Let's begin with parking. BRUTAL. Nowhere to park. People fighting over parking spots. Wth. Never going there again. The mall is under construction. Chaos!!! The pedestrian walking area is tight. And honestly, not too many stores compare to some of the outlet malls. Couldn't find directory of the store locations. Foodcourt.... super limited choices, as if I am in a small tiny mall instead of a premium mall. Meh.

It is pretty big with many stores. Also, it gives off an open feel with the no roof in some areas and roofs that is not attached to the top of the stores. There is a indoor food court area. However, there are food trucks if you choose not to eat in the food court. Some stores you will have to wait in lines outside of the stores. These stories are mainly luxury goods/brand stories such as Coach and Burberry. BTW: You will have to walk everywhere though some sections have cover areas/roof. There are newer renovated parts and slightly older parts. During the renovations, they got rid of some stores (which sucks and I enjoyed visiting them) and add some others.

It is the worst of the branches that I know of this company. I visited the store that is located in Niagara where they have a purchase promotion and through it I won a free lipstick through the company, but unfortunately, they did not have my favourite colour. They told me that I could use the coupon at any branch and choose the lipstick of my liking. However, when I presented the coupon in this branch, they told me that they couldn't receive it and even though I explained and asked them to call the Niagara store, they did not want to do it, after much insistence, the employee Sarah called the "supervisor" who supposedly told her that they didn't know about the promotion. We ask you to speak to the supervisor because it is unfair that the client has to go through shame and a hard time due to a lack of communication with her employees. In short, they were not interested in calling the Niagara store, nor the supervisor, even the employee Madeleine in front of other clients accused us of disrespect when they were only asked to provide the service they are supposed to offer to clients. Since she couldn't show what offended them, she proceeded to keep quiet. It's honestly the worst shame I've ever seen in my life. It is a total lack of respect for the client and inconsiderate. They even told us that if we wanted to talk to the supervisor to find out if the coupon was valid or not, we should come back the next day. Don't visit this store, the customer service is horrible. In the end, I couldn't use the coupon. Here you have the proof:

Respect the code.

Smart shopper tips: - go online or pick up a map/directory at customer service inside the Food Pavilion to plan your shopping strategy. Make sure to plan eating and resting in between. - go in the mornings during the week to avoid crowds. - inclement weather is the perfect time to go since people are less willing to go out, but dress accordingly since it is an outdoor type mall (walkways are covered). - shop at the end of a season (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) when the former season's clothes are discounted 70-80% off and the new season's clothing line has arrived. - look for the clearance rack or section. - get a job at one if the stores, employees get an additional 40% off even on sales items (40% off of a clearance item already marked 70% off is major savings). - sign up for their VIP Shopper Club for email alerts and even more savings. Went midday on a Tuesday, not to crowded at all. Found parking on the outskirts of the parking lot, no biggie because coming to a HUGE outlet we were prepared for a workout (wear comfortable shoes). Went with friends which makes shopping so much more pleasant. We arrived at a perfect time when Winter items were on clearance for 70% off and the Spring line had just arrived. Lots of outdoor benches and even lounge chairs in front if a long (gas) outdoor fireplace for tired shoppers or non shoppers to rest. Limited but varied (Italian, Mediterranean, Japanese, Chinese and Subway) fast food choices at the food pavilion. No fancy restaurants because I'm sure people want to save their money for shopping. If you want to save buku bucks on designer name brands, this is the place to go.

never seen a mall this crowded on a weekend. oh, forget about weekend - not even on boxing day! also if you are lucky then you will directly make it to the parking building which is adjacent to the mall.. otherwise good luck finding parking! Not sure how the name came from when this mall is literally in Town of Halton Hills which is not even in Toronto area.. the sales are OK, not so great when you compare with any other outlet malls. it's probably overhyped at this point - or could be just that one day when I decided to go there. but it's utterly crazy - people asking if you are leaving the mall when you just parked.

This mall is a huge disappointment. I came on a sat, there was lots of traffic on the highway and locally near the mall, it is far enough already. The parking lot is tiny (we were lucky and found a spot cause another family was leaving and we followed them) How is this a premium outlet? No premium stores, the selection of stores is small, even inside the stores is small. Line ups for most of the stores. The food pavilion is tiny and long line ups to get food. We only bought some stuff from Hugo Boss, but the white dress shirts were regular price, fail. Oh well, we know to not come back ever again.

As a huge Burberry fan, I was excited to visit this store. What a disappointment…read more It's raining and it's cold and you have to wait outside due to a limit in the number of people inside the store. I get it if it's busy, but no, not really. A handful of people inside. Maybe having a line outside the store gives the store a sense of "demand"? I get Covid restrictions but a mask isn't even required to enter the store! There was a complete lack of inventory and many of the items there looked old. Not a huge discount on items either. The choice of bags for instance was terrible and only the most unpopular of color choices were there. Not a single nova check bag!!! The mini pocket bag was $1500 CAD as opposed to $1750 CAD, with only one color available with a tattered label. I guess it IS a discount! Don't recommend this place. The discount is barely there for old last season unpopular items.

I waited for 20 mins and when I entered, there were plenty of staff standing around and chit chatting. I waved one down after trying to get their attention for 3-4 mins while they just stood there staring into the abyss. I inquired about a few shoes and the sizing. When I requested for a certain size in the style indicated by then, they brought out the wrong size and was later told, sorry, that size was not available... Huh?!? This is definitely an outlet store including the staff who are working with a few deficiencies...

The worst day of my life when I thought to buy a wallet and a bag from YSL outlet store at Toronto…read morePremium outlets as I love the brand. First of all, the store was empty and they were not letting any customer come inside. I waited in line for 45 minutes and when my turn came, I asked the security guard - "what kind of stupidity is this to make people stand outside on a hot summer" The security guard in a very condescending tone- told me that the store only offers one to one service - we cannot do anything. And then I replied that this is a shitty policy and needs a serious redesign as this is not a good experience in an outlet store. Had it been a boutique store in retail, I would have understood but an outlet store is a discounted facility where people come in abundance for less prices, she told me go talk to the management if you have problems and shrugged me away. Earlier while in the line, me and my wife made friends with a very nice knowledgable lady who also wanted a ysl bag and we ended up talking a lot and then decided as both of her and us - we need the same thing lets just go together so that we can take some guidance from that nice lady, as she had great knowledge of ysl bags and wallet. The rudest racist security guard told me - "I saw she does not look like both of you and is not with you so she will not come with you, either come inside by yourself or both of you will not be allowed inside. I mean, the audacity this rude security guard girl had to speak like this with customers. Me and my wife entered the store and this racist girl - pointed finger at me and said "Dont even dare to speak like this with me". I on the other hand already scared with the toxicity and coldness in the people of this store suggested her to back off a little bit as she was threatening me now. We were given this sales associate who was utter useless and did not answer any of my bag related question, and was looking down at my clothes as if I was not their target client. When me and my wife were trying to see a bag with that useless sales associate, the main lady floor manager came out of the blue and started shouting at me and the whole store was looking at us. She said how dare you say bad words to the security guard?? I responded that I said that the policy is shitty and stupid, how is this anywhere near to saying bad words to her security guard?? I then said that your security guard threatened me for no reason and made me so uncomfortable. She then looked down at me and my wife and said, "it is very clear that you both cannot buy anything here so either be nice to my staff or just leave and go somewhere else. This happened when we were about to purchase something there and she just barged in our personal space and started yelling at us. I kept on telling her that I am here to purchase something and this is not professional, but she kept on shouting at me and did not stop. At that point of time me and my wife decided to leave the store and never come again in our life at this facility. Funny part is the security guard and the manager were both Indians and the way they were treating white people and non-white people(especially Indians) was very clear. I will escalate this to YSL corporate and will make sure none of my near and dear ones will ever buy anything from this outlet store. NEVER NEVER NEVER. YSL should train their staff some manners and should give them training that just because the people are dressed in a simple way DOES NOT MAKE THEM POOR. I just spent less than 3 minutes in the store with waiting for 45 minutes in the line. HELL EXPERIENCE.

As someone with a disability and ongoing issues with my left foot, finding the right shoes is very important to me. After a year of recovery and therapy following a stroke, this was actually my first time going shopping again. My therapist recommended New Balance, and I'm so glad I followed that advice. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel comfortable and supported. Tafair, who assisted me, was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He spent over an hour with me, bringing different styles, explaining their features, and helping me find what would work best for my needs. At no point did I feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions--he was truly professional and caring. I also had the chance to speak with the supervisor, Imran, to share my appreciation. He spoke very highly of Tafair, and it was heartwarming to hear about his journey and goals. It made the experience even more meaningful. Kyram, Mac, and Denzel were also friendly, welcoming, and professional--they all contributed to such a positive atmosphere in the store. If I could describe this team in a fun way, I'd say they are like a flight crew: Captain Imran leading with professionalism, Pilot Tafair expertly guiding customers to the perfect fit, and attendants Kyram, Mac, and Denzel making sure every customer feels comfortable and cared for throughout the journey. Thank you all for making my first shopping experience after recovery so special. I truly appreciate your kindness and dedication--you made a big difference for me.
