They individually wrapped plastic frames with multi layers of plastic wrap (WHY would you need plastic wrap on plastic?!?!) and damaged 30 picture frames of mine that are supposed to be hung on a wall but because they wrapped plastic on the adhesive tape, the adhesive tape rips off with their plastic and now they are useless! And they damaged our expensive coffee table!!! BEWARE!!! We also NEVER received a refund or any credit. However, I was so upset I gave up on calling them for a credit. Ok so this will be a long one. I'll start from the top! I called and the gentleman who took the call was very polite he emailed me with a quote. I didn't have a solid move date but knew I was moving this Month. He followed up with me about a week later to see if we still needed movers I actually loved it! Follow ups are so important in customer service! Great start. I was told they would be here between 9-10Am I received a call informing me they were 20 min away! I appreciated that especially since I had my toddler running around. Not ideal for a move but our sitter canceled on us last minute. The guys came I showed them around the townhouse, and they got to working. Wrapped everything without me even asking. Some things I even wondered why they wrapped it. (Cheap ikea stuff lol) they took about 3 hours give or take to load the truck. After they were finished they took a well deserved lunch break. We did as well, and we appreciated the little 20 min breather to regroup.. (my toddler) We downsized so a lot needed to go into our garage, they guys listened to my husband and knew where to put things. They set up all my furniture quickly, they asked questions when they weren't sure. They even helped brainstorm how to configure the rooms. Moving is such a pain, and tossing in a crying toddler doesn't make things better. These guys were very professional, I have zero complaints. When we move again I will for sure be using them. Oh if you book off peak time the rate is cheaper and if you pay with cash. So cash price Wednesday $85/hr for 2 guys! My husband gave them both a tip I told him he should have given more! read more
