I'm only giving them 3 stars because the guys that came out were very professional. Other than that I would give this company 0 stars. First and foremost when booking your appointment there's never a discussion about how many rooms you have but the questions you answer should give the company an idea of the size truck you need. We asked for 3 movers and was very open with how many large appliances/furniture items we had which would have indicated we needed a large size truck. Yet the company sent over a truck for a 1 bedroom which I quickly pointed out when the movers arrived to which they replied, "no worries, we'll take care of it." Well it turns out they couldn't take care because after loading and unloading certain large appliances on their small truck they came to the conclusion that we would have to make a second trip and that I would have to pay for this second trip. Needless to say I was livid and decided to call the owner. After a very intense conversation of him trying to convince me of the reason I would have to pay for their mistake. After threatening him about reporting him to the BBB he agreed to pay for the additional trip. This was my first and probably my last experience with using a moving company. It took all day and it was such a horrible experience, and was so expensive, I may never use a moving company ever again. Well certainly not this one. read more

I can't say enough good things about the two movers that showed up to do my move... but I'll try... I had the pleasure of having Zac and Patrick. My wife did extensive research and hired this moving company based on previous reviews. The three men who helped us move did an excellent job. They were punctual and organized. They took time to assist us with packing the remaining unboxed items and carefully wrapped our furniture in moving blankets. The first half of the move was the easiest as they moved us out of a high rise apartment that had a freight elevator in Long Beach, however we recognized the move to our new apartment in PV was going to be really difficult as there was a long walk and multiple levels of stairs to navigate through a landscaped property. The movers did a great job and were extremely efficient. They handled the labor intensive hike through the apartment complex with poise even though I know it must have been exhausting. In the end our property arrived intact and in great shape. If we needed to move again we would use them again. We highly recommend them. They did a great job. read more

I chose this moving company because they gave me the best rate for a small move, they had great reviews and they took COVID-19 precautions. Mike was also really helpful in getting me moved a day early when I got the keys earlier than expected. Marlon and James were fast, friendly and efficient. I moved down the hall in the same building and they moved me in record time - all while being respectful and careful with my belongings. Other movers have had to take a part my dining room table to fit it through the door, but they were able to figure out how to rotate it and move it in one piece. They came in, took a look at what needed to be done, and boy did they get to work. I hired 3 movers for 2+ bedroom move to South Bay. Mike got back to me right away with a quote and he was upfront about extra charges hiring extra movers, getting a larger truck and double charging for the driving time. Mark, Lamar and Valbry was on time and worked efficiently. Mark kept us posted throughout his status and ETA of the truck. Three movers worked very hard and they were careful with all our belongings. Mark disassembled and reassembled our bed frame and it's even better than it was before. With 3 movers, double drive time plus tip total cost was about $1,000. It was pricier than expected but it was a huge move with multiple stops, about 6-7 hours total. I would definitely recommended them for future move. read more

But if you want more details, here is what I appreciated about this experience: 1) Responsive booking office: Mike Z responded very quickly to my various emails regarding costs, scheduling etc. He was able to move the moving day/time up when my schedule changed last minute and helped me to understand the "here's why we can't give you an exact/approx quote before, but this is the hourly charging structure etc." Cash payment discount was also appreciated as was letting me know the team could come at the beginning of the 2 hour window. Part 1 of getting it done. 2) Fast, careful and professional moving team: Farkhat and Luis were great. Came in, got it done, took care of my things, wrapped up furniture etc and placed it where requested in arrival location. They texted me 45 min before arrival and when they arrived. Several people at my apartment asked me for their contact information so something they were doing was impressing even curious neighbors. Part 2 done. 3) Clear billing and contracting - Farkhat reviewed the paperwork with me clearly at the beginning and end and checked that I was clear/etc. Part 3 done. Wow! Just amazing! Buyers of my previous house decided they would not honor the extra two days we verbally agreed and kicked me out with a 1.5 day notice. I had to find a moving company asap, as the one I had didn't have anything for Sunday. I contacted this company and Mike got back to me in a matter of minutes. He said he didn't have anything for Sunday, but due to my urgency he shuffled some jobs and accommodated to my schedule. They even agreed to arrive before 8 am. The guys were not your typical contractor guys with a logo shirt that wave a liability document on your face for every single request. These guys replied "no problem" to anything I asked, to the point that I started getting embarrassed of asking too much. They came prepared with everything! Blankets, small and large, boxes of all sizes, 30ish boxes for wardrobe with a hanger bar, tape, shrink wrap, tools. They are knowledgeable, experienced and helpful. The whole time I was being notified about what was happening: time, breaks, lunch. I got a text when the time stopped for lunch and also when they were coming back. By the way, they had lunch during the travel from the old home to the new one. They helped me with gas and water connections of the washer and dryer. Obviously, I was the one taking the responsibility of it, not them (liability). The previous owner of my new home left some old washer and dryer in there. We asked the guys to take them out and put them on the sidewalk. They did it and sold them to a guy that was passing by for 20 each and gave me the money. They also told me not to use my $15 home depot mattress bags and to return them. They just shrink wrapped my mattresses. The ones that had no springs inside were bent like a taco and wrapped with the sheets and pillows inside. So the beds were ready in the new place as soon as I unwrapped them. I payed cash, they showed us the simple math calculation of hours, miles, etc... no hidden fees, everything straight forward. I will use them again next time. read more

Everything arrived at our new place in impeccable shape. They even put my fridge on my dad's truck and made sure it was safe for him to drive away (it had to go 40 miles away to another location). They were so time efficient we were shocked how quickly they got everything done! They were very communicative and made sure we had everything where we wanted it. Farkhat and Luis were great! They were scheduled to come between 8am-10am. I saw the reviews and knew they would come earlier, which we were fine with. So we woke up early. At about 7am they said they would be here at 7:30am. They were very professional and efficient. This was my first time as an adult getting movers and I was surprised how fast they worked. They moved our one bedroom apartment with a set of steep stairs and smaller steps as well in just under two hours. They also disassembled our bed frame. We made a stop on the way to drop off our fridge to my workplace. It took a few minutes. We moved into a second floor apartment and they did it so fast. There prices and service are amazing. We paid with cash, which gave us a slight discount. We hope we do not move from here for a while but we will definitely use them again and recommend. Although I have 2 small complaints, 1 they scratched a couple pieces of my furniture, but 2 is the bigger one, if your going to match another company's price you shouldn't still have a mileage surcharge too and from your location on top of the matched price. We stood back as they moved 3 boxes at a time with individual dollies. I can't state enough how efficient and fast they were.
