Food truck conveniently parked next to the main seating area

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Spacious outdoor facility behind the warehouse with lots of different spaces to relax, hangout with friends and family.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food truck is conveniently on the facilities with a nice selection of beer food to pair with Brewery X selections. I ordered the poutine. The ladies at the counter were friendly and took my order quickly. Poutine was ready within a few minutes. Generous portions that can easily be shared with 2-3 people. Piping hot, fries were crispy with lots of mozzarella and thick crispy bacon. I could t really taste the gravy but there was enough toppings to make up for it. Brews are ordered separately inside the building. The gentleman at the tap wasn't quite as friendly. Seem almost annoyed I was interrupting his conversation with a female colleague. The Come Fly with Me blonde ale was nicely chilled and easy drinking. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Restrooms are quite a walk in the back corner of the warehouse, so be prepared before chugging you beer.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Perfect vibe! Guess that covers ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The pizza is amazing. My go-to is the meatball parmigiana pizza. I could scribe but you just need to get it. Quick out of the oven even on busy days. Brewery X has this and other food trucks out back. Go have a beer and some amazing pizza!! A++

Always great pizza and brews at Pizza X and Brewery X! Bronx pizza is so good! Definitely a creeping spice from the jalapeños, but full of flavor from the various toppings! You get a buzzer so you know when to grab your pizza and it'll always be fresh!

I absolutely love pizza X. We got the Bronx pizza and it was honestly one of the best I've had. We've tried others like bbq chicken and Margherita, but the meat and cheese on the Bronx really brings it to the top. The jalapeños gave a bit of a kick but it was a pretty good balance if you don't have a slice with too many jalapeños!

Great Pizza! Nice to know that when I'm craving NY style pizza, it's only a few miles away from me. Slice folded nicely, bread was crispy, had a good amount of pepperoni and you can see the grated parm cheese on top to add an extra touch. Yum! Garlic knots were great too. Crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. As for the wings, I would give them a 3 out of 5. I was looking for them to be a bit crispier and for the buffalo sauce to have more flavor or more spice. Pizza though...that was 5 out of 5 for me.

The Bronx bomber liked it but wish it was crispier.

Bronx bomber with garlic confit base instead of the marinara. This pizza was so tasty, I generally avoid marinara cuz it gives me heartburn, this even with the jalapeños and chilli flakes was utter perfection. Love the crispy low/no flop crust best NY style pizza in north OC by farrrr!!!

Pizza X is one of the food vendors inside Brewery X, and every time my friends and I grab drinks, we always have to get a pizza too. The staff is very friendly and always happy to answer all my questions. During our recent visit, we tried the Coney Island. The fennel sausage was incredibly flavorful, and the ingredients complemented each other well. The only issue I noticed was that the sauce was concentrated in the middle, leaving the edges near the crust without any. Overall, Pizza X is excellent, and they feature a different specialty pizza every month. My friends always rave about their Tommy Devito specialty pizza! I haven't tried it yet, but I'm looking forward to it soon.

Talk about a fall from grace. Was my go-to for a while but has steadily been on the decline and today was bout the worst it's ever been. After months of watching it going down hill and holding on to hope it would come back, they've finally lost me as a customer. Don't believe the photos, they are all old, cost cutting/corner cutting has left them being mediocre at best, not even worth half what they charge for a pizza anymore. Revised my 1 star rating to 2 because the business took the time to reach out and inquire.

    Pizza with half pepperoni

It's cool, a lot of grease and flop. A lil salty imo. I got half cheese half pepperoni. Good outside crust!

Pizza X or Brewery X It's hard to find New York style pizza in Orange County. This place has it. I was specifically looking on Yelp for New York style pizza and of all the places it's a brewery that has it. This place is about beer and they just happen to sell food. And that's what I came for. It's kind of weird. You park in the front but there's no entrance in the front. You have to walk along the side of the building, all the way to the back and enter from the back. I went in and then they told me to go around the side of the building and go through a different entrance to get food. Inside this big warehouse, they have someone at a little counter on the side taking food orders and then someone from the back brings out the food. So it's a strange setup if you're only there to get food, but anyway the pizza was terrific. It's a thin crust with a little grease like you would expect. You can even eat it like a New Yorker and fold it in half. One of the better pizzas I've had. Certainly the best around here in Southern California.

    Amazing pizza duh

Gotta love the guy who left 1 star for the business 27 days ago because his dumb ass couldn't figure out how to use a map application that has no connection to the pizza spot. My review: Pizza was phenomenal, no need to go elsewhere. End Also, yelp sucks.

I keep hearing about how it's supposed to be ordered online for pizza to go, but I can't seem to find anywhere on their website to order pizza--anyone have any advice on how to order online?

Hi! Unfortunately we aren’t offering online ordering at the moment as we are trying to keep up with the on premise demand. We will be launching online ordering again shortly so stay tuned to our IG. We appreciate your patience.

    Same question here!

How do I order just a slice to go? I came the other day trying to order and only got confusing responses from employees.

I asked the same thing to an employee, and they don't sell single slices yet, but it was discussed at some point. They're a small business, and it may not be viable for them financially to offer slices. I know there is usually a lot of waste when…

Everytime I call this number to place an order after 4pm as the hours indicate, nobody picks up. Once someone answered on a Tuesday and they said pizza x wasn't serving that day. So which days does pizza x open and what are the hours and phone #?

So sorry about that. With Covid comes a lot of adjustments AND we’re operating through the Breweries staff, phone # and website so things get lost in translation a bit. We are working on a more efficient system so we truly appreciate your patience!!…

Is it still possible to order a pizza if you aren't 21 since it is a brewery as well?

Hi Nathan, yes absolutely. All ages are welcome !

Do they sell raw pizza dough? I'm looking for a place that sells raw pizza dough that is really good in quality. Any suggestions?

    Hi Michelle, yes we do!

I've had enough great pizza in my time to know good from bad and Zero Zero has some great pizza. I've had all sorts of slices and none of them have done me wrong... Well, except for one flavor the cute girl who used to work there recommended to me. That slice was insanely oily and it was not that good. We both agreed pineapple does NOT belong on pizza, so I'll agree call it even I guess haha. Anyway, I can't tell you all the different flavors I've had, but honestly really good. The crust is thin and tasty, the toppings phenomenal, and overall fresh. A bit steep for around $9 a slice, but eh, it's expected from a place at the packing house. It's on the first floor all the way to the left. If you see the restroom sign, you've gone too far. We came around 8:30 PM on a Friday night. Parking was tough, and finding an open table wasn't much easier. There are only a couple tables with 2 seats in front of the counter. So, you'll have to hunt down a table for any larger parties. They have the pizzas on display, so you can pick your slices. Staff is pretty patient while you decide between all the options and let us know that each large slice is cut into 2 pieces. I ordered the chicken and spinach slice and the prosciutto slice. The crust was not too thick or too thin, with just enough chew. The toppings tasted incredibly fresh, and even the vegetables still had a bright flavor after being baked. Everything was flavorful enough that I didn't need ranch or any other condiments. - Chicken and spinach slice: My favorite! The white sauce was creamy with good flavor, and the chicken was tender. - Prosciutto slice: The tomatoes added a nice balance of sweetness and acidity, but I wish there had been more prosciutto. Because of all the arugula, it ended up tasting more like a salad than a pizza. Overall, it's a solid spot for a quality slice if you're at the Packing House.

Otherwise I might not have set foot in this place for a long time, despite passing this place on the daily. It was a Thursday night and the place was moderately busy. It was clean and the staff were prompt with setting up the food for the event. I had Strawberry Lemonade, the Frozen Lemonade, Garlic Ginger Chicken Wings, and a MYRIAD of pizza. The pizzas were undoubtedly the best dishes that the restaurant served. Which is no surprise as it's called Pitfire Pizza and not Pitfire Chicken Wings or Pitfire Burgers. I don't know if I was just really thirsty since it was a hot day, but I was chugging the lemonade like there was no tomorrow. Either way, it was good enough for me to treat it like a bottomless beverage. For the pizza, I believe I had the BBQ Chicken and Field Mushroom. Pretty goated options, absolutely no wrong options here. The Garlic Ginger Chicken Wings had a really great dipping sauce to it, unfortunately I had to chew it for an unexpectedly long time to finally scarf it down. The consistency was like cardboard. It's also worth noting it took around 20 minutes for it to be served, and I had to follow up on it after 15 minutes of initally ordering it. So I'm definitely skipping that for next time. But hey, like I said, it's not called Pitfire Chicken Wings for a reason. I also want to add that I ordered the wings separately from what was provided at the event. Overall a really solid choice for food, just gotta be careful of the Garlic Chicken Wings in the future.
