Extremely disappointing customer service!! I placed an order and waited the standard shipping delay…read moreto only receive a damaged package and contents. I spent over an hour and half waiting on the online chat before giving up. Finally reached someone via Instagram to be told to wait 10 business days for a refund AND place another order only to wait again when i had already done that and should have had my product. No solution provided for the current situation, and no compensation for wasting my time waiting on product i should have received in impeccable condition or for having to wait a full day for a resolution that was essentially not a resolution. Upon checking the app i saw they had same day delivery and asked why this was not presented as an option and was told if i wanted to pay extra for an uber drop off i could and i would get a coupon for a future purchase. So essentially my order was not delivered in the condition in which one would expect and then Dynamite as a corporation refused to reship the item or to comp $10 for what i would have to spend on same day delivery. Absolutely ridiculous to not deliver on a current order but to expect a customer to continue supporting their business with a "coupon" for a future regular priced order. I spent $90 bucks for pants and asking for $10 to expedite an order is asking to much? Do better. For the increase we've seen over the years in price there should be employees empowered to correct wrong situations for customer retention and business reputation. People, shop with online companies that happily correct wrongs. Rather than companies like this that don't understand you should receive what u ordered in acceptable condition and if you dont then its not the customers problem. Also maybe shipping $90 pants in a crappy plastic bag is not the best move going forward?

Honestly, this was one of the worst shopping experiences of my entire life. The employees were…read moreextremely rude and treated me horribly. They made snarky comments about how I didn't need a new coat and much more. When I returned with a bunch of friends, since I now had a huge store credit, the sales associate wouldn't even pull a coat for me to try on since he said, "I tried it on the day before". I then told him that I wanted to try it on for my friends so I could get their opinion on the coat. The sales associate then walked away. Talk about rude! I just spent over $1000 in their store and they just walk away?? Are you kidding me?? Luckily I had three amazing friends with me who helped me pull and try on as many coats as possible to find one that would be a decent fit for the cold winter months ahead. This store would not give me a refund. Any other store would have given me a refund or purchased the coat I wanted in the bigger size. I couldn't believe the snarky comments coming out of the employees mouths. My friends were flabbergasted at the attitude the employees were spitting out at us. I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!! I rather go to a store like Holt Renfrew or Mendocino where they do what needs to be done to make the customer happy. Holt Renfrew will fix products that need mending and their customer service is way better. Mendocino would have ordered me the coat in the larger size in a heartbeat. This store was so nice to me when I spent over $1000 here but as soon as I wanted to make an exchange or get a refund they couldn't care less. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL!!! I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!! I learnt my lesson about buying a big ticket item at a mom and pop shop. I will never make this mistake again. It's a shame because I'm sure there are great mom and pop shops where they care about their customers but this store DOES NOT CARE about anyone except their check book.

The Japanese ladies helping us downstairs in the CG vault are super patient, knowledgeable about CG offerings, and provided suggestions for jackets in the right TEI rating for DC winters. They also offer Fusion Fit for petites that we didn't find calling around other CG resellers like Holt Renfrew. The wide-selection and availability in sizes definitely makes this a good spot to get a good dose of goosey warmth.

(im fully willing to accept that im projecting the anger felt about my fat dome.) anyhow, they had those fargo hats with the flaps in a few different styles, some simple bowl toques that are in style these days (overpriced anywhere you go in my opinion) and a few caps here and there. all pretty cool and though not all styles agreed with me (we are talking taste wise here not swelled noggin), it was nice to see the variety. for about 60 or so dollars you could pick up a leather belt with an impressive buckle. the beauty of this belt is that once youve picked the right leather, first of all you can mix and match, because the belts and buckles are sold separately, and secondly, you can always come back for an alternate buckle (or buy as many buckles as you like at the same time i suppose). there were some really cool baseball tee shirts with those 3/4 arms that were very very thin and weathered in some way where patches of it looked thicker in material and some parts were much thinner. great shirt, but itd be a shirt id wear once in a while when i knew i was doing something nowhere near related to a game of baseball. the long sleeve collared shirts also stood out to me, with varied styles, nice patterns and fabrics. the jackets seemed not to stand out in the same way. all in all, i enjoyed this shop, will come here again, probably to buy a belt first and i look forward to their continued success.

She was also helpful with a question I had and helped me even though I didn't expect it to happen. Ordered a bag from TeKoop since they're one of the few stores (that I'm aware of) that sells Anello bags that has a relatively easy location to get to. This is helpful when you want to see the actual product vs having to potentially deal with the hassle of returning the item. I pass by, and sometimes visit, their store whenever I'm in the area. As for the bag, I bought an Anello Alton backpack. Quality is really good and it's new. I was worried that it could be counterfeit or could be used (I see lots of videos online about this issue). Overall I recommend this store for your bag needs. They've gaied a repeat customer for their personal touch and I'll be sure to support this local business for future bag purchases, either for me or for more gifts.

I wasn't expecting to buy anything here but I was surprised by the options. It's been awhile since I've bought from Coach but I found that the styles were more classy and chic than before. The staff at this location were very friendly, patient and helpful. I wasn't exactly sure what to get, but I described that I wanted something similar to a leather clutch. The employee serving me took the time to show me multiple options and she really demonstrated her knowledge as she told me about the materials and care needed for each purse. Normally, I'd feel very pressured to buy something at these stores but she wasn't pushy at all. I told her that I wanted to make the gift special and she told me about the free stamping service and cleaning service provided by the store as well. I ended up buying a wristlet from the Selena Gomez collection with a free purse tag that I customized. I chose a symbol of luck which was stamped onto the purse tag in gold lettering. It was a neat, final touch which made the wristlet look even more beautiful! Overall, I was quite impressed by the customer service at this location, and I'll probably be back in the future when I'm looking for a new bag. I'd recommend coming here if you're looking for something unique and you want to add a special touch to a gift!
