I can shop at Marshalls without even glancing at the clothing section! This particular Marshalls, however, does NOT have a "Red Carpet" section which consists of designer goods. So based on that sheer difference alone, the Heartland location is much better! Even the shoes at this location were of inferior quality. Even though this location was dead, there was a bit of a wait in the communal line. Only 2 cashiers on duty, but the one who served me was quite friendly!

Clearly, this store's manager must have cataracts for it was not SAKS or Bloomingdales. Being "uppity" is NOT called for. A simple look down the coat isle was not going to hurt the sales person momentum at 2pm in the day. Future suggestions: 1. Be consistent with other stores. 2. Offer better customer service. Don't get arrogant many stores did e.g. Eatons, Sears, Mexx, Danier, Nine West, etc. 3. Get rid of the manager/ or coat section sale person.

What truly made our visit special was the exceptional service we received from Antonia and Yana. Both of them went above and beyond to assist us. They were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right clothing. Their recommendations were thoughtful, their patience was remarkable, and they made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. It is rare these days to encounter customer service of this caliber. Antonia and Yana demonstrated professionalism, enthusiasm, and a sincere desire to help customers. They did not simply assist us--they elevated the entire shopping experience. Management should be very proud to have associates like them representing the store. I sincerely hope their efforts are recognized and rewarded, because the level of service they provided was truly above and beyond. They allow you to browse the store and start a fitting room. There's isn't much sales pressure and there is always a dedicated attendant to assist you with zipping up the dress. I felt comfortable and assisted in the right way when needed. I found a dress I was in love with, however it was in a rough condition. The sales lady tried her best to alter and steam the issue and even assisted with better pricing to offset the minor issue. I walked away and went for a coffee and browsed a few other stores, when I realized the way these dresses fit my body at this store is nothing like the other big boxed stores for straight and narrow body types. I came back and just purchased the dress immediately. Great help from Deana and her boss Reena.

The layout reminds me a bit like Sherway Gardens, expect the walkways-concourse ("hallway") don't loop around to the center. It is pretty easy to get around and find a particular store. Some stores (like Miniso, Sunrise Records, Garage, maybe the Walmart) at Erin Mills are larger compared the same ones at Square One. Also, stores and restaurants not attached to the main building are easy to get to (ex. Indigo, One Plant, IHOP, Dollarama, Pizza Pizza, etc).

When I get close to enough to touch things, I definitely see things with holes and snags on the racks all the time. Quality is also somewhat hit or miss with some material being thin and flimsy to the point of being see through or just impractical (looking at you pleather pants that don't breathe). BUT at least this is an outlet which means savings. I'm not completely opposed to getting things for a decent price! The only downside is that everything is final sale. The workers here were pretty helpful. After I had one girl introduce herself to me, the other ones left me alone. She helped me get a fitting room started when I was running out of hands. That system does seem a bit flawed though as they save your clothes by name but there's no tag or anything to it. They just kind of remember. I didn't find out they gave me the wrong clothes to try on until I was in the fitting room so that was a tad annoying. Other than that I had a pretty successful outing and got a few things for a good deal!

Terrible customer service from Van Huesen at Heartland Town Centre store. They say they are open…read moreuntil 7pm on weekdays and until 6pm on weekends. But if you go to their store 30 mins before closing they will not allow to come inside, citing weird reasons like they have to sanitize the store so they cannot allow customers as early as 30 mins before closing time. But my question us why don't you mention it in the timings printed on the front door of your store?? How are customers supposed to know about your irregular store hours! I have been harassed by these people twice, once on a weekday and yesterday which was a weekend. They argued with me for good 20 minutes as to why they cant let me in for return, but they wont take my returns which is probably not more than a 5 min job! The store supervisor Yasmin went on to say that "their machines stop working after 6pm".. thats the funniest lie I have heard! I am very disappointed with such low level of customer service from these guys. I literally begged them to help me today, as the nearest store is atleast 20km from my home. But all 3 guys at the store argued with me why they cant let me in instead of helping me for 5 minutes. Also, no one bothered to wear mask or gloves at the store! You just lost a customer today!
