    Ferrero Rocher Cookie

The Sweet Bite has one of the best cookies I've ever tried! If you're in the area, definitely stop by for a sweet treat. Although they were pricy, it was worth it for how delicious the cookies are and how nice the staff is. I tried the ferrero rocher cookie but they have a good variety of other flavors that looked great as well.

Was very excited to try this cookie after my parents hyped it up! It was definitely worth the hype. I tried the chocolate peanut butter but i wanted to try so many other ones. The cookies come out so warm and gooey. They are so soft and delicious. Every bite just melts in your mouth. The cookies are huge!! And so filling! I would definitely love to come back and try another flavor or get the same one! YUM!

A glass display case contains several cookies, including red velvet and chocolate varieties, with small labels indicating their types. Below the case, a printed menu shows images and names of different cookies such as Dubai Chocolate, White Chocolate Pusacation, and others. The setting appears to be a bakery or cookie shop with a marble countertop and wooden paneling.

Wow talk about homemade cookies made fresh! I went late at night and a lot of the cookies were sold out or in the process of being made. I really wanted a chocolate chip cookie but the helper said it would be a wait. So went with the Dubai chocolate cookie. Having been to Dubai and had the real thing there's no real comparison but the cookie was good. Dense in chocolate and hella sweet. It was $10 for a small but mighty cookie. Even for SF resident this still seems high. Other than that if you're out for a treat not a bad choice!

Friendly service. Chocolate espresso cookie was amazing!! Expensive, but delicious. Parking is tough around here. No place to eat inside, but the park is right across the street.

We were in Bar Harbor for five day and went here 3 times! Their cookies are sooo good! Our favorite is the Chocolate Peanut butter. Good thing we did some hiking at Acadia to make up for all our cookie intake! You have to make this a stop while in Bar Harbor

Hands down, the best cookies period. I would come back and stock if I could. Freshly baked with outer edge crispy and the warm on the inside.

Very small shop with a small selection of cookies. We got the chocolate chip walnut and chocolate chip espresso cookies and both were delicious! Only reason I gave 4 stars is because $7 a cookie was a bit much and if they were warm it would have been better. There is also no place to sit inside to eat so remember it's grab and go.

Warm and gooey on the inside, with a crisp outside. This cookies checks all the boxes, absolutely delicious! A Bar Harbor staple that you must stop by during your time here

These are truly the best chocolate chip cookies we've ever eaten, we went back and bought four more for the ride home!! They are crispy and chewy cookies and perfectly golden brown, genuinely the perfect cookie. We did also get some of the other flavors, chocolate pb, red velvet, and double chocolate espresso and they were all great but the classic chocolate chip really stole the show. The man behind the counter was amazing and even told us how to reheat them in the oven for the full experience when we go home. Overall great experience and will be back to get some more of these delicious cookies.

FANTASTIC! FANTASTIC! FAAAANTASTIC! little bakery in Bar Harbor!…read more While I was on holiday in Maine I stopped in wherever to get my usual...I plain bagel, with butter..and a bottle of orange juice. Some places were good, some...not so much. I mean, how can a plain bagel with butter...be bad? Well, very easily lol. Went to a place in New Hampshire and it was the worst bagel I had ever had. So when I was in Bar Harbor, I had gone to a few places every morning and none of them were as great as this place. It's super close to downtown and all the tourist shops. So I just figured....expensive. Not at all. The bagel was fantastic! they toasted it just right and didn't drown it in butter like so many other places had on that trip. AND! the bagel was just so damn tasty. I like me some bagels lol The staff was so friendly. Just a happy place. The restaurant/bakery itself is so homey. It's very small...so if you wanna get there in the morning like so many do...go as early as you can if you wanna sit down. It's very comfortable in there. It's like a cute little cottage and you just kind of expect to see your adorable little grandma come out with the most amazing breakfast ever with her acting all sweet and grandma-like lol. I only wish I had discovered this place the first day we had gotten there. I would have been a regular for sure. What a pleasant little spot. Seriously, I just loved it and highly recommend anyone and everyone go here for their breakfast. They also have lots of like cookies and shit. I was so proud of myself...I held back and didn't get any even though I could have easily bought one of everything lol. So if you are in the Bar Harbor area and want a nice little spot to go for breakfast...and you see this review...go here! You will love it! If you hate it...you know where to find me....on Yelp lol. I guarantee you will love it tho. If you don't...Ill buy you a cookie to make you happy because obviously you're miserable if you find something wrong with this adorable little bakery :) Thanks so much for reading, Yelpers! Cheers!

Cream cheese was very bad, I had to scrape it off my bagel. My husband had to do the same. Bagels seem to be pre made and not baked in the bakery. Mount Desserts Pie Company had thousands of positive reviews, so we decided that's where we had to go. When you arrive, there is a handmade sign on the side of the highway for the shop and the driveway to pull in is a little tricky and takes a minute to figure it out. We pulled up right in front of the doors. Tip: turning right after you enter the driveway says "exit" only, so you have to pull straight ahead, even if it seems like you're not supposed to park there. We headed inside and were greeted by a friendly woman named Brit who had a ton of pie boxes ready to go! We got our blueberry pie and ate half of it in the car after we drove away. The pie was exactly what we wanted: fresh, local, great texture, and buttery crust. It was perfection! Another tip: it's cash or Venmo only and you can call ahead. $35 per pie. It's whole pies only, they don't sell by the slice.

I would have liked to sit outside on their cute patio, but it was full and the hostess said it would be a long wait, so we decided to eat inside. At first she directed us to a table in the bar but realized it was very loud (music and patrons) so offered to seat us in the other inside section. We had a view of a bocce match and the patio--definitely better than the bar, but not as nice as the patio. They were playing classic rock and the people at the table next to us asked to turn it down, and they were accommodated, which made for a nicer experience for us as well. The falafel wrap and Banh Mi (v) were very good and the chips can be substituted for a house salad or fries, which we did. The dressing was light and I enjoyed it. The highlight of the experience at Lompoc was dessert. Although there was nothing vegan on the dessert menu, our server suggested an "off the menu" rhubarb raspberry sorbet, which was excellent! And doesn't it enhance the experience when you feel like they're letting you in on something special?! I'd definitely return and try to get there early (4:30) to be able to sit outside.

The true winner for the night was a chocolate carrot cake from a local bakery in town. It was decadent yet well balanced and a hefty portion that I would have regretted if I finished entirely. This place has a unique vibe compared to all the other spots in Bar Harbor and has something for everyone. Do not miss this place when in town.
