The prices are good. The pizza tastes good, but the salad bar has some pretty old lettuce and greens. Wilted and loose. It's 1 pm on a Friday. No pizza ready yet. I have to wait for the pizza. The place is clean and the one person I saw was friendly. However, I had to yell so she could hear me in the back. In my opinion it's understaffed. We ate here a couple weeks ago. The pizza was really good but we won't be returning. The cashier told me my credit card did not process so I paid cash. That night, I noticed the charge on my card. I called the next day once the charge was posted onto my account and was told he doesn't have a record of it. Of course I did not request a receipt so I can't dispute the charge with my bank. The Mountain Mike's app always defaults to this Mountain Mike's but the pizza here is lackluster, the delivery speed is abysmal, and the customer service is crap, to say the least. I ordered a MOUNTAIN SIZE PIZZA FROM HERE TODAY AND I PAID 60 DOLLARS FOR IT. Now, I know I shouldn't expect the red-carpet treatment just because I paid 60 dollars for a pizza but for the money I spent I could at least assume they would get my order correct and that it would arrive on time, right? WRONG ON BOTH COUNTS. Not only did they get my order wrong but it took twice the time to arrive than any other other pizzeria I've ever been to! I swear these guys have their heads up their rear-ends so deeply that I don't know if they can even see straight anymore. We ordered 7 large pizzas for a Halloween party at noon on 10/31/25 for delivery at 5:15pm. We even called after placing the order at noon to confirm the order and that it could be delivered to our address. At 5:30pm we called again as the pizza had not arrived. We were told that the pizzas had not left yet as they were "busy". The pizzas finally arrived at 6pm. But by then they were cold. We had 45 guests waiting for pizza for 45 minutes. And then when it finally did arrive the pizzas were cold. This is unacceptable. We paid a lot of money ($200+) and even prepaid the tip. We will never order from this location again and we will warn others. My brother said he had the same problem with this location. It didn't arrive on time so he had to call them. It wasn't even on a "holiday". He now orders from 2 other locations that he knows are reliable and on time every time. We will do the same. Super family friendly spot! Do wish they had milk or apple juice consistently but most don't. We have gotten Togo a few times but have recently starting eating in. My son loves how friendly the family usually is and there are some big TVs. They are comfortable making the pie how you want so if you are a hyper picky person be specific. read more

I hadn't ordered from Mountain Mike's in a while because it hadn't been that great in the past. But I was in a hurry and they were one of the fastest on DoorDash. So I figured it was doable. Well, unbeknownst to me, I had ordered from their newer shop on Bascom. I didn't figure that out until my sister told me there was a new one and I checked my receipt to see that's where our order had come from. Anyway, we did two mini pizzas and two sodas. The pizzas arrived really quickly and they were nice and hot. The crust was fresh and crispy and chewy in the right places. They were perfect little mini pizzas. You know how some of the mini pizza's are almost all crust with the tiniest amount of toppings? Not the case with these. They had a good amount of each of the toppings we chose and they were really fresh. I had pesto for my sauce and it was tasty. Some places put so much pesto on that your pizza ends up extra oily or they don't put enough (trying to avoid making your pizza oily) and you can't even taste it. These guys put just the right amount and clearly drained the oil off of the pesto prior to using it. We both put four toppings on each of our pizzas and they were $11.20 each. It seems a bit on the pricier side but most pizza places are pricey in my opinion. Pizza isn't the inexpensive option it used to be when I was in college, that's for sure. Nonetheless, I didn't mind the price for the tasty little pizzas with fresh toppings. We will definitely go back to this store again. read more

Unfortunately, I ordered online from this location by mistake. I usually order from the Hamilton Avenue location. The Hamilton location is Awesome and my go to place for many years. The pizza at your location was cold and mediocre. I was really hoping to like it but it left me disappointed. It barely had any sauce, cheese and toppings were sparingly on my Mt. Everest pizza. The wings were disappointing too. I understand that other deliveries were probably made before I got my pizza, but we usually get our food hot but if not, at least warm and not cold on arrival, like we did from your location. So this was even more disappointing on top of the food quality being disappointing. I called the Hamilton location right after I placed my order and was notified that I mistakenly order from the wrong location. I called your location to ask for Pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese to be included with my order and was reassured that I would get some. I didn't get any Pepper flakes or Parmesan cheese. My only recommendation would be to listen to what your customers are telling you about their experiences with the food they receive from location to improve and have more satisfied customers. I absolutely love mountain mikes pizza but I have to say the location on Bascom and Camden in San Jose CA is crap! I ordered a large sausage and pepperoni pizza and the amount of toppings on the pizza was so cheaply done. No kidding there were slices that were just cheese. There was a total of 15 pieces of sausage and 20 pepperonis on the entire large pizza. I will not be visiting this location again. I'll take the extra 10 more minute drive to go to the Branham location where they know how to make a pizza. read more
