I came in here to browse the Miik line since I heard about it from the green living website. I was…read moredisappointed though to see how casual the clothing looked, especially the cardigans which I was interested in. $180 for a paper thin cardigan with stitching similar to the kind on yoga pants? Methinks not. Basically it's overpriced travel / sports clothing. They had some nice rain coats from North Face however. Might be worth a look in the winter time when they have the winter coats out. We shall see!

For the most part, I received great service at this store. The girl I had been dealing with was…read morequite helpful and was able to track down the item I was looking for and order it in for me. The staff overall are friendly and welcoming. I came here for one thing specifically... and ONLY because everywhere else I called around town weren't willing to, or couldn't, order it in for me but they seem to have a nice (yet limited) supply of mostly higher end gear and clothing. I doubt very much that I would shop here again as there are other places which have a far greater selection for lower prices. One thing I was certainly disappointed with was that they didn't honour the '10% off your purchase' check-in offer. The owner claimed to know nothing about it... I'm not quite sure how that would happen.

Best bike shop in Toronto!…read more They have plenty of selection for mountain bikers, roadies, cross riders and pretty much any other biking discipline you can think of. They carry top of the line brands and will have an option for any size, price point or specialty request. The customer service their is marvellous. Everyone is super personable, understanding and willing to help you the second you walk in. They gave me a really good price on a new mountain bike (close to $500 off), gave me a great discount on clipped peddles and threw in almost $100 dollars worth of other accessories. All bikes come with a long warranty backed by a few of the best bike mechanics in the GTA (in my experience). Repair times depend on the mechanic you get but 95% of the time the repairs are super fast. I've never had a problem remerge or not be fully fixed after taking it there. They have everything a veteran rider, beginner cyclist or anyone in-between could ever want and more. They sell bikes (of course), biking attire (both loose MTB gear and aerodynamic lycra), any kind of bike part, bike maintenance things, turbo trainers and so much more. TLDR; Trust me and go to this store for any of your biking needs and you will not regret it!

God forbid you should have to call their customer support line. After being told that my expected…read morewaiting time was 1 minute, and then waiting 15 minutes, I gave up. I placed this call early in the afternoon of a (non-holiday) Friday.
