Fast and always has killer deals. The sauce isn't overly sweet and the crust is better than most chains. Great pepperoni too. They deliver, but if you go and pick it up, you usually get free soda or an appetizer or something because they're always running some kind of deal. It's just counter service though. I came into this business just wanting to browse their menu since I have recently moved into the area. I noticed, right off the bat, how many doors there were. I also saw that they were open later than most businesses, which is awesome, so if you want something late, this is definitely a good place to consider.Hoa was extremely friendly and talked to me for a good amount of time since I had some questions, and we had a great conversation throughout my experience there. I never heard of Pizza Guys as I don't have one in my neighborhood. My wife saw an FB promo, so we decided to try it. Two medium two-topping pizzas for $24.00 Ordering online was easy. The pickup was smooth also. Friendly service as i picked up my order. Pizza #1 Italian Sausage & Mushrooms. We replaced the standard tomato sauce with pesto. They weren't skimpy with their toppings. The sausage was seasoned well. Pizza #2 Italian Sausage & Salami. We also replaced the standard tomato sauce with pesto sauce. Savory and salty meat on a pizza? What's not to like! Both were good. The crust was a bit soggy, but maybe because it sat a few minutes before picking it up, and the drive home was about 12 minutes. Overall, 3.5 stars. It was good enough to try again. read more

This place must have changed the dough because my pizza tasted like cardboard and it was underbaked even though I specified bake to crispy. We ordered 4 pizzas, 1 lg two-topping (mushroom/pepperoni), 1 lg combo with modifications, one XL 3-topping, and one XL combo. Everyone was happy with what they got for their order. If I have a complaint, it's minor - one of the pizzas was cut unevenly so one "half" had larger slices than the other. But I would order here again. I am curious though as to what is the standard with respect to the amount of toppings given, as I noticed that with the XL 3-topping, the same pizza I ordered at a different location recently. It is something I will track to determine what is normal for the chain and what is exceptional. First off they advertise promo codes which did not work. I needed my pizza order before my son had to leave. My pizza took twice as long to be delivered then what they said, a total of almost 1.5 hours to be delivered!! My son had to leave and didn't get dinner. The pizza delivery guy was on a phone call the whole time and standing in the parking lot talking on phone instead of delivering pizza. My pizza was cold. I called Pizza Guys to find out what's going on and all they said was "we need to call you back." No one called me back! Delicious pizza and they offer great deals. After receiving numerous ads in the mail for this place I decided to give it a try. 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for $22. Online ordering is easy and was ready for pickup within 15 minutes. The pizzas were good and a decent size, a medium fed 2 people, quality ingredients, and the pizza wasn't drenched in oil. The crust was fluffy and crispy on the edges. Along with the 2 pizzas we also got muncheez (jalapeno potato cheese bites) and an order of the lemon pepper wings. The muncheez I went and airfried a little when I got home to crisp them up. And the wings were on the small side and nothing to rave about. All 4 items and 2 discount codes the total came to $43. I was also given a free 2L of soda. The restaurant is clean, the staff member that helped me was friendly and kindly offered plates and napkins. We had a couple friends over to watch a game and hoped to find a special kind of chicken pizza. I had an old menu from them in my junk drawer and thought we would give them a try. We are so glad we picked the chicken garlic one with the white sauce. It was so good we ordered it again a few weeks later. When we picked up the pizza they gave us a big bottle of soda too. We used to order from here a lot and then the quality seemed to drop off a bit, but I am happy to say that it seems to be back to the quality it was in the beginning. We ordered a medium pizza with extra cheese, black and green olives, extra pepperoni, and pesto sauce. We had it delivered via Pizza Guys, although I have been in their shop before. They don't have anywhere to sit so it's a place to just go pick up your pizza and head home. But it was really clean and the people were very friendly. Also, if you are on their email list they do send out some pretty great coupons. With all of our extras the pizza cost about the same as most pizza's in the area. The site is easy to order from and they have a ton of toppings to choose from. I love olives, if you couldn't figure that out already, so I really like the fact that they not only have black olives but they also offer green olives and kalamata olives. Trust me, I was tempted to have all three put on the pizza but I was shot down. Probably a good thing since that most likely would have made for a pretty salty pizza. The pizza was made and delivered really quickly and the delivery lady was super nice. The pizza was piping hot, the crust was crunchy and chewy, and all of the toppings were nice and fresh. My only thing I didn't love (but also didn't hate) was their pesto sauce. It's more like a creamy Alfredo-ish/Pesto combination and there was too much on the pizza. It wasn't bad, but if you like pesto on your pizza just be aware this isn't a traditional pesto sauce. We are really happy they seem to be putting out a good pizza again, so we will definitely be ordering again soon. read more

Great quality pizza and super authentic. I ordered via DoorDash so I can't speak to the service but my food arrived hot and ready. It had all the fresh fixings and I really enjoyed the quality of the pie. One of the best pizza spots in the Bay. We got the Tuscan garlic pizza, size XL, came out to about $30. Perfect for about 4 people :) The crust is super crunchy & thin! First time at this location. Called my order in 1/2 pizza guys combo no beef add spinach and 1/2 artichoke fiesta red sauce instead of garlic sauce. The pizza was tasty but the ingredients were sparse. I saw a piece of spinach but there wasn't much. This wasn't my side but still, remember we asked for no beef and asked for spinach instead and there was so little I was wondering how much beef would we have gotten. The artichokes were also not evenly distributed. Again good flavor flavor but $24 for a medium pizza I just expected better. ~ QUEST FOR THE BEST: PIZZA EDITION ~ #1 out of 12 in Fast Food Pizza Here we are, finally, at the top of the FF pizza chain list. Pizza Guys is a chain I was aware of only because of Yelp South Bay's massive amount of "pizza party at your house" events. Since I was kinda bummed by the informal and non-inclusive nature of these events, I had a mildly bad taste in my mouth whenever I thought about Pizza Guys. It's a shame, because it seemed like people were enjoying the pizza for what it was (and I was hoping it wasn't just because it was free). One thing they get absolutely right is their abundance of toppings on each pizza. Wowie! You can't see anything but toppings! Toppings covering every inch of the pizza. They have a few unique topping combinations, and one in particular is for their Mexican taco pizza, which is what we ordered that night. How can something taste like a great FF pizza, and a great FF taco? I don't know, but that's the case for Pizza Guys' Mexican taco pizza. Lettuce, shredded cheese, ground beef, diced tomatoes, and olives on red sauce. It may sound weird, but if you like tacos and you like pizza, you'll like this. High quality toppings, good ratio of cheese to sauce, and crust that doesn't taste frozen (I'm assuming because it isn't). Prices definitely reflect the quality of the pizza, but I still think it's a great deal. I hope this chain continues to do well. I know I'll be buying their pizzas many times in the future, and introducing it to as many of my pizza loving friends as possible. read more

Tasha, I'm sure you don't get paid nearly enough for all you do at Pizza Guys, but thank you for your excellent customer service in my introduction to Pizza Guys. I had the opportunity to try this pizza place out during a YELP Elite Event. I didn't realize I could select my crust type (I prefer thin, my kids deep dish...so regular was probably the perfect compromise). It's located on the corner of Winchester and Payne within the RiteAid complex, but on the other side by the donut shop. The interior of Pizza Guys is neat and simple. There are automated menus with enticing pictures that sold me on another visit to this location (or maybe a delivery). The food was waiting patiently for my pick up. I was shown my delicious smelling order...of course I had to check out a few of the sides along with my pizza. And I was pleasantly surprised to leave with some coupons and a small pint of Butterfinger ice cream to finish up the meal. As far as pizza goes, this was a hit. One large pizza, six wings, cheesy garlic bread, crispy chicken salad, and a pint of dessert left a family of four satiated. If I did it again, I'd pass on the salad, and try a flat bread instead. I ordered the crunchy club pizza which had Canadian bacon, some regular bacon and a Tuscany thin crust with a creamy garlic sauce, tomatoes, green onions and mozzarella. It was fantastic. I highly recommend it for all you bacon lovers. Non-bacon lovers, you may also appreciate it. I also ordered the all meat pizza that comes with bacon, pepperoni & Italian sausage which was good too. The pizzas didn't feel oily. I was honestly impressed by them. I also loved the service. Even though we forgot to ask for half and half in each box, we asked after they brought out the two separate pizzas and the guy at the register was nice enough to take them back and put half and half of each pizza in the box.
