Gal from Seattle over here- they know ball. Had an iced pumpkin spice latte after going to Acadia and this hit the spot. The inside is so artsy and aesthetic. There were people chatting and playing card games. I also got a yummy breakfast sandwich.

This care offers chocolate-based pastries and drinks as well as a Latin-inflected lunch. I ordered online in advance and items were gradually brought to me. Their tacos with rajas were abundant in flavor, and came with so much salsa that it was hard for the tortillas to hold it, which was a bit of a problem as I went to the waterfront without sufficient napkins. Their hot chocolate and the croissant that I got delivered basic satisfaction, but I wasn't convinced it was the highest quality that i could have gotten. Still, as a quick practical lunch in a high-value area, this place did the job.

I had such an incredible latte from this place!!!!! I got the Maine Maple Oat latte & my boyfriend got the Mocha latte. It was not busy when we went at 12 pm on a Friday, our lattes came out quick and we sat outside in the sun to bask. Friendly staff and I just loved my latte so much, we might have to go again before we leave town!

White chocolate macadamia cookie

Stopped in for a much needed caffeine fix, ordered their Maine maple oat latte for myself and a tropical green iced tea for my husband. We shared a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, which was a a blend of sweet and salty. Great place for locals and tourists alike, to either grab a quick drink & snack or stay & work or play board games.

During off season, when practically everything else is closed, one can't help but be truly grateful when someone is willing to wake up and get ready, open the cafe doors, brew several flasks of coffee, and get everything else set up to serve food and specialty coffees. They were open both on NYE and New Year's Day serving coffee and food while providing a cozy environment (especially with the high winds and rain this week). Sitting here reading on my phone, I was able to watch all the different people coming in and out, settling in some of the tables with their warm brew, enjoying a break from the weather outside...all obviously thankful a few young members of the community were willing to be here these two days. Oh, did I say that the staff were really friendly? I'm definitely grateful for a place to sit and read with fresh coffee when the conditions were not great (or safe) for a long hike...and the rest of the town was deep in hibernation. Not to mention, they have the works of local artists in rotation and I was able to see some of the paintings being displayed on one of their main walls. Always pretty cool to see businesses promote others within the community. Big thumbs up! Thank you and see you all again!

Lots of great coffee options and tasty. The maple cream cheese is so tasty but the bagels are a bit chewy. I went back for coffee and truffles. After I ordered and paid they said oh sorry we are out of the maple tiny truffles what kind would you like to substitute with? And then they gave me 1 regular truffle and 1 tiny truffle so less than i paid for and they weren't great tasting. The maple one was bland. I would recommend the Maine maple

Beautiful and really really really good cappuccino

Excellent vibes for working remote, reading, studying, and catching up with a friend. Quick service, line moves fast and I must suggest you try the cookies. They're perfect cookies, crispy edges, moist crumb lump in the middle, the lemon sugar cookie was so so nice.

Blueberry lemonade and berry matcha latte

This place was slammed around 10am. Be prepared for a long line. We waited probably 20mins or so in total, and ordered some breakfast sandwiches and drinks. I liked the refreshing lemonade I ordered, and she enjoyed her green thing. We also got breakfast sandwiches, which were really quite good. I was able to choose my bagel type and fillings. Overall would recommend, but get there early to avoid a line!

I visited for brunch while visiting Bar Harbor. I ordered an iced coffee with Maine maple syrup and it was fantastic. The food wasn't that great. I ordered a garlic bagel sandwich with bacon and egg inside. The bagel was burnt. I would return for the coffee but I would pass on the food.

Leaving this review because I cannot stop thinking about the Maine Maple Oat latte, I was absolutely fabulous...considering stop in on my way back through town because it was that good. Please try! Was roughly 9 dollars but unfortunately that's about what a good one costs these days but honestly worth every penny

Fun resin table!

The drip coffee was excellent, had Nutella scone and blueberry scone both tasty. One star down for the persistent fly inside. That time of year though. Did have fun games to play out as well.

The reviews I read were right, try their signature choco-latte!! You get the right hit of chocolate, cinnamon, and ginger, and your caffeine fix (-: The bagels we're nothing crazy. The staff were super sweet despite being busy and one of the only shops open during the winter season, tons of seating as well!

Blueberry Cream Cheese Danish

I was a bit disappointed with this coffee place unfortunately. I was excited about their July specials since I came mainly for the matcha. I ordered the Berry Nutty Matcha (made with pistachio syrup & homemade raspberry syrup) and my sister ordered the Blondie Latte (made with butterscotch syrup & homemade vanilla syrup) - all of that sounds amazing, but we didn't taste any of the flavoring. My sister's latte tasted like regular iced coffee & my matcha tasted like regular matcha (and it wasn't even good matcha unfortunately). I did add stevia and more oat milk from their self service station, but it didn't really help. The staff was friendly and the danish tasted good, but I wouldn't come back solely because I didn't think the drinks were really any good.

FANTASTIC! FANTASTIC! FAAAANTASTIC! little bakery in Bar Harbor!…read more While I was on holiday in Maine I stopped in wherever to get my usual...I plain bagel, with butter..and a bottle of orange juice. Some places were good, some...not so much. I mean, how can a plain bagel with butter...be bad? Well, very easily lol. Went to a place in New Hampshire and it was the worst bagel I had ever had. So when I was in Bar Harbor, I had gone to a few places every morning and none of them were as great as this place. It's super close to downtown and all the tourist shops. So I just figured....expensive. Not at all. The bagel was fantastic! they toasted it just right and didn't drown it in butter like so many other places had on that trip. AND! the bagel was just so damn tasty. I like me some bagels lol The staff was so friendly. Just a happy place. The restaurant/bakery itself is so homey. It's very small...so if you wanna get there in the morning like so many do...go as early as you can if you wanna sit down. It's very comfortable in there. It's like a cute little cottage and you just kind of expect to see your adorable little grandma come out with the most amazing breakfast ever with her acting all sweet and grandma-like lol. I only wish I had discovered this place the first day we had gotten there. I would have been a regular for sure. What a pleasant little spot. Seriously, I just loved it and highly recommend anyone and everyone go here for their breakfast. They also have lots of like cookies and shit. I was so proud of myself...I held back and didn't get any even though I could have easily bought one of everything lol. So if you are in the Bar Harbor area and want a nice little spot to go for breakfast...and you see this review...go here! You will love it! If you hate it...you know where to find me....on Yelp lol. I guarantee you will love it tho. If you don't...Ill buy you a cookie to make you happy because obviously you're miserable if you find something wrong with this adorable little bakery :) Thanks so much for reading, Yelpers! Cheers!

Cream cheese was very bad, I had to scrape it off my bagel. My husband had to do the same. Bagels seem to be pre made and not baked in the bakery. It's weird to call yourself a bakery and not make bagels in the house. I got pumpkin spice coffee which was ok. Place is pretty cute inside. Has some nice tables and pleasant atmosphere. Service is decent, they basically bring food for you and it is pretty much it.

Service was decent but not amazing. Place is very tiny and tables are crammed together. It was uncomfortable to seat because of how small space there is. We all ordered different coffee and all of them were below average. Food wasn't great either. Salmon Benedict was very average. We never came back there because no one in our group liked the food or coffee.

Service and Staff: - The staff was nice and they are accommodating with us initially sitting outside and then switching to inside Food and Drinks: - Chai latte: this was good - the cinnamon on top was a nice touch - Traditional Benedict: my friend asked for sausage instead of bacon on her Benedict. She wasn't clear what kind of sausage, but we wish the server said what kind of sausage they had. My friend was expecting a sausage patty, not sausages cut in half - Special Benedict: this was pretty disappointing. There was very little salmon, the egg was overcooked, and the biscuit was very dry. We asked for new eggs that were poached (as eggs should be with Benedict). I received new eggs in a bowl without any of the seasoning. It would have been okay if there was enough hollandaise sauce to add to these, but the sauce was also very limited - Blueberry Pancakes: these were good and filling Miscellaneous: - Street parking available - Indoor and outdoor seating available - Two gender neutral bathrooms
