The Stadium hits you with that magical aroma the moment you walk in -- the kind that makes you seriously consider ordering one of everything. There are so many tempting options here: pastries, sandwiches, crepes, bubble teas, fancy coffees... it's basically a caffeine-and-carb paradise. We stuck to our usual lattes (we're coffee purists -- cream, maybe whole milk, no foam hearts necessary) and then did the responsible thing: shared a blueberry pie. Because when in New England, it's basically a moral obligation to consume something blueberry, lobster, or maple every day. The pie was perfection -- sweet, tart, buttery, and golden enough to make Paul Hollywood proud. The service was friendly and impressively efficient -- this place runs like a well-oiled espresso machine. The only downside? Nowhere to sit. But honestly, grabbing your goodies and walking to the nearby park to soak in the coastal view makes it even better. Bottom line: come for the smell, stay for the pie, and bring your appetite (and maybe a park bench).

The Stadium is conveniently located on Main street with all the shops and is very close to the park by the water. This was nice because it is a to-go only coffee shop. I visited twice on my trip and had the following: bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, white chocolate blueberry Danish, Nutella strawberry banana crepe, blueberry lemon scone, and an iced chai latte. I highly recommend the Danish and would have preferred to get this both days but sadly it wasn't there the 2nd day. It had a creamy and flavorful filling with a touch a sweetness from the white chocolate drizzle. So good! The egg sandwich was a close 2nd to the Danish. The buttery roll was the perfect pairing to the egg souffle, white American cheese and crispy bacon. The crepes were large and very filling. I really liked how thinly the strawberries and bananas were sliced so there weren't any awkward big chunks falling out. Overall I would definitely recommend stopping by for a bite while you walk around or look out at the water.

Before we left New York for Maine, we put a list together of all the places that we wanted to try whoopies pies from. My family has been making whoopie pies for decades and every time I go to Maine, we try to find pies that remind us of the ones that we make! We tried their whoopie pie, which was very delicious, but we also ordered a popover. The popover and the blueberry jam/ honey butter were great!

we went too late so they ran out of blueberry donuts :( the menu was extensive and I enjoyed what I got: - the downeaster: loved the soft roll, along with the fresh lobster. the egg souffle was interesting too - leaf latte: was worried this would be too sweet but it was perfectly balanced, the maple flavor was a bit like burnt maple (in a good way)

Let me tell you about this blueberry donut. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. I'm sure their other options are great, but I would go back to Bar Harbor for this blueberry donut alone.

Way too crowded in here with some surly staff to help customers. Can't blame them for being frustrated dealing with all those people all day. Waited awhile got a popover it was way better with blueberry jam. Parking is no go around here later in the day.

The downeaster with perfectly cooked lobster meat, fluffy egg, and aioli might've been one of the best things I ate while in Bar Harbor. Sooo worth the $18 with the generous amount of lobster meat in it. The brioche bun holds everything in so well. We enjoyed our breakfast down the block at the harbor area. Their popovers were a little too soggy for my taste, but very buttery. My friend got a blueberry scone that she wasn't a fan of either. Go for this sandwich!

Great breakfast sandwiches with fresh rolls, choice of several meats/cheeses, and sauces. My friend's sandwich roll was falling apart (whereas mine was perfect) and they were nice enough to replace his sandwich (he was very grateful and loved the redo).

Fast service, quick and easy system, order one side, pickup one side. You also get a beeper so efficient. There are pastries, t shirts, small gifts. No seating available but there are benches outside on main street.

I was really excited to finally try the famous popovers I'd heard so much about. I ordered one along with a small coffee, and was shocked when the total came out to $12. That alone was mind-blowing, but hey -- tourist town, tourist prices. Part of the deal, I guess. Then came part two: there was nowhere to sit. I asked if the upstairs was open (it was raining, by the way), and the woman behind the counter just said, "It's not open yet," with zero concern. It was 11am. No solution offered. So I had to take my overpriced snack to my car. I started eating it and immediately felt something was off. It tasted raw. It looked raw. So I asked my husband to drive me back. I brought it in and politely showed it to them. Their response? "That's what it's supposed to look like -- creamy." Sorry, what? I told her it tasted raw, and she just doubled down: "It's just doughy and buttery." Look, maybe I'm wrong and that IS how it's supposed to be. But if that's the case, then I guess I don't like popovers. I told them I'd just throw it away. They didn't care. No offer to swap it for something else, no apology, no effort to make it right. Absolutely zero customer service. Super disappointing. So many other shops around to try -- I'd recommend skipping this one entirely.

    Lobster burger- unexpected. Bread okay

Good amount of lobster for the price. It's an order and go place. No where to sit and eat. They even have a bakery here. I was surprised when opening my wrapper and discovering a burger bun. Burger bun is big, you don't get the buttery toasted taste from it like you would with a roll. The ratio is a lot of bun to lobster. The lobster was plenty and fresh but a little lacking in flavor and butter. It had a very light drizzle of mayo. Kinda made the burger a bit dry. It is okay. Some would like it, but not my first choice. My hubby finished my burger and thought it was good and fresh.

The Stadium only offered baked goods and coffee but this was the best breakfast I've had during my visit in Bar Harbor. We tried the blueberry scone, blueberry pie, blueberry donut, and the popovers. The popovers were very good and a great alternative to the Jordan Pond House popovers! It was a shorter line too & they offered maple butter and blueberry jam with it. Keep in mind that they start selling popovers at 9AM (not opening time). We also recommend the blueberry donut and blueberry pie! Very delicious and captures the flavor of blueberries. There was no available seating area so we went straight to the park nearby to enjoy the view of the harbor.

Smoked Salmon Toast: I enjoyed the cashew cream cheese. You can taste a hint of cashew but the texture is definitely creamy. I loved the smokiness of the salmon with the brininess of the capers and pickled onions. The bread held together. Unfortunately, according to their Instagram, this is their final season! Hopefully they are focusing more on their sister/neighboring restaurants The Annex and Side Street Cafe or opening a new concept.

It was weirdly empty, and it connects to another restaurant, so it's not very inviting or relaxing to be inside. It seems like more a to go place than a nice relaxing sit down breakfast place. Didn't really enjoy the whole experience. Also was very overpriced to receive food in a carton container.

FANTASTIC! FANTASTIC! FAAAANTASTIC! little bakery in Bar Harbor!…read more While I was on holiday in Maine I stopped in wherever to get my usual...I plain bagel, with butter..and a bottle of orange juice. Some places were good, some...not so much. I mean, how can a plain bagel with butter...be bad? Well, very easily lol. Went to a place in New Hampshire and it was the worst bagel I had ever had. So when I was in Bar Harbor, I had gone to a few places every morning and none of them were as great as this place. It's super close to downtown and all the tourist shops. So I just figured....expensive. Not at all. The bagel was fantastic! they toasted it just right and didn't drown it in butter like so many other places had on that trip. AND! the bagel was just so damn tasty. I like me some bagels lol The staff was so friendly. Just a happy place. The restaurant/bakery itself is so homey. It's very small...so if you wanna get there in the morning like so many do...go as early as you can if you wanna sit down. It's very comfortable in there. It's like a cute little cottage and you just kind of expect to see your adorable little grandma come out with the most amazing breakfast ever with her acting all sweet and grandma-like lol. I only wish I had discovered this place the first day we had gotten there. I would have been a regular for sure. What a pleasant little spot. Seriously, I just loved it and highly recommend anyone and everyone go here for their breakfast. They also have lots of like cookies and shit. I was so proud of myself...I held back and didn't get any even though I could have easily bought one of everything lol. So if you are in the Bar Harbor area and want a nice little spot to go for breakfast...and you see this review...go here! You will love it! If you hate it...you know where to find me....on Yelp lol. I guarantee you will love it tho. If you don't...Ill buy you a cookie to make you happy because obviously you're miserable if you find something wrong with this adorable little bakery :) Thanks so much for reading, Yelpers! Cheers!

I appreciated the amount of options they had including even two sausage patties. I ended up going with a croissant double sausage patties, pepper jack cheese and tomatoes. My wife got a bagel sausage egg and cheese with spinach. Good sized and value for the price. Although, speaking of prices I did have a local family member tell me they raise prices during busy tourist season. Drink wise I got their signature. Choco-latte and my wife got their honey lavender latte seasonal special. Both were well made and full of flavor. Would definitely frequently come here if I were nearby for a morning coffee! Due to ordering online I can't speak to the service fully but we did not have any issues with our food and drink and it was made quickly! Check them out if you want coffee or a breakfast sandwich.
