Not only did I call 3 times before I could make a order (twice put on hold for more than 5 mins). Once I got there 25 mins later there was a line of people waiting to order(15 more mins). There was only (1) person working the register which you can see she was over worked. I finally got to pay and the pizza was not ready. I ask for a cup to get water and she wanted to charge me for a cup. This place obviously needs more workers. I asked for the manager but was told there wasn't one there to talk to and they couldn't give me a number. I will not patronize this place again. My family and I order here pretty frequently using the online service with coupons. I attempted an order today and the online system was not working I called the store and let them know the issue I was having and was told yes the online system has issues at times and they could process my order no problem. I was then told to present the coupon at the time of pickup. My husband picks up the pizza and then was told he needed to PRINT the coupon when he showed it from his phone from the MM website. The manager Cody decided not to honor the coupon from his own company's website. When I called and was clearly upset, Cody said he "could not" give us free food and needed a coupon. WOW! Mountain mikes in Ripon is one of the most consistent pizza in town. Never had a pizza that wasn't good. Customer service is always great even when they are busy and can use more staff. Today Audra helped us and was quick, kind, and efficient. read more

Well I have always liked this place and I've been going there for about 14 years. Their pizza is great and the staff is nice. The salad bar is acceptable. The place has been remodeled and it is very nice inside. The restaurant experience is pretty good and alittle better than other pizza places. The reason I gave the 3 star rating is their price. I recently ordered to pick up. I ordered a medium pizza and a salad. As usual the food was good. But not $33 good. If you are going to charge 7+ dollars for a take out salad, you should probably give us more than the size of a common dinner salad. I really like this place, but it's hard to keep going there when I can go somewhere else and save alot of money. Please revisit your pricing and hopefully make some adjustments. read more

Staff seems like they struggle doing anything at all. They struggle to take orders and get very overwhelmed and need help. They do not clean off tables when patrons leave. They never have cold mugs for beer. We order chicken club pizza and it's different every-time. Sometimes there's tomatoes but no green onions, other times there's no tomatoes but there is green onions. You never know if ur going to get the pizza you order. The staff seems seriously confused all the time. There were no forks one time we went there. They said they were going to go buy plastic forks at the store. The salad bar had rotten, slimy greens and they saw nothing wrong with that. Said they noticed when they put it in there, but still served it because "all of it was like that". When we go there it feels like we're working because we have to constantly ask for things or help them problem solve. Total bummer because we prefer mt mikes pizza over the others in town, but now we go to round table because after years of making excuses for them, we just can't handle the poor service anymore. read more

This is my least favorite pizza place in town. Friday night at 6pm and there was 1 guy taking orders and money and 1guy running pizza. There were 3 groups in front of me and it took15min-really to no fault of the poor guy behind the counter-the people didn't know what they wanted-instead of saying mind stepping aside until you decide your order they just stood there deciding for 10min. It was painful. Got home and 1/2 of one of my pizzas had the cheese and topping smashed to the lid. My pizzas were semi warm and DRY-need more sauce or something. Haven't been here in forever.. usually when in Ripon we go to Pizza Plus, but decided to try this out tonight. Gotta say it reminded me why I love Mt Mikes. Their pepperoni are bomb! They had a salad bar there so we also got that. Good selection with a variety of toppings. The lady who brought out our pizza we found out was the manager there. Super nice, she told us she was from the Manteca store and moved over here. We were impressed with how much she knew about the company and made sure we had everything. Everyone seemed kinda young there but all super polite and helpful. There is a bar that looks like its being built in there which will be a cool hang out spot once that's opened. Always have been impressed with Ripon's selection of food and another great pizza joint to add to the list. Def will be back here. read more
