Tip: The north food court doesn't have a washroom. Gap Factory Store has washrooms and is your closest bet compared to walking to the south food court. I have been to Bramalea City Centre (BCC) twice within a week. This mall is growing on me. I came here twice for Glam Bar Bazaar that does permanent jewellery. I first discovered it when I was in Winnipeg a couple of summers ago. I was pleased to get an evil eye bracelet recently, but had to return because this permanent bracelet fell off my wrist and required re-attaching. I do like this mall because it has shops and eateries that I love: - Gap Factory Store - Jollibee - Uniqlo - Pickle Barrel - CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice I don't frequent malls regularly. I am more an outlet shopper. What's cool about BCC is that it has a Gap Factory Store. I visited it twice. I scored decent deals, including a Minnie Mouse tote that was 60% off. I also got a comfy pair of pants that were 30% off. I love Jollibee. I've only ordered the pineapple quencher and peach mango pie at this eatery by mall entrance 1. It's because I have dined here twice and stopped by Jollibee before driving home. My first dining experience at this mall was at California Thai at the north food court. There's a McDonald's next door. California Thai has a lot of chicken options. Portions are generous. My combo was yummy. There's also a CoCo bubble tea place at the north food court. It was low on strawberries and other ingredients when I was there. The south food court is larger. It has Edo Japan, Burger King, Shanghai 360, and more. I look forward to eating here one of these days. I did use the washroom that was at the south food court. A downside to this mall is that there aren't a whole lot of public washrooms that are advertised and it's a fairly large mall. The women's washroom at this food court was clean. The north food court doesn't have washrooms. However, Gap Factory Store has washrooms by the change rooms and is your closest washroom. I recently ate at Pickle Barrel. It was huge and a nice change of pace. I was here for happy hour. Take advantage of the various happy hour deals. You do save a bit. The food and drinks were yummy. Both times, I parked by mall entrance 1. I was here after work and didn't have any issues finding parking. It was great. I do find the touch-screen mall directory to be confusing. I used the directory online to figure out where to go instead. It would be helpful if you got a marker that said that you're here on this directory for new mall visitors like me. I like this mall. Visited for the second time in my life and didn't realize how big this mall was. They have pop up shops in the middle of the mall which me and my sister visited and I bought some press-on nails from K&R nails. I also visited the booster juice here and enjoyed it. They have a Jollibee as well. I found that the map they had was confusing as it didn't show you where you were based on where the map was. Other than that pretty decent mall! read more

This is my go to mall because it's the closest one to home. Lately, they've been adding new stores that I'm more interested in, which is great! It's a decently sized mall, shaped in a square and has two floors and underground parking if you want to escape the outside parking. It's a nice walk around too. The washrooms could be cleaner, but that's almost with every mall.. read more

It's a decent mall. It's got everything from your typical EB Games & Hot Topic, to things like Saks Fifth Avenue and Hollister. The Best Buy has seen a major update too. Outside of the mediocre Pickle Barrel location, they haven't really managed to maintain a decent restaurant in some time. The Food Court is decent for what it is however and the second, smaller food court however is basically just McDonald's and a few other places that I can't even recall. They used to have a Zellers and Target but with their closures from Canada, but got Saks instead. Sadly we now have no alternatives (Walmart would have been great) The immediate surrounding - still a part of the Mall, is quite the opposite with really great restaurant options. Want a pub? St.Louis has you covered. Want to sit on a great Patio? There's a Moxies with an outdoor bar. Feeling like a great Steak? There's a Keg too! Lots of great options. All in all, as far as Malls go - especially in Brampton - it's pretty good. read more

Was there for the first time since Covid 19 shut everything down. We left after 20 minutes because I observed 5 or 6 people blatantly not wearing masks inside the mall and at least a dozen with masks just covering there mouths. I take the pandemic very seriously and will not frequent any place that doesn't. I learned at the beginning of all this that Amazon was a very convenient alternative and while I'd rather spend my money locally I won't put my or my family's health at risk. read more

I arrived early for a restaurant me and my friends were going to dinner at (August 8 - which is connected to the mall) so I decided to wander around the mall while I waited. It's a bit outdated in terms of lightening etc but it's huge - there is plenty of space to walk around and it was pretty clean. Of course it has all your heavy hitter stores - MAC, Forever 21, Bay, Aritzia, Dynamite..etc.. There is also a Freshco located here so you can get some groceries as well. One stop shop is what I like - as long as the parking lot can handle it. read more

Bramalea City Centre - Shopping Centers Near Me - Brampton, Ontario

What a glorious, blasphemous mess. The first thing you notice when you roll up to Bramalea Centre is how piecemeal and scattershot the whole place is. Rest assured, this was not a facility built with expansion in mind. Walking from a meeting at the nearby Region of Peel building, I noticed a number of stores grafted onto the side, including a Hudson's Bay, Forever 21 and a Saks Fifth Avenue all awkwardly jutting out from the frame of this Frankenstein-like entity. Maybe I'm just spoiled because I'm a 20-minute trip away from several malls in Mississauga that were built with form and functionality in mind (I'm looking at Square One), but the first impression wasn't exactly a great one. I'm aware that this site has been compared to Yorkdale Mall, and the similarities aren't far off the mark - a mall set in a highly-urban cener that's been completely dressed up to be a destination for the uber-rich with the aesthetic to match. This being Brampton, though, the mall can't escape its... hood trappings, for lack of a better description. Despite the beautiful interiors, the place is filled with a lot of janky-looking people who are just loitering about. The food court is a small affair that seems to be oddly small for a site of this size, and it drew comparisons for me to Sheridan Mall in Clarkson (which has a similar setup with nowhere near the traffic). On my way to McDonalds' to grab a coffee, I saw how rough and messy the place was - if you are going to grab a bite here, there are a handful of restaurants scattered throughout the mall that look much brighter and clean. I also found myself getting lost, even when using the mall's touch-screen map system. I was looking for an RBC branch to do some banking, and the directions it gave me either weren't clear (it doesn't seem to differentiate between the first or second floor) or not straightforward, because I ended up lost and had to walk all around the mall to find what I was looking for. Half the screens in the mall didn't appear to work correctly, either. One thing I'll give the place kudos for are the incredibly-comfortable seats peppered throughout the hall. I actually sat down and surfed on the wi-fi for a bit, and was pleasantly surprised with how peaceful the experience was. There are some good aspects here, and it's easy to see why it's a preferred destination for families and students in the afternoons - it's right next to a bus stop and is smackdab in the center of Brampton, so there's no real way to escape it. With a few caveats (confusing layout/design, weird selection of stores, janky food court), this is a solid mall to visit if you ever need something. Worth a look. read more

Probably a 3.5, but giving a '4' seems a bit excessive. It's Brampton's biggest and best mall by a long shot. It has most of your standard stores and they've slowly been renovating and adding a few more trendier stores - well for woman at least, such as: Mac, Aritzia and a few others. The food court is okay and I've seen in improve in the last couple years - notably with Paramount recently. They also added a second smaller one, with the McDonald's taking the lion's share of the business there. There's a nice Goodlife gym on the lower floor and they have great parking. There's also a few restaurants and other businesses surrounding the mall. The Keg, Moxies, 5 Guys and Eikonic Hair are some of these notable It's situated at the functional city-centre of Brampton, with municipal building nearby, along with a library, rec centre, bus terminal and Chinguacousy Park amongst others. A solid mall that meets all the basic checkpoints, without having too much notable either. read more

Well when you go in the first thing you notice is that it is not clean! The variety of stores it great but still it is not clean. I have seen better malls before in my life and will still go to this mall but it is not my favorite. again I state my point that it is really gross there. read more

Bramalea isn't my favourite mall in the GTA but it is alright. There are plenty of women's clothing options and a decent food court. Sometimes finding a parking spot near my gym entrance can be tricky, so pack patience if you are coming here on a busy day. Generally the mall is fairly clean and you can find pretty much anything you need to purchase there for everyday shopping. read more

This mall is pretty awesome. Open and spacious with the extremely high ceilings on the second floor. And I love that Forever 21 is right by the underground parking. One of my favourite stores. And Aritzia is coming soon! It is always clean here and the employees seem to be very friendly. The only downside is when I really had to use the washroom on the second floor I had to walk around to the other side, through some long hallways, and then finally reached my destination. Yeah...no. Based on the reviews, I was expecting MORE. However, if you go through the directory, half of the stores are no name stores. And the chain stores that are there are fairly lame. Furthermore, majority of the stores that are in the directory aren't even IN the mall, but surrounding the mall traverse a huge ass lot in separate strip malls. Quite misleading actually. The layout of the mall is poorly planned. It seems like a random series of halls (dead-ends) and loops. It was as though it was originally a waaay smaller mall, then since nothing was happening in the area, some builder decided to add and add without thinking it through. Most populated women's clothing store was Forever 21...enough said. I was never able to connect to their free wifi. read more

This was a tough one to rate, thought it would be a 3 star place but thinking more in to it I'd say more like 3.5! It's pretty much similar to any decent mall out there, which actually is a good thing to say about the City Centre because it does not look like much from outside but in recent times they have been expanding and it's actually good looking in the newer sections. Sure you don't get any stores you can't find in any other mall but that's exactly what a mall is supposed to be right? It's not full of high end shops and offers the casual shopper a good amount of places to go shopping and the area surrounding it almost feels like an oasis, with a Starbucks (few and far between in Brampton), a library, LCBO, Beer Store, Rabba, Freshco and more all flanking to "across the car park" here. I far prefer it to any strip mall or Shopper's World, and it keeps expanding, so good on them. Nothing else much to say here, there's a Bestbuy, I'm a fan of that? read more

This mall is so much better than Square One. Why? This mall has a mix of unique shops (Marble Slab Creamery, Funnel Cake place, non-chain pizzeria) and Best Buy. It truly does mix in the boring dry old franchises with some small businesses, which is nice to see. Square One is more or less just all chain stores that you can see anywhere else, whereas this place at least has some identify. read more

The mall is big and has lots of upgrades compared to what it was five years ago. There are some upscale elements as well as affordable spots. It's attractive and well-kept for the most part, and of course there's a huge new section that's especially shiny. One thing I like about BCC is how it's grown into more of a complex than "just" a mall in the last while as well. There are better and more restaurants, there are a few separate strip malls, and even a metal outdoor structure. Also: 24-hour grocery store! Not enough of those in Brampton to suit my taste. Finally: food court. A good variety in the food court (I like Thai Express and Timothy's Coffee), and the furniture and skylight and all of that make it feel clean and pleasant. It's a mall, of course. No way around that. It is the nicest mall in Brampton, though, so if you are looking for a nice environment in which to do your consumer-related activities, this is a good bet. read more

I had a horrible store experience at Bramalea City Center The Bay on June 24th, 2017. One of the cashiers in the Home department was being racist to me. I went there for returns around 6:30 pm. The cashier used the wrong receipt for my returns. After I pointed out and asked her to use the correct receipt for my return, she refused me and started blaming me. She started saying that it was my fault that she used the wrong receipt for the return, and she refused to correct her mistake. I tried to explain to her but she would not listen. At the end another cashier came, and after I explained the situation to him, he fix it right away for me with the correct receipt. I felt I was being discriminated against. She refused to help me for no reason. Even after I explained to her regarding the different receipts she still didn't want to listen to me. This is racism! I felt terrible because of her actions. read more

Free wifi!! I had some time to kill whilst waiting for my flight, so after some consultation with an airport clerk, I took transit to this nearby mall. It's large and has the ubiquitous shops and chains found in most malls. I wasn't looking for anything specific, as I was only interested in a dry place to wander (it was raining that day) that offered more variety than the airport. If I lived here, I would probably be a fairly frequent visitor. read more

3.5 stars It is my first time here. The mall looks new. The walkway is wide. The path is confusing enough that I make circles and cannot get a feel of direction easily. Which is exactly what the mall designer wants. The air smells clean meaning a good ventilation system. There are a good mix of stores, from lower price range such as Dollarama, family friendly stores such as PJ Pets, to nice fashion stores like Forever 21 and Joe Fresh. It seems the mall caters to a younger crowd, as I don't see many work clothes store such as Banana Republic. It is good that it has Hudson's Bay and Sears to cover this base. read more

The mall is fairly decent and looks like they did a makeover within the last few years. There are many stores here that now make it a shopping destination and probably the best mall in the Brampton area. The mall is as good as the original building can make it. There are many benches and new washrooms around. The waste bins look like they are changed regularly. I do wish they had better shopping deals as my girlfriend and I didn't find too many places to shop at. The better bet is to travel further southwest to the Halton Hills Outlet. read more

On the day of my last visit, half of Brampton had to be here...the place was wall to wall people. Obviously a place for teens to chill and people with strollers to wander, maneuvering through hordes of people is not an easy thing to do. Plenty of selection covering a vast array of price points. I grew up at this mall and have noticed a lot of great changes throughout the years. They have a great variety stores which means usually I don't have to go to Square One to find most things. With the new extension, it has opened itself to many new opportunities! Also, recent openings of Target and Dollarama lets me make a quick trip to the mall instead of going all the way to Walmart. I come here almost everyday to pick up random things! It also has 2 supermarkets for your grocery needs (Metro and FreshCo), so this mall can truly be your one-stop shop for everything. read more

I LOVE this mall! There is something for everyone guaranteed. The food court is big with tons of seating and dozens of options. For nursing mothers, it is breastfeeding friendly. If you like to nurse in privacy, they have a great nursing room for women only. It has big comfy chairs, secure entrance and a diaper changing station and it is NOT a bathroom! If you frequent the BCC often, I strongly recommend you join their fashionicity program. You sign in when you enter the mall, bring your receipts to Customer service desk and they will email you specialized coupons based on your shopping habits. As well as you get a deal to select upon arrival to the mall. We love the program read more

this mall is under construnction and is starting to get better, still a family mall but it has to get better stores inside, some clothing stores are dated, a and p and zellers, give me a break...I remember Yorkdale as a kid, it had family restaurants, a and p, no food court, even a soft ice cream machine in the centre... btw...Sunday shopping was non exsistent.... thanks to that fur salesman on Spadina... I like this mall. Parking is always available and free. I never have to fight for a parking spot in the big garage. This mall has everything from a huge gym, 2 foodcourts, and plenty of stores galore. I always like the fact that this mall is always clean no matter what the season. read more

spending almost two decades in Brampton, BCC was always a place to hang out with friends afterschool, or even just to beat the heat. nowadays Bramalea City Centre is Brampton's version of Yorkdale...or at least a very good attempt at doing so, all sorts of renovations have been completed. this mall is very very clean, and boasts a bunch of high end stores, and other stores for everyday use, the food court is awesome and is one of my favorite food courts to come and visit. this mall also serves as a transit hub for Brampton transit and go transit. lots of parking, and multi level parking. you can truly find anything and everything at this mall. read more

They had a couple of stores that I don't usually see in the malls near me (Scarborough town centre and fairview mall). The mall has no floor planning with stores that are just scattered in many different hallways and dead-ends. Most stores are private and not some big companies. I'm a fan of the mall in general. Great expansion and the new stores are great. However I'm writing a review for a Hair Salon called Level 2 which is situated on the lower level next to the Second cup. Overall the salon is good however I have been a customer for one particular hair dresser, Linda. She's been there forever but never once has my appointment been the actual time. Today I waited for 40 mins until I finally just walked out. She didn't have the courtesy to let me know she was running late. So pissed off this is not he first time... However it will be the last. MOBILINQ- NEVER GO THERE... Worst experience of my life. Went in for a cracked phone screen. When my phone died it stopped working. It was going to cost me 400 to fix it with apple, who confirmed that they damage was done by them because they were the last to open my phone. I went back the next morning, first thing. The manager of the store said i would have to wait for the technician because i made the deal with him. he said the technician wouldn't be in for another 2 hours. so i left to find other places to fix my phone. i was fed up. i have so many other things to worry about and this problem wasn't supposed to be one of them. I went back at around 6pm, in hopes of the technician being there. the old hag of a manager was there. he said the technician stepped out to the bathroom. I said look sir since you're the manager her why are you waiting on an employee to resolve your issues. all i wanna know is if you can fix the phone, or give me my money. he kept telling me wait. so i waited for 45 minutes.so you can imagine my patience level after waiting 45 minutes for his technician to finish with his explosive diarrhea problem...why else would he be in the bathroom for so long. anyways i said to him look sir i don't need to fix the problem with the technician can we get this going. he told me he had a long day and he's an old man. i said I've had a worse day so please don't give me that. i said as a manager fix your problem (once again) he told me he wasn't the manager. i said you just said you were. now you're a liar. he said i was a liar and accused me of taking my phone home and ruining it. I said shame on you. he said shame on me for not respecting my elders. I said shame on you for not respecting any human in general. I hoped he would feed his family good with the 100$ i gave him, since he didn't want to return it. he then proceeded to call mall security and the police on me. thankfully the security knew this wasn't the first problem customers have had with the old hag. so both parties were on my side.he proceeded to fix my phone for free. he said it would take 45 minutes. came back an hour later it wasn't done. he said another 15 -20 minutes. so i waited that long, and came back. phone wasn't ready lol. anyways when the phone was ready i proceeded to check things out making sure it works. my boyfriend told the guys if it doesn't work I'm coming. he started raising his voice saying don't make any accusations. and he called the security again lol telling them he gave me my phone. anyways. i would give this place no stars first of all. second of all save yourselves the headache because life gives us enough problems. by the way the cops and security were on my side and recommended i file a civil court lawsuit case :) haha. shutting you down you dehumanizing rat. read more

Great mall just minutes from hwy 410 with lots of parking spaces. This mall has been renovated so they've added a lot of new stores. There is also a Goodlife Fitness inside the mall which is convenient for a quick workout. read more
