Only been here twice, but it's likely to become one of my favorite pizza places. Can't really call it a restaurant since it looks like it comes out of a truck that they can take to cater. But enough about that, this time we got the whole pizza cause we could wait! All 18 inches of delicious nyc style pepperoni pizza came out in 15-20 minutes! Whatever pizza oven they're using is producing good curled pepperoni with caramelized edges. Bottom of the pizza does leak that pepperoni goodness in oil form so if you want to drab that oil, just put some paper towels under the slice to soak that up. Found it funny, it even comes with reheat instructions and yes it does retain most of the original pizza intent. read more

Spacious outdoor facility behind the warehouse with lots of different spaces to relax, hangout with friends and family. Food truck is conveniently on the facilities with a nice selection of beer food to pair with Brewery X selections. I ordered the poutine. The ladies at the counter were friendly and took my order quickly. Poutine was ready within a few minutes. Generous portions that can easily be shared with 2-3 people. Piping hot, fries were crispy with lots of mozzarella and thick crispy bacon. I could t really taste the gravy but there was enough toppings to make up for it. Brews are ordered separately inside the building. The gentleman at the tap wasn't quite as friendly. Seem almost annoyed I was interrupting his conversation with a female colleague. The Come Fly with Me blonde ale was nicely chilled and easy drinking. Restrooms are quite a walk in the back corner of the warehouse, so be prepared before chugging you beer. read more

Great Pizza! Nice to know that when I'm craving NY style pizza, it's only a few miles away from me. Slice folded nicely, bread was crispy, had a good amount of pepperoni and you can see the grated parm cheese on top to add an extra touch. Yum! Garlic knots were great too. Crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. As for the wings, I would give them a 3 out of 5. Some of the best pizzas in Orange County. It's located at BreweryX and it's made out of a food truck but they seriously have some of the best pizzas in OC. The wait can be long sometimes so just be mindful of that but since you're at a brewery it's not a huge deal cause you can just drink and chill while you wait. All of their pizzas are super good, I really like their classic pepperoni, meatball parm, and aloha special. Also they only do half and half pizzas on the weekends. On weekdays you can only do one flavor per pizza. Ranch is also extra btw! read more

Pizza X is one of the food vendors inside Brewery X, and every time my friends and I grab drinks, we always have to get a pizza too. The staff is very friendly and always happy to answer all my questions. During our recent visit, we tried the Coney Island. The fennel sausage was incredibly flavorful, and the ingredients complemented each other well. The only issue I noticed was that the sauce was concentrated in the middle, leaving the edges near the crust without any. Overall, Pizza X is excellent, and they feature a different specialty pizza every month. My friends always rave about their Tommy Devito specialty pizza! I haven't tried it yet, but I'm looking forward to it soon. read more

Pizza X or Brewery X It's hard to find New York style pizza in Orange County. This place has it. I was specifically looking on Yelp for New York style pizza and of all the places it's a brewery that has it. This place is about beer and they just happen to sell food. And that's what I came for. It's kind of weird. You park in the front but there's no entrance in the front. You have to walk along the side of the building, all the way to the back and enter from the back. I went in and then they told me to go around the side of the building and go through a different entrance to get food. Inside this big warehouse, they have someone at a little counter on the side taking food orders and then someone from the back brings out the food. So it's a strange setup if you're only there to get food, but anyway the pizza was terrific. It's a thin crust with a little grease like you would expect. You can even eat it like a New Yorker and fold it in half. One of the better pizzas I've had. Certainly the best around here in Southern California. read more

Hello New York style pizza! The classic pizzas take me back to the streets of Manhattan where giant pies come out hot, gooey with cheese that's cut into large slices that mandate you fold in order to take a clean bite. Even though (it looks like) they're a food pod, the pizza comes out restaurant quality-like where ingredients taste fresh with sauces well developed with depth in the pizza sauces and enough of it to let you savor it. Cheese? Completely melted and gooey. The only thing negative is that the pizzas will set you back quite a bit, but at least it's cheaper than a plane ticket to New York. read more

Pizza review I finally pulled the trigger and stopped by and got the pizza. Here's the thing to know, it's probably not worth it if you're just coming for pizza on a weekend night. It's a cool place, but it's just too busy if that's all you're doing. Parking gets tough and wait times get long. Go earlier in the day or on a weekday night. There's a lot of hype around this pizza- is it worth it? Mostly, yes. It comes very close to being great. It gets lots of points for bucking the trend of all the local pizza shops and settling for uniformed mediocrity. It's different. Easy sauce, a few different cheeses used sparingly, and lots good quality (slightly spicy) pepperoni. It reminds me of Two Saucy Broads in Fullerton- shares similar flavors. Where it could be a bit better is the crust. I like crispier pizza and this is very floppy and its not custom order situation here. But here's a pro-tip if you do take it home: toss it in a pan for a few minutes and crisp it up yourself. I enjoyed it much more once I did that. If you're sitting around drinking and eating this pizza, it's perfect. If you're taking it home, it's worth it, but just it's not on a busy night. read more

There's something magical about pizzas and beer and the people at Pizza X have it down! Arriving around 6PM on a weekday was the perfect time, with the day crowd leaving and the night crowd just beginning. There was no line at all. Pictured are the Margherita Pizza ($20) and Aloha ($27) and you can tell they know how to do it right by the perfect crust size, not too thick and not quite thin crust. The aloha came with pepperoni, pineapples, spicy jalapeños and dollops of ricotta and cut into large slices. For the price point you could definitely ask them to cut into smaller pieces and share with a large party. Ordering was really convenient too. This place was soooo good. We stopped here after a trip to Disneyland to get some pizza. It's located within Brewery X, when we got into the parking lot we were a bit confused since we had kids with us but I asked the security guards for clarification and they were very nice and welcoming letting us know that there is a pizza truck and kids are more than welcome here. The outside seating area is gorgeous. There were wooden benches and tables with lights hung up all across the area. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and one of their specialty pizzas. The pizzas are a good size and delicious! I also went into the brewery to try one of their ales. I ordered the Saturdays Are For The Boys fruity ale and I was impressed. I'm very picky with beers/ales/IPAs and love fruity so this was perfect for me. It was smooth and definitely became my new favorite. The guys serving the beers were friendly and let me try a sample before I committed to an order. The customer service all around was great! From the security guards, to the guy taking our pizza order, to the guys serving the beers. They all definitely had great energy and kept the mood upbeat. Located on La Palma near Kraemer, Pizza X is a piece of Brewery X, located towards the rear of the facility. Their pizza are unique from the normal pizza in that the pizza are slightly thinner, and they are wider ( if that makes sense). My favorite pizza by far is their Chicken Parm pizza. If you look at the pic you can see the chunks of cheese-- this pizza is amazing! I also have gotten my fav here ( Dbl pizza) with no issues. I thought their beer was just ok, it's the pizza you want here! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and there is a large outdoor patio area to hang out as well. Do yourself a favor and come have Pizza X at Brewery X! Seriously the best pizza to satisfy the craving for a GOOD NY style pizza. Super fresh with a perfect thin crust! The pepperoni's are delicious and crisp, with that nice, telling curl that shows you the quality of the ingredients used. They also shave fresh parmesan on top, which is a nice touch. The wait can get long when the brewery is busy - the pizza is delicious after all! The staff are always kind and helpful as well. They offer a ranch for dipping too - they really have it all! To preface this review, I have to say that I've never been to New York or have gotten the chance to try a NY style pizza. I've never been lucky enough to travel there so when I saw that Pizza X specialized in this particular style, I was excited to check it out. The service was nice and all of my questions were answered quickly! Since this isn't a restaurant and is connected to the brewery, I wasn't sure if I would still be able to order food since I'm not 21 yet. Luckily they were still able to serve me instead of turning me away. What did I get? Well... since it was my first time, I wanted to try multiple options. They were able to do a half and half pizza. I chose a classic pepperoni and their weekly special, the sausage and peppers. I'm so used to thicker crust pizzas from Italian restaurants and your everyday pizza chain. So this was a whole new experience. Both of the toppings I got were pretty great! I've always wanted to try pizza with the pepperonis that curl up when the pizza is cooked. The pepperoni added a salty and greasy morsel to each bite. It tasted like normal pepperoni but more subtle and not extremely salty or artificial tasting. It had a real pork flavor that worked well with the cheese, sauce, and crust. The sausage and peppers topping was alright for me. It wasn't something that really wowed me or packed a punch of flavor. You can tell that the sausage is made in house. Unlike most sausage on pizza, their sausage was also not overly salty. The peppers provided a burst of sweetness. Although I preferred the pepperoni, this option is good if you want something lighter in flavor. The foundation of the pizza was solid for sure but wasn't my favorite. Maybe I'm just not used to this style of pizza so I can acknowledge that. The pizza dough was very good. It was thin, crispy, and chewy. Despite it being so thin, it was still able to hold its shape and folded well. The crust didn't have any flavor but it did a good job in holding all of the toppings. The sauce and cheese were decent. I'm not sure if the sauce is made there, it probably is. The tomato sauce was slightly sweet with a subtle tomato flavor. It didn't overpower the other ingredients. But I do wish it had a little more something to make it special. Couldn't really tell if the mozzarella cheese was different or special but there was nothing to complain about in that department. Like I said, maybe I'm not used to the NY style of pizza. I can see myself getting used to it and enjoying it more but for now I still prefer other styles. The pizza was very good and I'm sure it's as authentic as can be in Anaheim, but I do prefer a pizza that'll smack my tastebuds and give me a punch of flavor. Judging by their weekly special pizzas, I would definitely come to try those. Those seem to be more my style with toppings that'll be more interesting than the simple and classic ones. For $20-25, I think it was a pretty good deal for an 18 inch pizza. I knew it was 18 inches when I was ordering it but I've never gotten a pizza so big so seeing that was shocking at first. I definitely think you should come check it out. The pizza was delicious with fresh and high quality ingredients. I'd definitely be back for their more unique creations read more

The pizza is like a New York style thin crust, and it was great. I would recommend eating it there. If you want to order drinks, you can get sodas (canned) or beers in the brewery. There is a self-serve water dispenser and cups outside, which is very convenient. Outdoor seating is plentiful. It is dog friendly, so feel free to bring your leashed dog. You might want to bring a jacket for the evening, since it can get cool eating outdoors. Park along the side or in front of the warehouse. Pizza X is a new contactless drive-thru pizza spot located right in Brewery X in Anaheim! They have been on my "must go to" list for a few weeks now and I have legit been chomping at the bit to try some of their amazing looking pizzas! You can order and pay for your pizzas 30 min. ahead of time through the Brewery X website and then simply just arrive to pick them up! The staff will bring the pies straight to your car so you don't have to get out/so you can have minimal contact. Today I snagged buffalo chicken and hamburger pizzas this first time around and was not disappointed! The hamburger pizza comes with ground beef, cheese, pickles, onions and mustard... super yummy and the mustard gives it a nice tang. The buffalo chicken though STOLE MY HEART...i mean stomach haha. It has just the right amount of heat from the buffalo sauce and when combined with the creamy savory blue cheese....oh man . It is definitely my favorite so far. I ordered food togo, so I can't comment on the service; but the ambience looks great. I was so disappointed by the food and pizza. I was excited by the reviews, but this fell so short. The most frustrating part is that you can view the entire menu, but you can't order the entire menu when you place a togo order. You have to go there in person and order the remaining items. We ordered the pepperoni and JP Aloha pizzas, classic chop salad and the chocolate eclair "pie" for dessert. Both pizzas were just ok, I mean, they were fine to eat; but its like they were trying too hard to make them so unique/ special but there was just too much going on. The salad was ok, the croutons were stale. The eclair "pie" was disgusting! It was a sloppy mushy mess, with terrible flavor that was shoved into a cup. Prices are too expensive as well. read more

Can't wait! Wrong: complete disappointment!! To be honest... I just wasn't impressed or satisfied. The pizza, well, was just meh pizza..but the experience is was worth noting..not in a good way. Background: we showed up at 5:30.. seated at 6:00pm.. ordered right when we met our waiter (approximately 6:05pm) and pizza arrived 3 beers later at 8:15pm. The staff warned us - "it's been a rough day; pizza may be delayed a little while, stay as long as you want"- I APPRECIATE THAT, thank you for letting us know!...but great... also let us know that it would be a 2 hour+ wait just to get food.. we did come here for the COVID pizza/brew dinner combo...if notified of the wait, we would of just went to get some takeout at some other joint and taken some brews home to enjoy. I honestly felt bad for our waiter; he was an awesome guy and I tipped him proper because our experience was not his fault. He even brought over a free brew to make up for the the wait; great, cool, I'm buzzed...but damn!! We are hungry! Pizza arrived. It was bland pizza. Not something I would crave... Not something I would even consider getting again. Ok...I understand..the kitchen was having major problems..? But seriously... I expected: blow my mind better than average OC pizza joints. It wasn't!!! We should of just went to Wise Guys!! To top it off.. the power went out 5 mins after receiving our pizza.
