The staff were super sweet and I decided to get a treat and ordered my matcha. The instant I saw the matcha I should have just left it there. Pale, sad, barely there green. I ordered the fall harvest flavor and legit tasted like cotton candy!? It was overwhelmingly sweet and tasted so bad after a few sips to even figure out what the heck this taste was, I chucked it in the trash. It's crazy to me I'd rather waste my money than to go back and have them remake or tell them how awful it was because I feel bad. I honestly should have just asked how their matcha was sourced and or made in a latte and I probably wouldn't have gotten it. We also got a strawberry cupcake- the actual cake part was so dense - it was awful- taste and texture wise. The pumpkin cupcake and the peanut butter marshmallow sandwich was ok. But to spend over $20 and to not even eat or drink what I just bought- to me is very disappointing.

As a part of the Dutch bro Model, you can either order their product through the drive-through or through a walk up area on the opposite side of the building. In the drive-through, you do not owner through a speaker; but, to an in-person associate who actually zigzags between the cars. If there is an extensive car line at the drive-through, I would recommend just parking your car and heading to the walk-up guest area on the opposite side of the building. I would say probably 70-80% of their business is drive-through so you should have less waiting at the walk up area.
