I especially thank them for allowing me to sit on their patio after hours to take one of those "can't miss" calls. Given the number of coffee shops, bakeries, breakfast restaurants in Bar Harbor, I would return to spend my money with A Slice of Eden for food quality and outdoor seating. There is lots of space, a water bowl for our 4-legged friends, and flowers along the edges. The name is apt as they offer tranquility from all the tourist activities. We all ordered different coffee and all of them were below average. Food wasn't great either. Salmon Benedict was very average. We never came back there because no one in our group liked the food or coffee.
