There is something satisfying about starting the morning in a place that feels local and intentional rather than corporate, and this shop fit that mood perfectly. The barista was still finishing the morning setup when I arrived, but once everything was in place she made a fantastic cortado for me. Strong, balanced, and served with care, it was exactly the kind of drink that settles you into the day. I ended up spending about two hours here, enjoying the coffee and their reliable wifi while easing into my morning before heading out to explore downtown Eustis. The shop itself is clean and comfortable, with enough warmth in the atmosphere to make it easy to linger. I did not understand the decision to keep the front door propped open, especially with the cold air and the steady hum of road noise drifting in, but every shop has its quirks. To each their own. It is SO good and easily the thing that keeps bringing me back. I've also tried a few of their food items, and those have been really good too. The staff has always been very friendly, service is quick, and the drinks are consistently delicious.
