    Great selection here and more!

Great coffees, latte's, muffins and crepes. We enjoyed our beverages and muffins in the plentiful seating at the Eustis Market. WELL WORTH THE DETOUR FOR US! CHECK THEM OUT!

Nice little place to stop and get a phenomenal coffee! Friendly a place to sit and visit inside other little shops close by

Great new business. I will return as often as I can.

There is something satisfying about starting the morning in a place that feels local and intentional rather than corporate, and this shop fit that mood perfectly. The barista was still finishing the morning setup when I arrived, but once everything was in place she made a fantastic cortado for me. Strong, balanced, and served with care, it was exactly the kind of drink that settles you into the day. I ended up spending about two hours here, enjoying the coffee and their reliable wifi while easing into my morning before heading out to explore downtown Eustis. The shop itself is clean and comfortable, with enough warmth in the atmosphere to make it easy to linger. I did not understand the decision to keep the front door propped open, especially with the cold air and the steady hum of road noise drifting in, but every shop has its quirks. To each their own. Even with that oddity, it was a pleasant and productive stop, and a good way to begin the day in Eustis. [Review 1621 of 2025 - 2198 in Florida - 25169 overall]

(My fave chocolate), my friend tried the peanut butter crunch and they described it similar to a butterfinger and it was true to taste! The location is cute, there are a good amount of food and beverage orders for both coffee and non-coffee drinkers. The service was fast, accurate, and friendly. I got a white mocha blender and spicy sausage Burrito. My husband got the peanut butter crunch blender and the gouda bacon bites. My white mocha blender was smooth, sweet, and satisfying. The burritos was decent, but it had American cheese in it instead of Shredded cheese which was really disappointing. My husband's peanut butter blender was Creamy in the beginning, but had a little bitterness at the end. The real star for me were the egg bites. They were PERFECTION! They had lots of bacon, cheese, and the texture was perfect. It was not the best coffee beverages I've ever had, but I'd try a few other things. Rating from F to A+++, I give it a B+.

It's such a cute spot, with an impressive selection of baked goods at very reasonable prices. This time, I ordered the chocolate strawberry latte, and we shared a red velvet scone along with one of their unique "Nobody Asked For This" chocolate chip cookies made with roasted garlic. The latte was delicious and piping hot--perfect for a chilly day. My first bite of the garlic chocolate chip cookie had me thinking, "No," but it quickly grew on me, and I ended up really enjoying the unexpected combination of flavors. The red velvet scone was huge (perfect for sharing) and absolutely amazing, loaded with chocolate chips. Between the drinks and treats I've tried over multiple visits, Allyson A's Bake Shop has yet to disappoint. It's a must-stop whenever I'm in Mount Dora.

When I asked for jam and clotted cream, I was told they were not available. They offered to heat it in the microwave for me, and at first, I said I'll eat it as is. I was soon back to ask them to heat it, which did help with the texture and taste. My friend had a chocolate raspberry bar, and another tried a cupcake. We were all disappointed in our choices. I had promised my husband something from the bakery when I got home, but decided to pass and went home empty-handed.
