There were folks waiting outside the entrance since 3AM! We got there at 7:30 for the 9AM opening. There's a Sportchek, Victoria Secret and other cool shops! Ontario has some big malls that can be overwhelming to navigate, but I had no problem finding my way around Mapleview. Plenty of stores, including my favorites. Lots of great choices in the food court. I wish I lived closer to try them out. For sit down dining, they also have Earl's Kitchen, which is a great regional chain, and Cactus Club (haven't tried it yet) right across from it. Plenty of parking. The only downside is how busy traffic to and from the mall and freeway is. Friendly service in every store I visited. You can find everything from good values to high end merchandise. read more

I need it to do some shopping for a special occasion. I decided to come here. Parking at Mapleview mall is free and there is plenty of parking here. There are plenty of stores, but I feel that they need to have more stores similar to Hudson. The food court has a large variety of food. From Greek to Middle Eastern cuisine they have it here. read more

This is one of my favourite mall in Burlington. It's also one of the nicest and bigger malls in Burlington. They have your bigger brands here like Apple Store, Hudson's Bay, Aritzia, and my ultimate fav Victoria Secret! A bunch of Victoria Secret stores shut down since Covid but thank goodness the one at Mapleview stayed open. There's a nice food court with some good selections and there's a Tim Hortons there too! This mall is close to me and my go to mall in Burlington. Oh downside about this mall is the parking. It's so hard to find parking during the weekend you have to go when the mall first open. During the week it's not so bad. Tip: more parking availability near the Hudson's Bay entrance as well as on the other news is the mail where Sears used to be before it shut down. read more

First of all, I really like this mall. The Bay in this mall was one of my favorites. Unfortunately it is closed, however I'm also a huge fan of the Lululemon store in this mall. There is a wide variety of items available, and I am excited to see how the mall reuses The Bay's former space. I would love to see a Simon's added to the mall. read more

This is a shout out to the genius customer centric folks at Freedom Mobile in Mapleview Mall. I tried to sign up online, but was having problems. After a devastating phone experience talking to Freedom Mobile Customer Service (if you ever wondered what Terrible Customer service is, try these guys), out of desperation I drove to Mapleview Mall. The folks at the Freedom booth way exceeded expectations of friendliness, knowledge, service and customer care. If you are as disillusioned as I was with the (lack of) care I was experiencing at MaBell, come talk to these guys. And their rates/plans are superior. read more

I love this shopping centre: it's both close to me and has most of the brands I do my shopping from: Hudson's Bay, RW&CO., Zara, Aritzia, Apple, etc. I have been here multiple times since COVID started and all the stores have been following COVID-19 safety measures. On their opening after the second lockdown, They do their safety screening on your arrival at the shopping centre instead of each store individually, which I found more convenient. read more

Not a bad mall. It has some stores that I am interested in, Apple, Hudson's Bay, and Roots. The parking can be pretty tough at times, and the spots are small. Escalators are in good places within the mall, and the food court is good. It's clean but pretty boring inside, even at Christmas. read more

This is fine if you are female and are a teenager or in your twenties. I have been here about five times since it opened and have hardly ever bought anything in it. It's a long walk around this big mall and not advisable if you are elderly, not only because of the walking but I doubt if you will find anything much that you will want to purchase. Shopping malls are supposed to cater to everyone. This one doesn't. Burlington Centre is better for all ages. read more

Mapleview is pretty far from where I live but I have visited a few times. Generally the mall is clean and offers the stores I would be most interested in visiting (Sephora, ZARA, Roots). The WiFi seems to be a bit weak - I wasn't able to find a signal while inside the stores. Parking seems to be ample and I have never had an issue finding a spot. read more

Uh what are people talking about, this is a GOOD mall! It's newly renovated, clean, spacious, parking is plentiful, and the sales associates at the stores are friendly AND helpful. (Might I add that I find them friendlier AND more helpful than busier malls in larger cities.) Their Zara and Lululemon locations are larger, better organised and seemed to carry newer merchandise. Food court is inviting with higher ceilings. As far as fake environments go, complete with recycled ventilation, Mapleview mall is one of the better places! read more

This is one of the better malls in Ontario, it offers a good selection of stores for all age groups and has a number of terrific places to eat within the food court. During the Christmas season you'll be lucky to find a place to park so if you're local you should consider walking in as they are pretty good at plowing and shoveling all of the snow off of the walkways during snow storms. I'm a fan of this mall mostly because it's a quick 20 minute walk from where I live and because I can get virtually anything I need or want (with the exception of Video Games) with only 1 stop. read more

Parking is horrible. There has been snot on one of the entrance doors for 2 weeks now. They took away the bus stops so now you have to wait across the street in the cold. Other than that, cool Stores. Not much for young adult Males though. ( if they are not into skate wear) read more

It's ok, not like it was when it first opened. Much better stores back then, now it's trying to be more upscale but don't think it's working. It got rid of a nice restaurant and bar and in it's place are two more expensive restaurant's. Jack Astor's isn't bad but Earl's is very expensive and upscale for a mall with no other relaxing bar in it. They changed the food court around and there is not really a decent place to eat. this mall is spacious and seems big, but after walking around on both levels, i saw everything in 15 minutes. i am from california so i didn't recognize some of the stores, the ones i know were just ehhh. the only department store they had was sears and something else i wasn't interested in. the mall was clean and bright, i liked the food court though. read more

If you were to go to this mall a year ago your experience would have been just ok, but now they have like a bajillion new stores! I now consider this my local mall as it is so much better than my real one. Some new stores are: Aritzia, Sephora, XXI forever, Browns shoes, etc etc! Plus I really love their food court, it is well design and is very clean. My favorite restaurant would have to be Villa Madina. (Love the shawarmas there!) This mall was alright. We decided to visit while killing time on the way home from a visit to Niagara Falls. It's huge, but very clean and bright. I've driven past this mall and wondered about it. I was surprised at how empty it was inside despite the number of cars parked. It has all the usual stores you would find in the big city malls. But I love the food court. The high ceilings and large windows give it a nice open feel. There's a good enough choice of fast food places in there, and have the usual suspects: Tim Horton's, KFC, Taco Bell, etc. We were only there for an hour to grab a bite and walk around so we stayed on the main floor. But from what I saw, the Mountain Warehouse store looked huge compared to the one at Vaughan Mills. I was a bit disappointed that I didn't go, but I plan on making another trip to Niagara in the fall, possibly the winter, so I hope to be back to check it out. It's definitely a nice little stop if you need to kill time as everyone rushes home during rush hour. But if you're expecting something different, this isn't the place for you. read more

Burlington has two malls: Burlington Mall and Mapleview Mall. A few years back, both malls were basically the same but in the past year, Mapleview has changed so much. They renovated the food court, expanded the area, and added big name stores like Forever 21, BCBG, Coach, and Sephora. The mall is now home to new restaurants like Turtle Jacks and Earl's. This mall is a full shopping experience now. People from nearby regions like Oakville, Hamilton, and St. Catharines come to shop here. Definitely recommend the selection available at this mall. I have been going to this mall for at least 10 years. Before the staff in the stores were friendly but from the last couple of years their customer service isn't as good. Every time I go in to most of the stores, none of the staff says hi anymore. Instead of asking if I need some help I have to ask them if I need something while they're standing around doing nothing. They're too serious and never smiles! And they're very snotty! A lot of my friends and family feels the same way. I'll just take my business somewhere else and maybe order some of my stuff online!
