The Toronto Eaton Centre is a beautiful edifice. It is nicely decorated inside, but a little overcrowded for my taste. To be fair, I do not hold that against this place specifically, most malls are overcrowded to me. I think the pandemic has caused me to be hyperaware about everything in huge spaces. However, there are plenty of stores, which means a lot of walking and a great way to get in a lot of steps. A bonus is its nearby downtown Toronto and a lot of other attractions nearby.

First time visit to Toronto and this mall was on my list. It did not disappoint! It's massive with a huge variety of stores from low to high-end options to satisfy any customer. I stopped by the mall in search of a classic wool coat and was so pleased to discover Mackage has a location here (separate review to follow). Overall solid experience and highly recommended to those visiting Toronto.

I really liked how the security guards Jeff are friendly and willing to help you out if needed for directions. As for the amount of stores - it's vast. Depending on the featured storefront, there may be active discounts. Feel free to go around and window shop too before you decide on a store!

This mall is huge!! We were on vacation and wanted to check out the Yonge Dundas square, so we parked at the Eaton center. There wasn't any events going on so all we did was take pictures and walked into Eaton center. Lots of stores and eatery. They also have a huge good hall at one end. This mall is confusing to navigate through, different levels that leads to different streets, subway, and tunnel to a different building. Would recommend if you're in downtown Toronto.

I went here on a Saturday around 10:13am and there was a good amount of people in this mall. This mall has 3 floors and is wide so it was a bit huge too. The main reason why I visited this mall was because I wanted a quick place to explore and relax before leaving for my flight later that day. Now, it wasn't the biggest mall I've been to, but I liked how big the food court was. They have so many different food options to choose from, but I ended up finishing my leftover food at the food court area that day. This mall also has a good variety of stores, ranging from Korean gift stores to clothing stores. I left the mall at around 12:18pm since I had to start getting things ready to head to the airport, so I spent about 2 hours at this place! As it got later in the day, it got more crowded inside compared to when I arrived in the morning. Anyways, something I noticed about this place is how many decorations they have hanging in the ceiling! I thought those decorations were very cute! This mall is also connected to the Dundas Subway Station, so that is very convenient.

CF Toronto Eaton Centre is definitely a one of North America's biggest and busiest shopping centers.

Yelp Review 2023 #75: A big mall with 2 buildings connected by a bridge...or you can just cross the street. You'll see North American mall staples such as Nordstrom, Victoria's Secret, Nike, Starbucks, a food court, etc. They also have Canadian stores like Roots, Lululemon...and Moose Knuckles which made me chuckle. Who picked that name for a clothing store? I've lost interest in going to malls and window shopping a long time ago. When I go to a mall, I know which stores I want to go to and what I want/ need to get. I love that they have Lindt and Laderach which are my favorites when it comes to chocolate. I had to go to lululemon - they release new items at least a week sooner than in the US. And those are the only stores I care to visit and I leave.

This mall is massive, it looked like there are some renovations on the very bottom floor. However, you can find food on the second floor. Other than that, it's your standard mail with clothes, accessories, gifts, etc. I like the open glass on the ceiling and it is definitely one of the better looking malls I've been to. The entrance that we came in from had some interactive displays that are worth checking out especially if you have kids. We just took a Lyft here but it is a very busy area if you're driving.

One of the best parts of CF Toronto Eaton Centre is the sheer variety of shops available here. With luxury brand stores, flagships and shopping staples, you'll find everything you need here. Or, simply walk around to marvel at one of Canada's busiest locations for shopping. I love window shopping and if something catches my eye, then I go in and check out the quality and the prices. Lots of options in here.... You can choose from stores like H&M store, lBanana Republic, Dynamite, Free People, Footlocker Eaton Centre and many more. Mainstays include Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom for the shoppers who like a luxury twist on their department store visits. The Eaton Centre Apple Store and Sephora Eaton Centre are among Canada's best. Great for a rainy or cold day, just stay inside the mall and spend hours checking out the merchandise and the fun stores....

The Eaton Centre (many malls owned by Cadillac Fairview have adopted the CF in front of their names within the last few years) has been a constant all through my life. I'm actually surprised that it's a fairly new listing on Yelp. This mall has roughly 300 stores, give or take a deviation of twenty. It has four floors and a food court. The mall has a skybridge that connects it to Hudson's Bay and Sak's Fifth Avenue on the second floor. The Cadillac Fairview building is next door on Queen Street East. My memories of this mall consist of my mom taking me over here. As a kid, there used to be an Orange Julius in the basement of Simpsons (now Hudson's Bay). She always got me a small orange drink and a hot dog. I remember eating it on a stool at the eatery and then polishing off the orange drink on the 501 streetcar heading back to the Beaches. It explains why I love hot dogs and orange drinks. Another time, I stepped on a used watch on the shiny Simpsons floor with my mom as a kid. I let her know about it. She ended up taking it home, changing the strap, and wearing it for years. She still has it to this day. It explains who I still am when it comes to finding stuff and reporting it. I also like watches. I won't even go into what it says about my mom! I also fondly remember Eaton's after which this mall is named. I grew to love getting t-shirts towards the end of this department store's existence. Sadly, Eaton's is also gone, but it remains fresh in my memory. You have access to both Queen and Dundas subway stations without exiting the mall. I used them more when I moved away from the Beaches to get downtown. I used the 501 streetcar to get here the most, followed by the 505 Dundas streetcar. I recently saw a concert at Massey Hall. I often hit the food court at the Eaton Centre to get a bite to eat before the show. Although it wasn't the case this time around, the food court is known as the Urban Eatery. It still has places for fast food, such as McDonald's and New York Fries, but it has changed with the times with Gong Cha and Sansotei Ramen. I remember shopping here with my mom before school started in September. There used to be a Grand and Toy. I got a pencil box case with a metallic closure. I loved it. When Boxing Day sales were on December 27th and not a month-long experience, we'd come here to find deals and feel like sardines shopping. Ah, memories! I was a mall-loving teenager. On a day off from school (they were known as either professional activity or development days for teachers), my friends and I would spend a day at this mall, browsing, shopping, eating, and simply being teens. Benetton. Cotton Ginny. Roots. Beaver Canoe. Club Monaco. Coles. Lime Rickey's. Mr Greenjeans. They were the places where I spent a lot of time browsing and shopping. The last two were restaurants that I frequented as an undergraduate student. Little jukeboxes were on the tables at Lime Rickey's. I learned how to play pool at Mr Greenjeans. They are all gone, except for Roots and Club Monaco. Gone are the birds dangling from the ceiling and the white bar railings. The mall has changed with the times. Laderach Swiss Chocolate. Indigo. Fossil. Gap. Old Navy. Hot Topic. Apple. The Body Shop. These are some of the stores that I frequent when I am shopping here. I deliberately did not shop at this mall when I was in the area last week, as you can only bring your purse into Massey Hall. I hope to return and shop like a normal human being when I return to the area. There is parking at this mall. The entrance is at Yonge and Shuter. It's paid parking and is open 24 hours a day, but I don't know what the rates are. For cheaper parking, consider the lot under City Hall, or the Green P lot near Victoria and Dundas streets. This mall is one of the busier ones in North America. It's actually busier than the Mall of America, the largest mall in the States in Bloomington, MN. Eaton Centre will always have a special place in my heart. I don't remember growing up in Toronto without it being a part of my life. (192)

Stopped here while in Toronto. Stumbled across it while looking for a washroom. Unfortunately we didn't stay as long as we could have due to fatigue from a packed day in town. Would return. Plenty of food options, stores, and several levels of each. Really liked it's look and overall think this is a great option for a load of stores to spend money and buy some items.

CF stands for Cadillac Fairview. This mall is owned by Cadillac Fairview. The mall is located in downtown Toronto. The food court is located at the bottom of the mall. One thing I don't like is that the cleaners clean the bathroom at the food court's prime time which is 12 to 12:30 pm. This makes no sense to me. Anyway, other than that, you will find everything that you expect to find at any Canadian Cadillac Fairview malls. You will find Sport Check, Canadian Tire, Best Buy, Foot Locker, Blue Jay Fan store etc. This mall has many stores. The most attracting thing is the outside of the mall there is a giant TV screen. That is pretty cool. The mall itself is fully AC or heated in the winter time. The mall is clean and nice to walk in on either super hot or cold days.

Mall is huge, with so many shops, food places and everything in between!!it took 3 hrs to walk the whole mall, you will definitely get your steps in

They now have zones called neighbourhoods. The newest neighbourhood is called Union Market, which opened 2023-05-09. This neighbourhood is made up of many stalls with many different vendors. Every stall is very modern. There are a few permanent vendors and 2 pop-ups on opening day. A few other vendors will open soon. There are a few lounging stalls with tables and chairs. There is even a sub-neighbourhood called Union Fresh Market! Union Market is not easy to find because it is tucked away when coming from the Union Station Subway Station. I had to ask some other vendors to point the way for me. There is "The PATH" that runs through the middle. The current stalls are south of The PATH. The stalls north of The PATH will open Sep 2023. It seems obvious to me I haven't explored Union Station since at least 2018 since I didn't know they extended The PATH into Union Station! The current vendors are: - The Alley - Patties Express - Chocollata Gourmet Brigadeiros - My Olive - Lena's Floral Design - Manotas Organics (not open yet) - Gemlet (pop-up) - Virtue Vintage (pop-up) I spoke to the staff/owners at each stall except for The Alley because they were constantly busy while I was there 16:15 to 19:30. I'm excited for Union Station. They made a modern Union Food Court many years ago, then they opened the Union Foodie Aisle in 2022, and now Union Market in.2023. The place is wheelchair accessible. There are washrooms nearby but not in Union Market. There is very little paid neighbourhood street parking, but there are paid parking lots. Review 2023-127

This bank has offices scattered throughout the downtown core. We occupied the ninth floor. I loved the location. I'd take the GO train from Markham down to Union Station, and take the PATH briefly to Brookfield Place. There are a bunch of elevators that don't all go up to the same floors. You need to find the floor interval that suits where you want to go. If you are a visitor, Brookfield Place is beautiful. I remember taking a couple of Swedish colleagues to a Toronto Maple Leafs game and we passed by my old workplace. The Hockey Hall of Fame is located in Brookfield Place. I suggested that they go, as they were huge hockey fans like I am. They went the following day and absolutely loved it. My love for Starbucks is due to working at Brookfield Place. I'd drop downstairs to get a drink and take a breather. It's convenient to do a bit of shopping or grab a bite to eat. There's a food court where there are many fast food eateries. I'm sure they have changed since I was last there. There is also a Longo's Market. I'd often get cubed fruit, such as watermelon and cantaloupe, that was easy to eat at my desk to keep me content throughout the afternoon. There used to be a Marche, where you can choose from sandwiches and hot meals. I don't think it's there anymore, but it was awesome. The top floor is where you get to see the high glass ceiling and gorgeous architecture. I didn't appreciate it when I worked here because it was a fairly crazy time in my life working full-time and doing a master's degree part-time. However, when I have returned as a visitor, be it during Nuit Blanche or when I'm heading to Scotiabank Arena, I appreciate how beautiful the crystal cathedral of commerce is. My favourite memory will always be lining up with a few colleagues to get a free heart rate monitor on the first floor of Brookfield Place. We enjoyed missing a bit of work, chatting with one other, and getting a health gift in return. I gave mine to my parents and they still use it to this day. I miss Brookfield Place and the various giveaways that take place. I don't miss the job that I had or the stress that I had experienced. Luckily, I do get to drop by whenever I'm attending a concert. In a nutshell, the PATH is an underground walkway in downtown Toronto that has stores, restaurants, and more. It is handy if you live or work downtown, and the weather isn't stellar outside. This network of walkways seems rather vast. It's best to consult a map to get you from place to place, especially if you are new to it or the city. My experience using the PATH came when I worked downtown. I used to work for a bank and some of my meetings required moving between Brookfield Place and Commerce Court. You could walk outdoors on Bay Street when it was warm and nice outside. However, during the winter months, I preferred walking between the two building through the PATH. I loved looking at all the stores and eyed where I'd go shopping on my next lunch break while trying warm. When I was fairly new to my job, I didn't take vacation between Christmas and New Year's Day. I enjoyed being at work in a fairly quiet office. I also spent quality time gaining my PATH experience by traversing to a new place to shop every day during my lunch hour. Of note, my lunch hour ended up getting extended, but who would know when I was the only person in the office, right? Bonus! My first enjoyable walk was from Brookfield Place to the Winners at Yonge and King. I got a decent walk to and from this store. I also scored a purple Eddie Bauer puffy jacket for a ridiculous $40 that I loved so much. I became more daring as I became more comfortable with the PATH. I remember setting up an appointment at the Apple Store at the Eaton Centre. My iPod wasn't working properly. So, I walked from work over to the store after work. My iPod was analyzed and was determined that it was faulty under warranty. I got a new one, which I still have today and love, despite the device itself being discontinued. Ah, memories! Whenever I'm downtown and I'm taking in a concert or event at Scotiabank Arena, I tend to walk through the PATH. It is open 24 hours a day. Many of the store are closed, but you can still safely meander the underground walkways. I've done it many times between 11:30 pm and 12:30 am. For concerts, I tend to park at Richmond Adelaide Centre and walk down to Scotiabank Arena. Parking is cheaper. I can also drive out of the downtown core without much congestion compared to being a block or two away from the venue. The PATH is perfect. I often leave my coat in my car and walk underground. Less bulk is nice. The PATH is cool is my books. If you're a tourist, give it a try because it's different and it's one of the better ones in major cities. If you walk around downtown often and it's horrible outside, walking underground is a nice alternative. (168)
