This was my second visit and each time 5 Star service and food! It seems as though many of the bad reviews for this place were when they first opened? I hope they have hit their stride. The pepperoni pizza is so good! Very generous with toppings. I will say, I'm pretty whimpy with "spicy" food and the pepperoni was a tad spicy but not too too bad. Just throwing it out there so any other whimps like me can keep a drink nearby. Overall, we can't wait to go back. I know they're maybe not a "small" business but I'd certainly rather give them my business over Domino's or Papa Johnny. Better pizza anyway! read more

Great amazing but expensive specialty pizza. If you are looking for an extra hardy pizza topped with mountains of tasty toppings then this is the place for you! The pizzas are large in size, the dough is fresh and soft with a nice crunch. The great thing about it is that you can add as many toppings as possible and simply pile them on top so the possibilities are endless. Came here for the first time for their lunch buffet. Such a great choice! Only $12 for all you can eat, pizza, salad, and a drink. A great variety of pizza to choose from. About 6 different kinds (chicken club, Hawaiin, Supreme, etc) plus cheese bread and a dessert style pizza. Everything was hot and fresh as well, so that was a huge perk. Ingrid was so sweet to check on us multiple times to make sure we had all we needed. Everything was nice and clean as well, I know that it can be hard for a buffet style counter. I came here to give this place a try and ordered a pretty pricy small pepperoni pizza for $17. After 30mins no pizza and went up to ask when it will be ready. Lady said they screw up the order and it will take another 10mins. By looking at how they operate in the back kitchen to the cashier who is clueless I rather save my money and go to papa johns and the pizza will probably taste just as good. read more

My guess is that this one had been sitting for a while. If it was just out of the oven then that is really sad. I wanted to like this place. I ordered online and was given a 30-40 minute turnaround. I got to the store and was told that there were still 12 orders ahead of me and they hadn't started yet. I was asked to check back in 20 mins, which I did at which point I was told that my order was next in line and asked to come back in 12 mins. It ended up taking an hour and 10 mins and ruining my plans. The pizza was good and the staff was nice but the service was slow. This afternoon was my first time here. I always start evaluating a restaurant before I even walk in. The building was nice, planters well kept, and there were clean tables on the patio. There's a small patio right next to the building, and a bigger area with a fountain surrounded by nice plants. We walked inside to check out the menu, and within a minute a gentleman greeted us to take our order. I told him we needed a couple minutes, so he left. In another minute, a lady came out to help us. Service is clearly excellent. Eventually we figued it out and placed an order. The tables inside were nice, but I like sitting outside. Our pizza was brought to us, and I was VERY pleasantly surprised. The crust was firm and crispy on the bottom. Sauce was flavorful. Pepperoni was spicy. Other toppings were also top-notch. It's been a few years since we've had a go-to pizza joint. We've tried plenty, but none have really blown us away. Mountain Mike's blew us away. We now have a go-to pizza joint. If you're looking for soft, gooey crust, don't go here. If you like a substantial, yet crispy crust, this place is for you. If you're looking for an over-cheesed glop top, don't go here. If you're looking for a perfect balance of ingredients, MM's is for you. If you like bland flavors, don't come here. If you have a bold palate, do come here. If you're looking for a XXL 12 slice pizza with free cheesy bread for 6.99, and a dozen wings for only 1.99 more, then maybe MM's isn't for you. There's a mountain mike's pizza up in the bay that my family and I LOVE going to, pizza is always delicious, fresh, and well balanced in their ingredients. My boyfriend and I were excited to see one opening up near him so we had to check it out. We ordered delivery over the phone since their yelp delivery didn't let us order pizza, and we wanted a medium half and half speciality pizza, pineapple chicken luau and chicken club. Apparently the girl told us that we had to have a $25 order minimum for delivery, and since it was $21 before tax we could add some churros to make it $25. We opted to just get a large pizza to meet the requirement and the girl seemed disappointed ?? She told us that it'd be 45 minutes and the pizza came surprisingly quick, maybe 20 minutes tops! It's because the delivery driver NASCARed their way here to deliver a lopsided MEDIUM pizza with missing green onions on the chicken club and way too much canned pineapple on the pineapple chicken luau!! Really.. In the end my boyfriend was charged $31 so I don't think they charged us for a large and the girl just wanted to upsell some crusty churros. Maybe it's because this place is new and not well established yet but mountain mike's needs to train their employees down here better. The pizzas are delicious, I also enjoyed the house salad with Italian dressing. My only knock on one star is because of the price, it is definitely on the higher side. Even the small pizza that has "8 slices", the slices are small and it's $14...it's almost the size of an individual pizza. On the build your own the price adds up FAST as your paying for each topping but I appreciated their generosity on the toppings, they don't skimp like the fast food pizza places do as you add more toppings. read more

Ordered for delivery through the actual Mountain Mike website. Order completed at 5:31 and stated a one hour delivery time. About an hour into time stated I get a text from Door Dash which shocked me since I was not aware the delivery would be out sourced. I finally get my order at 7:21. As soon as I take the order from the driver I could tell it is all cold. I open the 2 pizzas and 2 orders of wings and yup, all cold not even warm. So i spent $70 for cold late food thatvi had to put into the microwave to be edible. Not happy and will never use this location again. read more

Got my pizza 40 minutes after ordering in-store. Although the food was good, this particular location needs some serious employee training on customer service and sanitation. 1. After payment in-person, cashier asked me to tap again. Confused, I mentioned that I already received a transaction notification from my bank and refused to pay again. Turns out the receipt printer was out of paper and didn't spit out a receipt. So glad I didn't give in to pay again to potentially double charge myself. 2. I was originally given an estimate of 20 minutes. I asked back if it's normal wait time. I was then told it will take 25 to 30 minutes due to pending online orders. (Silly me? I added 5-10 minutes just by asking...) 3. While ordering, I recall I wasn't asked anything about customization options such as thin/regular crust. 4. Waiting for my order the whole time, I didn't see anyone already inside or entering the restaurant that would affect a long wait for my order. All I saw was only one employee busy working in the kitchen the whole time while two others were not. It still took 40 minutes for my order to be ready. 5. Employees in the kitchen were busy looking at their phones every chance they got. My pizza was handled with the same bare hands that touched their personal phones. I did not see anyone wearing nitrile gloves at any point during my visit. 6. One employee kept on sitting on the kitchen tabletop and was busy browsing on the phone. This one is a huge sanitation issue! Unfortunately, a lot of existing reviews seem to be true especially regarding employees. Since this location is fairly new, perhaps a little more time is still needed until dust settles down a bit. Until then, I will refrain from supporting this business. read more
