly the whole time! Thank you for making my wife's and my move much more manageable. I highly recommend this business! read more

Great service, kind and helpful. Highly recommended. They moved me in the rain and did a great job.

Bruno and 2-man crew showed up on time, but one guy spent most of the first hour watching and talking. I felt like they were slow walking the move. Bruno was the only one that new what he was doing. Left a key part to the bed behind. This move should have only taken 3 hours but took 4. digging deep into a customer's pocket. I don't recomend using them. read more

We have used Movers Best twice now and they have done a pretty good job at being efficient and careful with our belongings. It's definitely not the cheapest option but we like them a lot more than other movers we have had in the past. We also had a Yelp deal that we used to apply for the total cost. We asked them to be careful with our new LVP flooring and they moved things carefully with no damage to our floors. We recommend getting 3 movers at least to not tire them out and have things moving along much quicker. read more

We had them come to move stuff from our house into a Pod. They were communicative, friendly, and so careful with our stuff. Didn't scuff a single wall or drop anything and really took the time the pack our Pod thoughtfully and with care. I've moved a lot over the years and they were the best crew I've ever worked with. read more

This is a real review. No one asked me to leave a review nor was I incentivezed in anyway. My experience was overwhelmingly positive. The crew chief, Alex, was professional, attentive and caring. We had 6 movers and 2 trucks for 2 days. This was a fixed fee move, which included all the labor and packing supplies for a move that consisted of: pack, move and unpack. Total of 4 bedrooms, 2500 sq. Ft. On the day of the unpack Alex asked me how much should they unpack and I told him till my wife doesn't want to unpack any longer. After 3 hours my wife was tired and satisfied and the team was let go. They didn't rush us even once. Everyone was courteous, professional, careful and attentive. We had an A+ experience. read more

Alex, David and Max were absolutely amazing! So professional, speedy and strong! They were so nice to us and helped with EVERYTHING! If you need lovers , these guys are the absolute best! They moved dozens of heavy boxes, moving bags, sofa, bed, mirrors lamps you name it ! They wrapped and took care of allllll of our belongings to ensure everything was moved and delivered safe! We had sooo many glass and fragile items and they made us feel safe and comfortable being moved! Thankyou guys!!! You guys are the best! read more

What an amazing company. Got referred from Yelp and spoke with an amazing customer agent named Nicholas who was so friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, humorous, and just an amazing individual. The day before the move they confirmed via email and text. They called me when they were 10 minutes away and the two movers Joao and Mario were efficient, hard working, nice, and quick. They were attentive and communicative and served with a smile. During the move we did notice our tv stand broke but everything else was great and quick. It's a minimum of 3 hours at $129/hour with cash or $139/hour with a credit card. read more

This is the first time I have ever paid for professional movers. A friend used Movers Best in the past twice and had a great experience, so I decided to give them a try. I was moving out of a 1 bedroom apartment into a 3 story townhome. The process to get an estimate was fast. However, I feel a better job could've been done when gauging the actual amount of stuff that needs to be moved. On the day of the move, 2 movers showed up. The movers themselves were very nice and communicative. However, moving the amount of stuff I had should've been at least a 3 person job considering how long it took. I have no idea why the company only sent 2 guys. The movers did the best they could with just the 2 of them and were visibly moving as fast as they could, but this could've gone much faster. I was charged for 12.75 hours total at a rate of $139/hour, and the distance between the old and new place is only 10 miles so the majority of the bill was not due to driving time. I even did 90% of the packing myself before they arrived. I definitely did not expect to have to pay this much money for a simple move this close by. read more

From the moment I booked my move everything was professional they communicated their rates and explained all the details. Sam and Ari showed up on time and did an Amazing job getting everything loaded up safely and with great care. The same goes for delivering everything to my new home. Great team. Carlos and his crew were amazing! All 3 of of our crew were working non stop and made our dreaded move a breeze. Beds, bbq's, fridge, desks, tv's, you name it and they moved it with ease. I was also impressed with how respectful they were with everything and even helped pack up our clothes from the closet. I could go on forever about how great it was to have the help, but I will conclude with it was the best decision we made and I can't even imagine doing this move without them. Customer for life and I will recommend to everyone I know. read more

Best movers! I found Movers Best on Yelp. There were a lot of great reviews. They are moving my Dad from one assisted living to another one 7 hours away. From the get-go, they were very professional. I felt reassured that it would be handled smoothly. It was a fair price. Move Day went amazing! Very high quality moving! Everything wrapped! Movers Best were precise and excellent! The name of the company fits the quality of the work performed. Extremely efficient, very professional, clear communications, and showed up on time. Our move went very well! Alex and his group showed up on time and our move went smoothly.

I'm genuinely surprised by all the glowing reviews for this company. Our experience was the complete opposite. We hired them to move the contents of our one-bedroom apartment into a house, and from the moment the movers arrived, things started going downhill. One of them had a noticeable bad attitude right off the bat, which set the tone for the entire move. Here's what we were told by their service department beforehand: 1. The move would take approximately 4 hours (it didn't). 2. We could leave our clothes in the drawers, and the movers would wrap them in Saran Wrap (they didn't--instead, they told us we had to remove everything). We didn't have a lot of stuff--just the usual for a 1 bd room apartment. But when the movers arrived, they immediately said the 4-hour estimate was "impossible." Clearly, there was a major disconnect between the office and the moving crew. And honestly, with how slow they were moving, maybe it was impossible for THEM. Both movers, both were named Alex (so they say). They moved at a snail's pace and after about 90 minutes of "working," they just disappeared. I eventually found them sitting in the truck taking a break--without informing us. Only after I approached them did they bother to call and tell us they were on a 20-minute "water break." Super unprofessional. On top of that, the two of them spoke exclusively in a foreign language to each other throughout the move. We couldn't understand what was being said, which felt disrespectful given their poor attitude and the situation. It definitely didn't create a feeling of trust or professionalism. The move was dragging on so long that my PREGNANT wife and I started moving items ourselves just to keep things moving. And once everything was finally loaded into the truck, things got even worse. The movers somehow managed to "miss" four different freeway exits on the way to our new home. They claimed they had the wrong address--but didn't realize my wife was following them the entire time and clearly saw what was happening. When we got to the house, before they even unloaded a single box, the more aggressive Alex demanded payment immediately, saying their office was now closed. He acted as if we weren't planning to pay them, which was insulting. But once they got paid, their pace suddenly changed--they started moving fast, running back and forth unloading the truck like it was a race. It was strange and frustrating how their energy only kicked in once the money was in hand. All in all, I don't understand how this company has so many positive reviews. That was a major reason I chose them, but I truly regret it. Hopefully your experience is better--but based on ours, I'd strongly recommend proceeding with caution. read more

We worked with Carlos, Bruno and Juan. They arrived promptly and went straight to work. We chose to do business with this company for a reason. They helped us in moving our one bedroom apartment. Our stuff got packed and wrapped perfectly and it was moved with care. Nothing was broken or even scratched. Took little bit more time but the manager Emily took care of the situation and gave us the best customer service that someone will ever asks for. She went above and beyond to make us happy and satisfied with their service. Emily thank you again. your professionalism, politeness and customer service are an asset for this company. Alex and his crew made our 1200 sqft move look like a piece of cake. These guys came in with a competitive offer and made sure everything was taken care of. Do not use Movers Best for you moving needs. They outsource their guys so they don't even know if they guys that show up even know what they are doing. The movers they sent struggled to move a 4 bedroom with multiple flights with high valuable furniture and items after I voiced my concern with the type of movers we needed. They couldn't speak English so we had a hard time to communicating with them, and they dropped multiple items. They also had poor packaging skills as there are scratches and dents on multiple high value items. Dropped a $500 stone coffee table, scratches on our $1700 65" TV, scratches on our $300+ mirrors and had multiple screws and bed frame piece that was missing. They also put a hole in the wall that we found after the fact that they did no disclose. Worst service we have ever experience from a moving company. DO NOT USE THEM... read more

Do not use Movers Best for your moving needs. They dropped our 65" TV on the corner which cracked the glass and it no longer works. they were only willing to pay $700 on a $1,500 TV or they would buy an older used TV off of Craigslist and deliver that to us. Both unacceptable. they also dropped a brand new dining room table on its side and then tried to hide the damage by placing that end up against the wall. when we discovered it the delivery crew Foreman came back and patched it up with the worst matching paint possible. Also hey Chanel coin purse mysteriously disappeared during the move when it was safely stored in a tub with other purses. when we called to report all of these items the foreman started texting us angrily saying how dare we report that damage that he didn't do it. When I called him to talk about it he wanted to scream and yell over the phone. highly unprofessional conduct! the last we heard from the company was that they were going to discuss all of these issues with their manager but they have since ghosted us. it's been weeks and no resolution. seriously take your business elsewhere. oh and I would ignore the reviews from the Russians because this is a heavily Russian based company and I'm sure those reviews were posted by friends. read more

Movers Best was amazing yet again! I hired Movers Best back in 2021 and loved their service. In 2022 I hired a different company- big mistake! For my most recent move just last weekend I went back to Movers Best. Emily & Chris helped me set everything up and were awesome at answering my questions. I was able to add a stop just the day before to get some extra help in moving a bed and a desk. Our moving team- Mario, Eric and Leandro were amazing. Super respectful, kind, and helpful. I love that there's a flat rate per hour- no hidden fees, surprise taxes, or any last minute add ons. Will continue using Movers Best for any moves in the future. :) read more

My friend had worked with MoversBest recently for her parents' move and referred them to me. I highly recommend them and I would certainly return to them for my next move. We hired MoversBest in March 2024 and moved from a 2bed-2.5bath to a 2bed-2bath within OC with three guys which comes with minimum three hours requirement. We have moved around a lot and without exaggeration this was by far the best experience we had with a moving company. I spoke with Tony (Manager) and multiple things stood out for me compared to other movers: 1. He answered the phone right away, was very courteous and was easy to communicate with 2. Provided availability on short notice 3. Gave me a discount and their price was fair and comparable to other movers. 4. Kindly accommodated our request from the movers to wear shoe covers indoors in the new home. After the call he sent a confirmation email with a summary which provided a peace of mind. We had the pleasure of working with Andrei's team (Andrei, Andrew and Tim). Myself and my family were very satisfied with their overall service. They were on-time, very courteous, and handled our properties gently and with much care. They wrapped all the furniture for us and anything that we had not packed well they wrapped and packed for us to the perfection. No mishandling of either belongings or properties (real estate) was experienced and this was such a relief. The only thing on our end that "we" could have done to save everyone's time and effort would had been a better labeling of our many boxes and more clear direction from us on what goes where. There is only much you can do with a toddler to make it perfect but it didn't matter, the end result was great! It was very important for my family that the movers wear shoe covers or remove shoes indoors in the new place for hygiene reasons and that the carpet was just cleaned. Although it was a rainy day and made it more challenging but the team adhered to our requests. We appreciated that they additionally placed a cover on the hallway floor to maintain a clean transfer on the rainy day. The team were very honorable with great manners and each of them did an amazing job on making sure everything is handled with care and that we are well taken care of. Andrei was the team lead and played a great role in our smooth transition. Andrew was a great charming team player, with kind attitude toward us especially with our toddler. Tim was very enthusiastic with positive attitude which was contagious! Overall they were a very memorable team or a "dream team" anyone would like to work with! I was told the company gives a 5% discount for lifetime to returning customers which is a bonus! We would like to work with them again in the future and wish them all the best! read more
