This place is an absolute Joke. Came in on a Saturday night at 8:12 pm. Were told the salad bar is closed (everything is still in the window), and cant order a salad. 2 hours before closing. Out of wings, out of mozz sticks. And just attitude from 2 teenagers working. read more

Today I ordered for delivery. I know it was not the most ideal tomorrow being Thanksgiving. Anyhow I ordered a medium Chicken Lua small Mt McKinley and 24 buffalo wings. Total disappointment. The pizzas had this stale taste to it. Like they have been from a night before. Both. So I feel something's going on here. The wings Frozen inside. Now this is not the first time. We have eaten inside and the wings were frozen as well. The driver was well busy handed me the pizzas and pulled a few peppers and cheese and a single ranch from the pocket. He was more into his phone conversation with the lady yelling at him. Clean restaurant, great location! I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and it was al.ost completely dry. They gave me the complete opposite of my order, and I believe this is the second time. I've been going to this location for years. This is the third time I've received scrappy pizza. Saturday, I ordered a Med Combination for the sum of $30.00. Really 30 for a medium combo. Got home and pizza tasted like crap. Maybe 2 tablespoons of sauce. Time before, pepperoni and mushroom. 1/2 without mushroom. Instead of putting the other half of mushrooms on the side with, they only put half on, so normal 3oz, the put 1.5 and charge you full price. They won't be screwing. E again. We placed our order for 3 pizzas the day before for a pick up the next day at 3 pm on superbowl Sunday, I understand it is busy but we had to wait over on hour for our order to be ready. It seemed like they were understaffed and didn't start to make our pizza till 340 pm. What is the point of trying to order ahead of time to give them plenty of time to get organized if they are just going to still have us wait. There is no one in the restaurant here to stay and watch, the 25 people in here are all waiting for a pick up. Also there are employees going in and out from the back of the restaurant going outside? It didn't seem like it was work related they have nothing in their hands. We eventually got our pizza at 430. And all we got was a thank you for your patients. The customer service here is amazing. The lady's there have always been very nice. My daughter has a gluten allergy and they have always been so nice and understanding about my requests. She has never got a reaction at this location. They are always busy so just order ahead :) read more

We wanted to give this place a try but actually dine in vs. delivery. This a very chill spot, it was for the most part empty. They had two cashiers and they were busy with a lot of take out orders. We did not order beer in this occasion but i saw they have a small selection and good choice of draft beers. We are a fam of 4 and we shared a large pepperoni And each. Yeah, it's chain pizza, but good is good! I've never been dissatisfied with the quality or customer service. I called the Hatch location and they "aren't able to redeem an online coupon", but Whitmore is always willing to accommodate. Pizza is always ready for pick up right on time! Love that they have deals often. Pepperoni pizza seems a little skimpy on the meat as of recently but still delicious. The store is clean, and always has a game to watch, a little outdated and the booths are made of wood which are extremely uncomfortable, but the chairs at the tables have cushion. If you like dealing with people who have attitude and argue with you for no reason then this is the spot for you! Giving this one star because of the rude ass girl at the front counter. I came here to order a mountain pizza on 7/23/2024 the girl taking my order was fine. I was told to come back in 30 mins or so and that it would be ready. When I came back a different girl than the one who took my order came up with her EarPod in and asked what I needed. I told her I had an order to pick up. She asked my name and I told her my name. She didn't even look at the screen to see what orders there were and then she said in the rudest way possible with a stank look on her face that no one by that name had placed an order. It wasn't what she said it was the way in which she said it. So I told her back "well I sure did I came in about 30 mins ago and I was told to come back to pick it up". Again extremely rude for no reason she said "the only person that has placed a order over the phone was blah blah blah" I told her "well I paid for a pizza so I expect one" at this point I was already fed up with arguing and I was about to tell her to just go back and find someone else to help me because her attitude was INSANE for no reason. From the jump this girl had a problem with me I have no clue why I was being polite. Finally she looked at her little computer screen (as she should of in the first place) and asked if I had came in to order and if the last name was smith I said yes already annoyed because I said in the beginning that I came in to order it in the first place... she changed her tone and attitude and gave me my pizza and I left. So ridiculous for no reason just to get a damn pizza. Maybe if she didn't have her EarPod in then she would have heard me the first time when I said that I came in to place the order. I will never be ordering from here again and I will tell everyone I know not to go to this location because they seem to be fine with hiring rude workers. read more

Ordered as small pepperoni pizza. The photo speaks to itself. I'm just very curious in how they think it's okay to box up a pizza that looks like this. Definitely not worth the 1 hour delivery wait time. I spoke to the manager, ultimately a refund was offered. Which I think it's only fair if a pizza has this kind of presentation. Mountain Mikes Pizza is really lacking in food quality and customer service!! We had ordered our food for delivery and when it got here we had noticed they gave us the wrong pizza. We called the Mountain Mikes to tell them we had been given the wrong order. The employee sounded so stressed out and wasn't pleasant. Their resolution was for us to go and pick it up. We explained that we had it delivered for a reason and he replied, "sorry I don't have any drivers." It's really sad that for a $52.00 order you couldn't make sure the order was correct. Here's a picture of my order which I asked for extra pineapple and wasn't given. Apparently no one one cares about quality, or customer service anymore. If I was a manager and got the call, I would get in my car and deliver it to the customer myself. What the hell is the world coming too. read more

I will never order from here ever again. They messed up on my pizza not one time but 3 times. The manager tried to tell me it was my fault my pizza was ordered wrong. When in fact I ordered a half pepperoni half cheese pizza. They gave me all cheese pizzas TWICE!!!! They do not answer the phone at all! Every time they answer they don't even let you speak they put you straight to hold! So I drove to location to get this figured out and they weren't even busy!! There's absolutely no reason to not be able to speak on the phone to customers when they weren't even dealing with customers inside! Horrible customer service here! Super disappointed with everything. The pizza was so smashed all the cheese was stuck on the top of the box. The wings were also smashed and sauce everywhere. The specialty pizza was smashed too but not as bad as it was on the bottom. But it was scarce on toppings and tasted different than normal. Was delivered by their own driver. My husband's night off was on Monday we were there about 7:30 PM to eat and drink a beer and they shut the TV monitors off and the video games off and took the salad bar out at 8:00 PM. I am making this review for the people that were ahead of me. Long story short the workers had gotten the customers order wrong. The customers called to place the order and then a worked had called them back after that. When the worker called them they had placed their order in the system twice and incorrect. When the customer had come to pick it up only one was ready & the other was never made. The customer was upset because they don't want to wait another 30 minutes for their pizza while their other one would just get cold . Totally the establishments fault. Now the real problem is the older guy working, anytime they tried to talk to him he would just walk away and say im not gonna argue with you do you want it or not. and to not waste his time. They also never offered some sort of compensation. As for my personal experience, the only reason i still come here is because it's close by. Every time i have came here the same guy is rude for no reason, it's also like that with the other workers but he is the worse so im not sure if he's the owner so he can act that way towards anyone. They are also very greedy with the ranch and he was very rude on the phone as well. If you can, go somewhere else!! read more

I gave this pizza place 2 star because the poor young working the phone did here best. We ordered a pizza on lone to be delivered. I made sure I typed the address in instead of auto fill, because we had moved next door. We waited for our pizza and after awhile it was delivered us by the little boy next door. I called the pizza place and told them that I sent it back home with the boy. I called and was told that these had taken my address from my email acct and not from my order. Not a problem, they are sending out another pizza. Followed by a call from them checking for accuracy on the address for the new pizza. Followed by another call explain that this mess was somehow my fault. I explained I typed it in the order and only used my email address because you can't order online without it. Ordered one pizza at 5:52 pm on December 22,2019, was told delivery time would be 1 hour and 15 minutes approximately! Pizza guy gets into our gated community, never called me like I had asked, I come outside in the rain, I'm waving with our porch light on, pizza guy was not paying attention, he starts going passed our condo, turns around and leaves!!!!
